Epic Saiyajin Love

By: Saiyajin_Peach

Vejita was still fighting. Kakarotto slumped against the wall, his eyes watering again. It wasn't enough. He was going to lose.

"Is that all you have?" Freeza taunted, finding himself taking slightly deeper breaths. This stupid monkey was really getting to him.

Vejita felt like smirking, but he hadn't the energy. Tensing up, he sensed a slight rise in the tyrant's ki. He's preparing an attack… Jumping into the air, the prince dodged several small, but quick ki blasts, moving closer with each dodge. Finally, right in Freeza's face, he unleashed the energy he held balled tightly in his fist.

Groaning, Freeza took a step back, however, his face remained unmarked. Growing impatient, the tyrant launched himself at the prince and the two of them battled with fierce intensity.

"Kaka…" Raditz groaned, sitting up with much difficulty as he coughed up large amounts of blood.

"Raditz… Shhh… Don't talk." The boy said, helping his brother to get more comfortable when he heard another groan.

"Nappa?"

The bulky warrior raised himself into a sitting position as well, finding that his sight was quite fuzzy with several black spots hindering his vision. He also had a splitting headache and the sound of the boy calling him nearly sent him back into unconsciousness.

"Why," he managed, "Why aren't you fighting?"

Kakarotto swallowed hard, returning his attention back to the battle, surprised to see that Freeza was in the process of knocking Vejita to the floor with a hammer like bash to his skull.

No… Vejita clenched his teeth as he realized he was sprawled out on the floor. Using the power of his muscles alone, he lifted his upper body slightly, using the support of his elbows.

"So, the mighty prince falls? I did say that this would end in one us dying, didn't I?" Freeza said, mocking the prince with his expression, "How about you give in… Proclaim yourself a faithful subject and I'll allow you to live."

"Never." Vejita replied through a growl, climbing to his feet, breathing in deep ragged gasps.

"Have it your way." With that the tyrant brought his large tail around, wrapping it around the prince's throat and lifting him off his feet with ease.

Kakarotto rose to his feet, "No…" he muttered, watching as the monster pounded into his lover like he was a punching bag.

"Why aren't you fighting?" Nappa repeated, feeling the horror of the situation clear his dizziness temporarily.

"I can't… He's too strong…" Kakarotto whispered through tears, remembering all the pain he'd been through each of those nights. His eyes burned as he watched his mate cough up too large amounts of blood.

"Kakarotto…" Raditz said, straining with each word, "You have to do something."

Freeza laughed, having picked up the statement of the longhaired warrior, "He can do nothing!"

With that, the tyrant unwound his tail from the prince's neck, watching as he crumpled to the floor and proceeding to kick him in the side ruthlessly.

Kakarotto stepped forward, "Stop."

Freeza paused in his painful administrations to glance up at the boy, "Oh, so you think you have a chance do you?"

Kakarotto shook his head, trying his best to clear it of the fear, "I don't have a choice."

"Very well," Freeza said just before firing a small but powerful ki blast to the prince's chest, "Now that I'm through with him you're mine, but if it's a fight you want…"

The monster's little speech was interrupted by the boy's uncontrollable sobbing, "Jita, no!"

Kakarotto dropped to his knees, pressing his hands over the wound that continued pumping out deep crimson blood, "No. No. No. No." he repeated, tears streaking his face.

"Ch… Chibi…" Vejita said in a raspy voice, "You can beat him… I know you can…"

"Shhh… Don't say anything. Save your strength." Kakarotto said, growing more than worried as the flow of blood slowed and his lover's face paled considerably.

"Remember… I… I love you." and with that, the proud prince of all Saiyajin grew still and quiet. The scent of death filled the room as the fiery energy of the strong warrior faded into nothingness.

"No!" Kakarotto let the tears gush as he lifted his mate's upper body in his arms, pressing his face in the crook of his neck.

Both Raditz and Nappa were speechless. They'd never seen such a sad sight. The boy's emotions were as readable as text as he sobbed loudly, clutching the lifeless body of the slighter warrior. A group of low class soldiers had gathered at the open entrance of the large room and they too stared silently.

Kakarotto felt as if his heart were being ripped in two and could only guess that it was the bond.

"How pathetic… I fear you're not going to be as much fun if you become a depressing bore." Freeza chuckled, smirking down at the display.

Kakarotto clenched his teeth, laying his mate down and slowly rising to his feet, "You will pay." He growled.

"You think you can do any better than the prince?" Freeza said in a mocking tone, continuing to chuckle, "Really, you're nothing more than a weak monkey, just like Vejita!"

Kakarotto's vision faded away into whiteness as his entire body clenched up and he began to tremble with the raw energy that flowed through his veins.

