“Just kidding, Wilson! There was no way that I’d let you anywhere near Selenity.” Wilson laid there, blood flowing all over him, a knife through his heart. Enymion stared at Wilsons dead body. He stepped through the portal and soon, he was on his way back home.

Soon, Selenity woke up. It was raining outside. She looked around the room, thinking she would find Wilson. But she didn’t. She realized that Endymion was still in another realm. She ran outside. She called out Endymion’s name, hoping he’d appear out of the blue. Endymion was no where to be seen, or found. She didn’t care that she didn’t know where she was going. The only thought that ran through her mind is that she need to find Endymion. She constantly called out his name. She walked all around the mansion looking for him in the rain. Soon, it began to rain heavily. Her long, antique-white dress began to get wet, but she didn’t care. She went farther and farther away from the mansion. She called out Endymion’s name, hoping he’d hear her. But it was no good.

“Selenity!!” Endymion called out her name, hoping she’d hear him and come to him. He wandered off into a large field. He had no idea where he was. He didn’t care where he was going. He only cared about getting back to Selenity. He called out Selenity’s name. Suddenly....

“Endymion!!” Selenity smiled.

“Selenity!!!” Endymion smiled. They stared at each other across a wide field, 15 feet away from each other, huge smiles on their faces. Endymion started slowly walking towards Selenity. Selenity did the same. The rain started to get heavier as they neared each other. Selenity started running to Endymion. Soon, the embraced. They kissed passionately. Endymion looked at Selenity lovingly. Selenity eyes began to fill with tears. Endymion lifted her and twirled her around in the air. He returned her gently to the ground. No one said a word. They looked into each other’s eyes. Selenity’s eyes were overflowing with tears. Endymion wiped her tears from her soft, pink cheeck.

“Don’t cry anymore, Selenity. I’m here for you, for always.” Endymion embraced her again. Selenity laid her head gently on his chest.

“I know, Endymion. I love you.” Selenity suddenly felt warm even though it was raining.

“I love you too, Selenity. Always and forever.” They looked into each other’s eyes again and soon their lips met. They teleported themselves back to the mansion, hand in hand.

Selenity and Endymion had changed out of their wet clothes. After they finished changing, they sat on the bed, talking about what happened. At that moment, Selenity realized that Endymion had bruises all over him.

“Endymion! Are you okay? These bruises must hurt!”

“I’m alright. They did hurt, but when I laid my eyes on you, it was as if the pain had disappeared. Even as we speak, there is no pain.”

“Okay, when you saw me and you didn’t feel any pain, I can understand, but I don’t believe that it doesn’t hurt now, as we speak.”

“Okay, okay. You got me. They do hurt now.” Endymion and Selenity smiled at each other. “I’m alright though. They don’t hurt that much.”

“Oh no. I don’t think so. I”m getting you some ice to put on those bruises.”

“Okay, but I’m coming with you.”

“I’m a big girl. I can get some ice by myself.”

“No, Selenity. I’ll come with you. Don’t worry about me.”

“Okay. If you say so.” They held hands and descended down the stairs towards the kitchen. Suddenly, they heard a knock on the door.

“I’ll get it, Selenity.”

“No. I’m coming with you. Anyway, I want to see who it is.” They walked towards the door, opening it slowly. It was Max and Liz.

“Hi Selenity! Hi Endymion!” Max greeted the couple excitedly. Liz did the same. Max looked Endymion up and down, as if he was looking for something.

“Is something wrong, Max?” Endymion asked.

“Yeah. What happened to you? Did you let Selenity abuse you?” Max giggled. Selenity gave him an icy glare and Liz nudged him in the side with her elbow. “Sorry.” Liz spoke for him.

“You’ll have to excuse him. He’s a little crazy. What he meant to ask was if you were okay, Endymion. What happened to you?”

“Well, I’m pretty much okay. There’s a little pain and we were just about to put some ice on my bruises, but you will not believe the story behind these bruises.” Endymion began the story.

Liz and Max were shocked. They were speechless. Max spoke.

“Well, at least you got rid of him. I never knew he could be that way. He was such a good friend to me. Wow. It takes one to know one, huh?”

“Yeah. I couldn’t agree more.” Everyone became silent. Endymion broke the silence. “So, what did you guys come here for?”

“Oh yeah. Liz and I have everything planned out for your wedding. The food, the ballroom, the decorations, everything is all ready to go. All you need to do now is to go to a couple of rehearsals and soon, the big day will come!!”

“I can’t wait!!” Selenity was gushing with happiness and joy.

“Who can?” Liz asked sarcastically. They all laughed. They started discussing the events and everything else they could discuss. Finally, it was time for Liz and Max to go.

“Well, it was great seeing you again! We’ll call you for the rehearsals. We can’t wait for you guys to tie the knot! It’ll be an absolutely wonderful wedding.”

“We know it will!” Selenity and Endymion looked each other in the eyes.

“I can’t wait to become your wife, Endymion.”

“And I can’t wait to become your husband, Selenity.” They kissed each other quickly.

“We’ll have the most beautiful and perfect wedding!!!” Selenity gushed with joy.

“Yes, we will.” Endymion smiled. Suddenly,the door opened wide and four shadowy figures appeared in the doorway.
