Plot: Terry and Andy Bogard witness the murder of their father. He was killed by a crime boss for scrolls that hold secrets to their family martial arts abilities. Their mentor tells them to go travel around the world and hone their fighting skills. They prepare of the day when they will be taught the ultimate technique, a secret never written down. Around 10 years later, Terry returned to Japan and he befriends Joe Higashi, an old brawling companion of Andy. Terry becomes involved with a girl named Lily. Lily gets taken in by the man responsible for Terry and Andy's fathers murder. The aging crime lord controls corrupt martial arts tournaments from behind the scenes. The Bogard brothers, along with Joe, join in the tournament as a way to get to the man at the top. The tournament is less than honest, even if they could find the man responsible for their fathers death, could they beat him?
