OAV REVIEWS
FROM THE FANSUBS.

OAV #1~~Nighttime Vistis, Nighttime Visits-It even Extends to the Birds and the Bees

You've heard of this show having no plot, well it really doesn't. The sorcerer hunters take a break to visit the hot springs where it is customary to make a nightime visit. Besides the regular cast, this feature also includes Eclaire, Gateau's sister who strives for the perfect macho pose, Salad, a naive and innocent girl and her son, Potei. Potei's grandfather also is in the show. Naturally, Carrot wants to go on a nighttime vist. Who does he try to visit? Dota's got her man, Cerise.  Ecliare's going for the perfect pose with Gateau.That leaves Salad. Chocolate plans to visit Carrot, that is if Tira doesn't get there first.

My take: It would be unfair to tell you who ends up in who's rooms, but let's just say it's vvveeerrry interesting. I liked this episode. It was pretty cool I was upset Marron didn't have a bigger part. He does little besides tell Carrot that he's an idiot.

"Why does everything happen to me?
"That's your own fault"

OAV #2

Here you go. this one has a plot. The Death Master is turning peasants into zombies and using them to do his bidding. One zombie girl returns and seeks help. Big Mama sends Milphey-Yu with the hunters to unseal the Necromonicon, a magic book. The Death Master waits for the hunters to unseal it for him, then attacks with his village zombies. Carrot is the key to defeat the Death Master, but in order to do so, he must transform twice.

My take: A very cool show. I really liked Milphey and his utter pervertness. Also Carrot and Gateau yelling at him to :"Act like a man! You're a man! Stop wearing women's clothing and be a man!" Also, in this show, I never realized before that the hunters were so fast. Gateau picks up Maris and they all jump out of there so damn fast. I'd have to say that this is my favorite OAV. Of course, I usually like stories with plots.

In Eclair's room.---->

OAV #3

In the Spooner continent there is a holy tree that blooms every ten years. If you confess your love under this tree, then you will be happily married. The tree holds special memories for Carrot, Tira, and Chocolate. They all played beneath the tree before they even knew what the tree represented. Now the tree has become a tourist attraction for those searching for love. It's a party down by the tree with everyone getting drunk. Gateau and Eclaire show off. Carrot chases girls. Big Mama sings her rendition of "Feelings" *her best song*, and be sure not to give Marron any alcohol or he'll burn the whole place down. Anyway, Chocolate and Tira go to the tree and soon Carrot also arrives. Carrot confesses his love. Is it for Chocolate? Tira? Or could there be another?

My take: The main reason for anyone to see this is to watch Marron get drunk. That is the greatest right there. A very touching scene full of memories and other good stuff shows how close the Glaces and Misus were as children.
