Hi hi welcome to info on Duo Maxwell.Nationality American. Duo Maxwell is 15 and the most friendly and funny Gundam. He is 5'5" has cobalt blue eyes and he loved to joke around and is always, it seems happy, but if he gets pissed off watch out. His gundam is Deathsythe Hell and when updated its Deathsythe Hell Custom. Despite the fact that Duo is constantly killing people his hope of a job in the future is to be a priest. That's why he weairs what he does. Ironic huh? He calls himself the god of death or Shinigami. Duo considers his bestfriend to be Heero Yuy even though in the beggining they were always trying to kill eachother. When it comes to fighting Duo can be quiet sarcastic to the enemy and tends to loose his temper quickly.
I assume that Duo likes a woman named Hilde(if you ask me I think she's annoying) Duo and Hilde lived together for awhile untill Duo felt he was putting her in danger so he left. The last time Duo and her are together is during the battle of libera when Hilde sneeks on bord the ship and steals some info for Duo. She almost gets killed but Duo saves her and after cussing her out on how worried he was he takes her to the hospital and doesn't see her till endless waltez. They are sort of cute together but Hilde can be very annoying.
Now Heero and Duo are good friends but alot of people think that they would make the best couple. I dont really know about that but I think that Heero and Reelina are a great couple and Duo and Hilde are cute together to. I'm not against the whole Heero Duo thing its just I like them better with a girl because well, I'm a girl. Please dont send me mail saying I'm putting the whole thing down because I'm not and i respect what other people feel.
Ledgend of the braid. Well rumor has it that Duo got that braid when he was just a kid. When he was younger he had long unrully hair and never brushed it or washed it. He was taken in by a priest named father Maxwell (sound familier) any way they took care of him and sent him to school. One day Duo came home crying because a kid called him smelly so the nuns gave him a bath. They brushed out his hair and Duo wouldn't let them cut it so they tied it back in a fish tail braid. How Duo got his name. Well since Duo was an orfan he hung out with a bunch of kids on the streets. Well something happens and one of Duo's best friends is shot and is dying. Duo becomes sad and his friend tells him not to cry that when he dies his spirit will live in him making them two spirits and then he wispers Duo before he died so Duo adopted the name.
