Chapter 7
Jagan Implant
I ran as quickly as I could to the park. It was midnight and I knew that
Hiei would be asleep in one of the park trees.
"Hiei! Hiei!!!"
I felt a hand on my shoulder. I turned around to find Hiei.
"Donicka? Why are you calling me at this time of night? You should be in bed
because you know that that guy will get angry again."
My eyes began to water.
"Donicka?" He held me in his arms while I silently wept. "What's the
matter?"
I looked up into his red eyes. They were filled with so much concern.
"Shin.. Shin's been kidnapped!"
I buried my face on his shoulder and wept louder. Hiei held me tighter.
"Donicka don't worry. I'll help you find him."
He held me until I had finished crying. I decided that I wouldn't tell the
others about what had happened. I didn't think I could take the loads of
questions they had to offer.
"Hiei? I need a jagan (third eye)."
Silence. Hiei looked at me as if I were joking.
"Donicka, I hope you know the seriousness of a jagan. It can increase your
power greatly but grave pain beyond imagining comes from it. Are you sure
want to do this?"
I nodded. I didn't care about the pain as long as it will be able to help me
find Shin.
Hiei picked me up. His arms supporting my legs and back he ran at top speed
out of West City. I put my arms around his neck. The wind burned eyes so I
closed them. I guess he ran for another five minutes before he stopped in
front of a house. He didn't bother to put me down. He walked over to the
door and pounded on it. Well, at least he knocked. The door open to a young
man dressed in a long silky blue robe.
"Welcome back, Hiei. I see you brought me what you owed."
Hiei looked away. "I haven't-"
I held up my hand revealing a bluish white teargem.
"This is it. He asked me to hold it while he brought me here. This teargem
is his own."
The man took the teargem and examined it carefully. He gave I nod of
approval and Hiei walked in.
"So Hiei. What brings you back to this place? Is there something wrong with
the Jagan?"
Hiei shook his head. "No, Sigure, this girl wishes to have a Jagan."
Sigure looked down at me. He frowned. This guy probably doesn't think I can
handle it, I thought. When are guys going to wake up and see that females
can do just as much as they can? I gave him an uneasy smile and made a light
excuse.
He smirked. "Alright then. I expect that Hiei has warned you already about
the pain. He is the first and still is the first one to survive the Jagan
implant. So, if your ready follow me and Hiei if you want you can come,
too."
I jumped from Hiei's arms onto the floor and followed Sigure down the hall
with Hiei close behind. The hall was coated with a velvet red like coloring.
Pictures of many young women hung on the walls. Towards the end of the hall
was a gigantic window.
Through it I saw a floating island. Hiei came and stood next to me. I looked
him, worriedly. I knew what the island was. It was the home he was cast out
of. Where only female koorimes lived. Where he had visited in hopes of
seeing sister or mother only to find out that his mother was dead and his
sister had gone of to find her brother with no idea of what he look like or
where to begin looking. A single tear rolled down his cheek.
"Hiei." I took his hand and led him away from the window back towards the
room I had seen Sigure enter. Hiei looked at me and smiled. I smiled back.
It was my first time seeing him smile since I met him.
Sigure looked up when we entered the room. "Are you ready to begin?"
"Hai"(yes)
I walked over to the steel bed and laid down. Sigure secured the locks
around my ankles, wrists, and lastly my neck. Hiei stood next to me.
Suddenly the ceiling opened up to a machine with a pointed knife. Sigure
lowered it until it was a mere inch from my forehead. I closed my eyes
waiting for the pain to begin. I felt Hiei take my hand.
The knife began by making a straight line of blood across my forehead. Then
it pierce through my skin. I screamed out in pain. Piercing I could probably
take but this was miles and miles beyond that line. The knife pierced
through and turned. It repeated this action across the line on my forehead.
I squeezed Hiei's hand. The pain grew intense as I saw a yellow light
surround my body and I loss conciousness.
I awoke in the morning. Hiei was asleep in a chair next to my bed. I
silently called out to him. He awoke and looked at me and smiled.
