Farfarello is a certified lunatic, who kills and hurts others in order to hurt God. He blames God for the death of his family, when it was he who killed them after finding out his real mother was Sister Ruth, a nun who taught him and his sister. He went into a fit of madness and slaughtered his foster parents and sister. Ruth didn't have the heart to turn him in to the police, so she told him the murderer was a burglar. Farfarello found Ruth after joining Schwarz, and she let him kill her to protect Hidaka Ken. Farfarello cannot feel pain, and hides weapons in his limbs. He thinks his continued existance is a joke.
