16 A.D- The oak tree that Mokujin is carved out of is planted

1915- Wang Jinrei is born.

1922- Dr Boskonovitch is born.

1943- Heihachi Mishima is born, son of Jinpachi Mishima.

1963- Ganryu is born.

1965- King the First and Bruce Irvin are born.

1968- Baek Doo San is born.

1969- Kazuya Mishima is born, son of Heihachi Mishima and Kazumi. Kazumi dies in childbirth, and moulds the grief-stricken Heihachi into a ruthless man.

1970- Lee Chaolan, Paul Phoenix and Marshall Law are born.

1973- Lei Wulong is born.

1974- Heihachi Mishima casts Kazuya down a cliff and adopts Lee Chaolan. Kazuya makes a pact with the Devil and hates his father from then on.

1975- Jun Kazama and Nina Williams are born.

1977- Michelle Chang and Anna Williams are born.

1987- Bryan Fury is born.

1988- King The Second is born.

1989- Eddy Gordo is born.

1990- Prototype Jack is manufactured.

1991- Forest Law is born.

1992- Jack-1 and Jack-2 are manufactured.

1995- Jinpachi Mishima dies and Heihachi Mishima gains control of the Mishima Zaibatsu. He corrupts the company and begins to become a threat to the world. Heihachi starts the King of Iron Fist Tournament- 'Tekken', to draw fighters from around the world. The Russians fear Heihachi's world-wide influence and send Jack-1 to eliminate him. Another person commissions the Irish assassin, Nina Williams, to take out Heihachi as well- with her sister Anna hired to stop her. Paul Phoenix goes through the tournament and remains undefeated, but after his fight with Kuma, is left in a bad condition and is disqualified from the tournament. Kazuya Mishima, who left years ago, returns to enter the tournament and defeat his father. He succeeds and assumes control of the Mishima Zaibatsu, after throwing his father down that same cliff he was thrown down 21 years ago.

1995-1997- The Mishima Zaibatsu becomes even more corrupt then previous. Lee Chaolan joins Kazuya's side, after previously siding with Heihachi, who managed to survive his fall, and retreated to the mountains with his pet bear Kuma to train for the day that he'd get everything back. Baek Doo San attacks Marshall Law's dojo. Bruce Irvin kills Lei Wulong's police partner.

1997- Kazuya Mishima, the new CEO, maintains his dark hold of the Mishima Zaibatsu, though is surprised to learn that his father, Heihachi Mishima, is still alive and has been training in the mountains for the past 2 years. Kazuya starts the King of Iron Fist Tournament 2. Lei enters the tournament to investigate Kazuya's criminal links, and to get revenge on one of Kazuya's bodyguards; Bruce Irvin. Jun Kazama, an environmental agent, enters to investigate claims of animal smuggling against the Zaibatsu. Kazuya's forces kidnap Michelle's mother to get hold of a special pendant that Michelle herself owns. Jack-2 is commissioned to take out Kazuya, but plans to leave the tournament on his own decision, to protect a young girl called Jane, that he rescued from a nuclear war. Prototype Jack is upgraded by Dr Boskonovitch. Paul Phoenix goes through the tournament undefeated, but is disqualified after turning up late for his fight. Heihachi defeats Kazuya and resumes control of the Mishima Zaibatsu, throwing his defeated son down a volcano to make sure he never comes back (or so he thinks). Jun Kazama leaves the tournament and goes on to reside in the Yakushima Mountains. Nina and Anna Williams are put into cryosleep. Bruce Irvin dies in a plane crash. Jin Kazama, Hwoarang and Steve Fox are born.

1998- Julia Chang is born, but abandoned. Michelle Chang adopts her.

1999- Christie Monteiro is born.

2000- Ling Xiaoyu and Miharu Hirano are born.

2008- Kuma Jnr is born. Kuma Snr (Tekken 1 & Tekken 2) dies of old age during Heihachi's travels. Eddy Gordo discovers that his father has been killed and, on his father's wishes, says he did it, and is sent to prison.

2010- Panda is born

2011- Toshin awakes and destroys a base of Tekkenshu around his temple in Central America. Jin Kazama learns of his origins and Jun Kazama is killed by Toshin/Ogre. Jin is then taken into the care of his grandfather, Heihachi, and begins his training in Mishima Karate. Nina and Anna Williams wake up from their cryosleep chambers, and Nina loses her memory due to the influence of Toshin. Mokujin, a wooden Wing-Chun dummy in a museum comes to life due to the Toshin's influence.

