Tactics for Warding off Solicitors!

We all know how annoying solicitors can be, we all get them! Always calling at the most inoportune times; during meals, when you're expecting a call, even when you're in the shower! Well, it all started when Tuxie had gotten the 7th Tenchi Muyo! Manga. Nepu-chan read it and after reading the one about phone calls, she thought it would be cool to have a page on solicitors. Inspired by Aeka's section in the "Phone School" we decided to have a list of ways to scare solicitors away! (again, these tactics were not intended for acctual use...)

1. If it is for you: When they tell you what they are selling, pretend you are Aeka and brag about how much of their product you own. i.e.: if the solicitor is from Sprint PCS or AT&T Wireless, you say something to this effect; "I am the first Princess/Prince of the Jurai Royal Family, I own over half of the wireless companies in this galaxy... ...could I speak to your manager?"

2. If it is not for you: Tell them, "Please hold" then put the phone up to the speaker of your CD player and play some weird Anime song like; "Mazase Pokemon Master", "Ranma's Baka Song", or "Killy na Ichiban/Killy is No.1"

3. Confuse them by making them think they somehow got another solicitation and give a sales pitch for something like "'Sailor V' Collectors Edition" or "Rare 'Policeman' collectables" ("Sailor V" is a video game featured in Sailor Moon, "Policeman" is the name of an anime Mihoshi is obssessed with in "Tenchi in Tokyo")