Everyone, including Freeza glanced around at the strange rumbling that seemed to come from all around them. The lights dimmed and brightened and dimmed again. Glass bottles, glasses, and other objects began cracking and clattering against whatever surface they rest on. Realization dawned on them all as the source of the rumbling was Kakarotto. Eyes were wide as he jerked his head up, the muscles and tendons standing out in his tensed neck. His eyes were completely white and his body was trembling with the strain of controlling his own ki.

"What the Hell is going on?" Freeza barked to no one in particular, surprised as the lighting went completely black.

Kakarotto let out a roar of a yell as he let the burning power explode into golden light that seemed to envelop him. His hair was suddenly blazing gold along with his eyebrows and his eyes were the brightest sea green ever. His vision finally returned along with the room's natural lighting and what was once silence was now an electrical hum caused by the light that seemed to radiate from the boy.

"You will pay!" he roared, causing a new surge of power to ripple through him as he charged forward at an invisible speed.

He landed a punch to Freeza's gut, causing the white monster to double over in pain. Then, he used raging force to deliver an upper cut to Freeza's chin that sent him crashing through the wall and into the next room.

Nappa climbed to his feet, leaning against the wall to keep himself from getting dizzy. Using his slowly returning energy, he helped Raditz to his feet.

Clutching his stomach, the longhaired warrior exclaimed, "What's going on?"

"He's… He's a Super Saiyajin." Nappa said, as they stepped over to their prince, kneeling beside his lifeless body.

Freeza quickly rose to his feet, "No one is stronger than me!"

Kakarotto didn't even bother to answer let alone argue. Instead, he brought his hands together, gathering every bit of his energy into a single attack.

"What… What are you doing? You'll destroy us all!" Freeza bellowed, gathering his own energy for a block that was going to be no where near powerful enough.

"Ka…" A bright blue light formed in the boy's hands as he pulled his arms back to the side, letting it build.

"What is he doing?" Raditz questioned, peering through the large hole in the wall.

"He's… He's gathering energy for… For a massive ki blast." Nappa said, completely surprised by the shocked look on the tyrant's face.

"Me…" The ball of energy seemed to double in strength as his voice echoed in the large room.

The, now large, group of soldiers hurried into the room so not to miss a second of the historic battle.

"Ha…"

"It's… It's the kamehameha…" Nappa said, knowing full well that the boy was capable of putting large amounts of power into the simple blast. Small bursts of blue electricity surged in the air itself from the pure strength of it.

"Me…"

"You idiot!" Freeza bellowed, raising his arms in an X before his face, forming the most powerful energy shield he was capable of in a last ditch effort to save his skin.

"Haaa!" Kakarotto roared, thrusting his arms forward, firing the enormous ball of bright blue energy towards his enemy.

Freeza let out a painful scream as his shield failed and the attack swallowed him up. His vision went first, followed by his consciousness. The light surrounded him and his body burnt away into nothing.

The ship shook with the power of the blast and once the light had died down, it was obvious that they were all lucky to be alive since the attack had completely obliterated wall and room after wall and room until all that held the precious oxygen in the room was the outer wall itself. Freeza was gone, however, nothing more than ashes. The soldiers were cheering along with many slaves who'd gathered at the entrance as well.

"Kakarotto, you did it!" Raditz announced, adding to the celebratory sounds.

Nappa found himself smiling, watching as the golden warrior turned to face them, seeming to walk on air as he grew closer. All of their smiles faded when the boy sank to his knees beside the prince, and the room grew quiet.

"Jita, you were right. I beat him. You're always right. If only I'd done something sooner… This strength, this gift, it's nothing if I can't use it to save you… So… I give it to you."

With a completely serious visage, Kakarotto leaned down, pressing his lips to his mate's. Suddenly, his golden glow began to fade and surround Vejita. Once the boy was back to himself, black hair and all, he sat up, smiling down at his now golden lover. And then, without warning he lost consciousness, crumpling to the floor.

A strange yet oh so familiar warmth was surrounding him… No, he was dead. Slowly opening his eyes and sitting up, the prince found that he was indeed alive and unbelievably powerful. Turning to look around, he also found that he was being stared at by dozens of wide eyes. Suddenly, he remembered…

"Where’s Freeza?" He snapped, looking from Nappa to Raditz.

"Kakarotto killed him." Nappa said.

Vejita looked down at his hands and the glowing golden energy that was surging around him, "What the Hell is this? Where's Kakarotto?"

"You died and Kakarotto went Super Saiyajin. He killed Freeza and then gave you the power to save you." Nappa said in almost whisper as he pointed to the boy's still body.

Vejita was completely shocked and powered down out of the ridiculously powerful state, letting his gaze follow his bodyguard's pointing.

"Kakarotto!" he exclaimed, rushing to his mate's side.

He sighed deeply when he felt a faint pulse on his neck, "He's alive. Hurry we have to get him to a rejuvenation tank!"
