Hey! Wat up? This page is all about HLA 2002. This is a two week finishing school for all JROTC Cadets. And if you dont know wat is a JROTC Cadet then this is wat it is. High School students who are thinking of joining the military. It is a program that will help the high school student gain more leadership skills and will have the oppurtunity to use it. HLA 2002 was for cadets in each unit the top cadets. The JROTC program is all over the nation. I know this does not make any sense because i didnt really thought it out.