"Hn. I didn't think you would make it. I was so worried. And know what else
not only did you get your Jagan, you reached your goal. You transformed into
what you called a Super Saiyan."
I couldn't believe it. A Super Saiyan? My happiness overwhelmed me as I
jumped up and hugged Hiei. When I did so that was when I found out how weak
my body really was.
"Hiei why is my body so weak?"
"It's because your Jagan drained your energy. Don't worry you'll grow
stronger after you have mastered the Jagan."
Hiei gave me a white headband and I carefully put it around my Jagan.
I smiled again. "Hey Hiei? I think I better get home now. I think the others
may be looking for me."
Chapter 8
My Vow
Hiei and I finally made it back to Capsule Corp. We didn't have to go in
because six angry adults(secluding Vegeta and 18) came out.
"Where have you been?" Bulma yelled.
"We thought some guy had you!" said Krillin.
"Why would you leave and not tell us anything?" Goku said in a soothing but
concerned voice.
"What were you thinking leaving here without permission," Chi chi screamed,"
You know better than-" Chi chi looked at Hiei and nearly had a cow. "I bet
you had something to do with this! How dare you take her out all night when
you know she needed to be here! If you think you're going to try and sleep
with my little girl than you have a another thing coming!"
Hiei grew furious. "Listen lady! I didn't take her anywhere and I didn't try
to do whatever it is you ningens call it!"
Hiei lowered his voice a little. "Donicka couldn't sleep so she came to find
me. We had a little conversation and that's when she started feeling sleepy.
Since it was a long way your house I took her over to my friend's home and
watched over her all night."
I then spoke to Hiei telepathically. Thanks Hiei. I really needed that
break. Hiei smirked. It was the least I could do since you paid off my debt
to Sigure for me. Where did you find that teargem? I used magic to bring it
to me.
Chi chi seemed to have calmed down. She and the others went inside while
Hiei and I walked out into the back yard.
"When will you go to rescue Shin?"
"Tonight."
Hiei look saddened but I didn't notice until he spoke.
"Oh."
I looked at Hiei's sad face and asked him what was wrong.
"You really do love him, don't you."
I nodded and took Hiei's hand and flew to the roof of Capsule Corp. There we
sat and watched the sunset.
"Hiei I really do love you, but I love Shin more. I know you just hate me
inside but I have to follow my heart."
I took his other hand and kissed him on the cheek.
"We'll still be close friends, right?"
"Always."
I gently laid my head against his chest and watched the sun come up over the
horizon. A tear felled down my cheek.
"Shin, where ever you are I'll find you and bring you back to me and that's
a promise."
Chapter 9
Training Hiei and Kokiri
I walked upstairs to Kokiri's room, having just completed my new little
training invention. She was lying on the bed updating her Kaioshin site. She
looked up when I came in and smiled.
"Hey Kokiri. We need to talk. Hiei's already at the training spot."
"Of course."
We flew over to a mountainous spot forty miles south of West City. Hiei was
sitting on a rock.
"Kokiri I think you may want to sit down."
She took a seat on the same rock Hiei was sitting on.
"Kokiri I don't know how to say this but.. Shin's been kidnapped."
Hiei covered his ears. Kokiri started laughing and I guess when she saw my
face she knew I wasn't kidding.
"WHO? WHO TOOK HIM? I'M GOING TO KICK THAT KIDNAPPER'S @$$!!!!"
Now I know why Hiei covered his ears. Her screaming would beat the loudest
of sounds especially if it had something to do with Shin or Gohan being
harmed or even being touched by the wrong person. I gave her an uneasy smile
hoping she wouldn't accidently beat the crap out of me.
"Kokiri! Don't yell! The others don't know yet. We'll have to get Shin back
without them knowing. I brought you here to train because that guy's really
strong. I've done reached Super Saiyan and had a jagan implanted on my
forehead. Now I have to get you to reach it. Then we also have to train Hiei
and teach him how to fly and all those other things."
