 My
favorite SxS moment would have to be the elevator incident in episode 57.
Sakura and Syaoran were stuck in an elevator (due to Eriol's magic) and
suddenly, the elevator tilted to one side, and Sakura fell into an abyss
(?). Syaoran was frantic and for the first time in the series, he called
Sakura by her first name! ^_^X He shouted Sakura's name, his despair
showing in his face. As it turned out, Sakura was fine because she used
the fly (?) card but when she reached Syaoran, he suddenly hugged her. I
guess it was then that he realized that Sakura was the one he truly loved all
along, and not Yukito. ^_^X That episode has to be my all-time favorite.
The scene by
the verandah in the skiing inn also has to be included in my top SxS
moment. In episode 64, both Sakura and Syaoran couldn't sleep and somehow
they ended up talking in the verandah. It was such a cute moment that I
can't help but go awwwww!!! whenever I think about it.
The
scene by the swing in episode 66. Sakura confided to Sayaoran about
Yukito's rejection, and of course, Syaoran was heartbroken, but still he
remained a brave front for Sakura's sake. He even offered a shoulder for
her to cry own, even if his own heart was bleeding. It was such a sweet
and innocent scene and I wanted to kick Sakura for being so dense.
In episode 67
when Sakura and Syaoran were on their way to the festival at the Tsukimine
shrine. Sakura gave Syaoran a muffler she made and both of them blushed.
^_^X In the manga, it was actually a yukata she sewed herself but there,
she was still oblivious to him unlike in the anime, wherein she became 'aware'
of Syaoran after Yuki's rejection.
The scene in
the airport in episode 70. Sakura asked Syaoran if she could have the bear
he made and of course, he gave it to her. When he handed the bear to her,
their hands touched *swoons in delight* and they blushed afterwards.
Wasn't that innocently cute? ^_^X
