I ask for only the necessary things, so please abide by the guidelines. I try to give options, I really do.

Fanfic submission

1. All fics MUST be related to Flame of Recca. More specifically, all fics must include at least one of the cannon cast. I do not accept fics that use the storyline of Flame of Recca but change all the characters, though it is also 'fan fiction' in a warped sense. I prefer to call that plagiarism.


2. Submitting options: You can attach it with the mail [in .doc, .txt, .htm(l)] or you can provide a working link for me to download for myself. You can also copy and paste it in the email itself, but that way I will format it without any html. Please note that I reserve the right to use my own background and my own layout for the fics (not applicable to lyrics alignment in songfics). The address to submit to is saturndewicked@yahoo.com 


3. Please be sure to update me on a new chapter, should your fic be multi-chaptered and incomplete at the time of submission.


4. Please only submit your own works. Submitting others' works under your own name will be an infringement of copyrights and the real author will be notified. Submission of others' works under the real author's name may be ignored. I will contact the author to seek his/her permission, and it may not be granted.  Anonymous submissions will be ignored.


5. I accept any types fan works, be it yaoi, yuri, lime or lemon. In fact, I greatly encourage non-straight fics; the Maker knows that the Flame of Recca fandom is in desperate need of them. If you happen to write one, just send it over, it'll be up ASAP. I draw a line between lemons and hentai. By my standards, lemons have more civilized language and some semblance of a plot, even if the focus is on sex. Hentai is just plain pornography. 


6. With regards to crossovers, they are welcomed, provided you specify the foreign series.

Please note that Virtual Evolution reserves the right to reject any fiction that does not meet the above requirements and/or are not up to the web mistress' standard of 'acceptable'. This is to ensure the quality of fiction in the archive.

2. Just to contradict my first point, I also accept 'fanarts' of original characters but only if they are original characters in any of the fics. In addition, you must have permission from the author of the fic (if it happens to be not yourself) to put up the fanart here. If I am accused by the author, I'll point the finger at you.

5. I accept any types of fanarts except those with themes of bondage. This rule applies for Flame of Recca only, because of its popularity with minors. Explicit works are allowed, just to emphasize. Crossovers too, if you specify the foreign series.
