Sakura opened her eyes with a groan. Of course, there was Kero.

"AAAAAAHHHHHHH!" Sakura screamed.

I mean, let's face it. Kero's face isn't a great sight to wake up to. Sakura then realized it was just Kero.

"Kero! How many times have I asked you not to scare me like that? You really scared me."

"Sorry."

Kero grunted. Sakura made a quick observation of her surroundings.

"What? I'm in my....in my...room?"

"Yeah." said Kero.

Sakura jumped out of bed. She was in her pajamas.

"Kero! What happened? Where's Meilin???"

Kero sighed. "Okay, here goes. Meilin had just knocked you out. Meilin jumped off you and, believe it or not, she fainted herself. In a minute, she woke up again. She was staring out into the distance. Then she faced me. She said 'Kero. Um, hi. Um, where I am I?' She looked truly confused. I belived that you were right. That wasn't Meilin, not at all. She had to have been possessed by something. I didn't want to tell Meilin anything 'til we knew for sure. I managed to convince her that it was all a dream. Then out of the blue, she fainted again so I took her home and then I took you home."

Kero took a long breath. "So...how long have I been asleep?"

Sakura sighed. Kero opened his mouth to answer when Sakura's bedroom door opened. In stepped Touya.

"Come on, sleepyhead! Dad made your favorite!! What are you waitng for? Get up!"

He smiled playfully at Sakura and left and close her door behind him.

"Morning?!" screeched Sakura. "What did Meilin do to me?"

"Whatever possessed Meilin, is powerful and can render you powerless I guess...Yes. You must find out what has poessed Meilin!"

"What?!" Sakura screeched again. "She almost killed me! I am not going to try to fight her!!"

"You have too. The...the...the umm...thing, that has possessed Meilin will only get worse! Eventually, killing you!!"

Sakura cringed. "Okay. Fine." she grumbled. She snatched up her hat and walked out of her room. "I bet she'll be at the bridge again." she called to Kero.

Later that night, as Sakura predicted, Meilin was at the bridge. She was just staring out to the distance, back to Sakura. She absent-mindly turned around, Sakura could see the displeasure in her face.

"What are you doing here!?" she growled.

"Never mind that!" Sakura replied. "Whatever has possessed you Meilin, I will get rid of it, I promise."

"You won't do anything!"

Meilin bolted up to Sakura. Suddenly, something-the possesser or Meilin- let out a scream. A black ghost oozed out of Meilin. With sickening moans and groans, the sprit took the shape of Meilin. "Leave me alone!" screamed Meilin. She kicked and the sprit blocked it. After an intense karate match, Sakura saw one Meilin fall to the ground, while the other pounce and sat on the other. (Sakura couldn't tell who was who.)

The Meilin on the ground shape shifting back to the sprit.

Meilin stared contently at Sakura for a moment and then said, "Kinomoto, you know what to do?"

Sakura looked startled then with a quick nod she said, "Right. Windy! Release and Dispell Get rid of this terrible possesser! Windy!"

The Windy card seeped out of the card. Meilin jumped up, letting Windy grab the sprit. Windy took the sprit and flung it away. Windy, Sakura, and Meilin watched the sprit until it was only a speck in the sky.

"Well." Meilin sighed. "I'll never get an amulet again, EVER."

Sakura and Meilin giggled.

The next day, Sakura and Tomoyo were walking past the garden when they heard enthusiastic shouts. They quickly walked though the garden. There they saw, you guess it Meilin, buying another amulet.

"Meilin." Sakura called. They walked up to her. "I thought you said you would never get another amulet?"

Meilin shrugged. "It's girl's right to change her mind." And she simply walked away.