Kokiri began to calm down. "Donicka, I'll train by myself so you can teach
Hiei a few things."
I nodded. I led Hiei to a spot far, far away from Kokiri. Hiei sat down with
his legs folded beneath him just as I was sitting before him.
"Well you see Hiei. I really never taught anyone how to do this but I'll try
my best to recall what Gohan said to Videl."
Speaking of Gohan I wonder if Kokiri told him how she felt. I wonder if
Videl knows, I thought.
"Well I think you already know how to use energy but the energy you use for
flying is different from your spirit energy."
Seeing the look of complete clueless ness on his face I decided to go head
and teach him how to fly. I looked over at Kokiri. She had already started
fighting completely air. I giggled to myself and did Tien split person
technique. My double and I exchanged few glances and it went off to train
her. I turned my attention back to Hiei.
"Ok, um, listen deep inside your body until you start to feel a pull. That'
ll be your energy and just.bring it out." That was as simple as mud.
Hiei put his hands out so he could form a ball in them. He began to follow
my instructions and tried to relax his body but relaxing when trying to
learn isn't necessary easy for him. I laughed nervously at his trembling
body.
"Hiei. Relax. Just imagine that your beginning a fight with.... ummm...
Yusuke! You don't won't him to see you trembling. Just try and what Kurama
would say!"
Hiei's body stopped trembling quickly at the sound of Kurama's name. I
sighed, that fox never quits his teasing even after being reborn into a
human's body. I suddenly felt Hiei's energy. He's doing, I thought.
"That's it Hiei. Your sooo close. I can feel it."
In Hiei's hand a faint light formed and began to grow brighter by the
second. Hiei looked up at me. When he saw my smiling face he smirked.
"I guess I did it."
After a few minutes of teaching Hiei I finally decided that a break would be
nice. I took out my dinocap and pushed the button. On the ground on a huge
blanket appeared bundles of food. I looked at Kokiri. She was throwing
punches and kicks at rapid speed. My copy took flight and released a huge
energy blast half the size of the moon at her. Oh no, I hope she can handle
that, I thought. Kokiri caught the blast and tried with all her might to
push it back. I could barely hear what she said from where I sat.
"No. NO! I c-can't give up. Shin needs us to save him. I know he's counting
on us. I can't. I... NOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
With that a yellow aura surrounded her as she used all her energy to send
the blast back at my copy with an energy wave of her own. As the blast
gained speed it hit my clone and she decenigrated. I cheered.
"YEAH. GO, KOKIRI, GO!!!"
I felt a light tap on my shoulder and I turned to face Hiei.
"I'm ready to begin my training again."
I nodded. I flew over to Kokiri and took out another dinocap which had a
blanket and a very soft matress in it. I picked Kokiri up and laid on the
matress. No one could possibly control being a Super Saiyan when just
becoming one like that. She must have use a lot of energy.
After arranging the blanket I flew back to Hiei.
"Now let's start from the beginning. Feel your energy and bring it out, but
not in your hands. Hiei closed his and began to concentrate. The wind began
to blow harder as leaves separated from their branches.
"That's your energy. Now put it beneath you."
Hiei did what I said and began to take flight. He moved higher and higher
into the air. I got ready just in case he fell. When he decided it was safe
he began to move forward a little at a time. Gaining confidence each second
he began to move faster and faster. Soon he was cutting through the air
doing somersaults and other things. I stared. I was so amazed that my eyes
could have popped out of their sockets. Hiei began and mastered training in
one day... ONE DAY.
I chuckled nervously. Hiei landed on the ground and ran to me.
"How was that?"
"Amaz-I meant excellent. No one I know mastered flying in one day. HN, your
one in a million. He blushed and laid on the ground. I did the same and soon
fell asleep.
Kokiri: So, what’ll happen next? All I know is I can’t wait til we go rescue Shin. I wanna kick that kidnappers butt!
It does not pay to harm ANY of her bishies…particlularily Shin. Can you say ‘overprotective?’
*shrugs* I’m an otaku. I go over board from time to time.
