INSIDE JOKE. See, I've got this friend who's a big Rock Howard fan. The narrator of Capcom vs. SNK 2 EO will say "Keep rockin', baby" when you select stuff, and this friend of mine has it stuck in his head that it's all part of a secret conspiracy to get people to play as Rock and become his fan.. and... draw plushies of him in oekaki boards.... OMIGOLLYGOSH, IT'S WORKING!! (the cardboard wings are another inside joke, but it isn't worth wasting valuable web space to tell the tale.)