2011-2016- Various Martial Artists disappear/are killed between these years. Lei Wulong is put on a police case to investigate these deaths. Bryan Fury is killed in a Hong Kong shoot-out when his drugs connection is revealed.

2016- Jin and Hwoarang fight, and ends in a draw. Toshin kills Baek Doo San. Hwoarang swears to get back at Jin and Toshin. Heihachi starts the King of Iron Fist Tournament 3 to bring enough strong fighting spirits to invoke the Toshin. Jin finishes his lessons in Mishima Karate and enters the tournament, wearing his father's gloves. Michelle goes to talk with Heihachi, but disappears- Julia Chang enters to search for her. Hwoarang enters the tournament to get to Jin and Toshin. King the Second enters to search for Toshin. Eddy Gordo, after having learnt the art of Capoeira from within prison, breaks out and enters to assume control of the Mishima Zaibatsu, and to discover the identity of his father's killer. Lei Wulong enters to reveal information on the disappearing fighters. Nina enters the tournament to regain her memories, and subconsciously to kill Jin Kazama, with Anna entering to stop her. Yoshimitsu enters to obtain Toshin's blood, with the ressurected Bryan Fury out to get him. Ling Xiaoyu, after impressing Heihachi Mishima aboad his private yacht with her fighting abilities, is allowed entry to the tournament to fuel her dreams of creating an amusement park. Forest Law, son of Marshall, joins the tournament with Paul, who goes through the tournament undefeated, and even beats Toshin, but leaves the tournament after Toshin morphed into his true form. Jin defeats the true form, and is then shot at by the Tekkenshu, and finished off by Heihachi. Jin morphs into Devil Jin and takes out the Tekkenshu guards, then crashes Heihachi out through the temple wall and flies off into the night. Genetic samples of Toshin's hair and other parts are taken.

2016-2018- Craig Marduk falls from grace after a scandal and gets involved in a bar-room brawl, killing a man by accident, and is sent to prison for manslaughter. Eddy Gordo fulfils his vow to the man who taught him Capoeira, by teaching the man's grandaughter, Christie Monteiro, the art of Capoeira. Paul Phoenix's dojo goes out of business due to lack of students, as does Marshall Law's restaurant chain due to poor sales. Forest Law leaves home. Armor King is killed after a bar-room brawl and King the Second vows to get revenge. Jin starts training in Kyokushinkai Karate in a small dojo in Brisbane, Australia. Ling Xiaoyu befriends Miharu Hirano. Julia Chang finds out that her homeland will become a desert in a few years time, and goes to work on a project at G Corporation to help reforest it. Violet starts works on Combot. Kuma goes off to train in the wilderness of Hokkaido (the northmost island of Japan). Nina Williams disappears from the Zaibatsu's reaches and immerses herself into being a contract assassin. Lei Wulong bungles 2-year police operation and is suspended. Dr Abel abandons Bryan Fury. Hwoarang is conscripted into the Korean Army.

2018- Heihachi finds out that he needs an extra gene-The Devil Gene- to complete his plans, and starts a search for his grandson Jin. Then, he finds out that a company called G-Corporation are doing genetic experiments involving the bones of a malformed, winged man- Heihachi is convinced that the remains are of his son Kazuya, and sends a raiding party of Tekkenshu to obtain the information on the experiments. He is shocked when, on watching footage of the raid, he discovers that Kazuya is alive- ressurected by G-Corporation not long after his 'death' in the volcano. Kazuya planned to combine his own genes with the Devil Gene within him, but the raid ruined his plans. Heihachi starts the King Of Iron Fist Tournament 4, stating the whole Zaibatsu as the prize. Ling recieves mysterious email, then enters the tournament. G Corporation Reforestation Project scrapped after the raid- Julia enters the tournament to search for her lost information. Eddy Gordo disappears, causing Christie to go after him, tracing his routes to the Tekken Tournament. Steve Fox refuses to throw a fight and goes on the run from the Mafia, then in a pessimistic moment, enters the tournament, with Nina Williams, hired by the Mafia, on his tail- who has Lei Wulong, broken and dishonoured, on her own tail. Manji Clan funds hit new low and Yoshimitsu enters the tournament to raise money using the Zaibatsu's fortunes. Combot is rushedly finished and entered into the tournament, with more then a few bugs, alongside Violet- entering for 'excitement'. Craig Marduk is released from prison by a mysterious benefactor, and heads off to the tournament to find out who the benefactor is. Hwoarang goes AWOL from the army and enters the tournament to fight Jin once more.
