Wufei
I always thought Wufei would be
easy to draw...then I tried drawing him and it wasn't so easy.
o.o But never you fear. I've got a good tutorial!

I hope you can see his face here. ;) Just stare at it for awhile...okay that's enough on to the tutorial!!

Eyes: Wufei has the hardest eyes to draw. (In my opinion). They're not made of straight lines like the others. The upper lid curves up ever so slightly and the lower lid mimics that curve. |

Eyebrows: The eyebrows, like Trowa's, are at an angle, pointing towards the nose. As you can see, they're thick in near the nose and thin out as they move away from the face. |

Nose: Wufei has a unique nose! It does NOT beak out like the other pilots! It's rather "flat" and rounded. But it's still 2 lines as shown. |

Mouth: The mouth...there's not much to say on it. Just 2 lines as usual. But notice how close to the nose it is! |

Now, we've seen how the basic features are drawn. Here's a good example of their placement. |

Jawline: Wufei's got a round head. His face isn't that long, but it *is* round. Not cheeky, but round. See the line? |
| Hair | |

1. Wufei's hair is definitely EASY! Yay! I sticks to his skull firmly, no spikes or bangs or anything! Just that little ponytail, which isn't hard to just stick in. |

2. I've just lined in his hairline to help with the forehead. |

1. Start with the circle. Add a verticle line to center the face and a horizontal line to place the eyes on. I've put tiny dashes on the eyeline to help me put the eyes in the right spot. |

2. I've added my "face boundaries" with verticle lines. I put in the eyes and nose to help with the placement of the other features. |
 |
3. I've sketched in the geometric shape of the jawline. I've also added eyebrows. Just a thickened line. |

4. I've smoothed the corners of my geometric jawline to make the cheeks and chin. (I didn't make him round enuff in this pic). I've also added the ear and neck. |

5. Final step is the hair. I just used "jagged lines" for his hair line and added his ponytail. :P |
