Vash 'the stampede' is a man with
a $60 billion bounty on his head. Also known as the human typhoon, he is
rumored to leave total destruction in his wake, so much so that the Bernadelli
insurance co. sends agents Meryl and Millie to take care of the multitude
of claims by people who have the misfortune of being around when he appears.
When the two finally meet up with Vash, they find Vash to be a likeable
guy with a taste for doughnuts and a distaste for violence, who disaster
seems to follow, partly because of the huge bounty.
