Plot: Well, in the last movie, Terry Bogard defeated his fathers killer (Geese Howard). Geese Howards brother Wolfgang Krauser, (a man of german nobility) is searching for the ultimate battle. He is intrigued and excited about fighting Terry Bogard. Well, Terry isn't much of a match for Krauser, he loses, and then gets into alcohol. A young boy named Tony might be able to change his mind.
