Now these “invincible” toons are what everyone was looking forward to in Magic Ruler! Dang Upperdeck! I wasted 50 dollars on Magic Rulers just to try to find TOONS!
Until I read the spoiler list did I know what it did?
Toon World: This card is activated by paying 1000 of your Life Points
Ok let’s say you use this card in the begging of the duel
8000-1000=7000
The Toon Monster effect is ( I could not find the exact text but this is pretty close) This card can only be Special summoned if “ Toon World” is on your side of the field, you must pay 500 LP to attack, this card may attack your opponent’s LP directly only if there are no toons are your opponent’s field. If there is this monster must target that toon!
You read bad things about toon world. Like 500 LP to attack LP!
Other bad things are they are either Secret Rare (Rarest) or Ultra Rare (3rd Rarest) and if you try to get them as singles good luck!
I mean they can be targeted by fissures and cards like that (Trap Hole will not work because toons are special summoned)
And what are the chances you will draw toon world and the toon monster you need in the same turn!
Good things are they are cool looking, and they are expensive so you can sell them for a lot of money! $$$$$$$
They can attack LP directly too so hahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My rating; Toons are good if you have LP boosters and Witch of the Black Forest or Sangan’s, or cards that can bring other cards out (Mother Grizzly)
