07/09/02: Welp, I finally managed to drag my lazy butt out of Germany and back to someplace where I had continous internet access, so - here's a teeny update. New mp3s in the J-Rock section, and a new picture on the art page. It's a surprise present, go look. ^.^ I may also have an OC update sometime in the next couple of weeks - a few side stories that never made it up on the site while the actual RP was going on, and then there's another surprise that I thought of while in Deutschland. n_n Germany is good for the creative spirit.
05/19/02: No more writing updates, since I don't really have anything finished and the next GG chapter still isn't finished... But five new mp3s in the J-Rock section, and two new pics of Gackt-sama! Wai!
05/05/02: At long, long last! An update! It's not much of one for OC (I'll explain in a moment) - I just fixed a little something on the art page... But there's a bunch of new songs in the J-Rock section! All requests! *does a happy little bouncy dance that people visit her site* And some new pics, too, and a couple more romanizations! *more bouncing* I also got an Angelfire Plus membership, which means no more banner ads! Wai wai wai! And Genki Goth now has a spiffy frontispiece, though the fourteenth chapter isn't done yet. It will be soon, I hope.
Now, about Open Circle - I have some news. Namely, there isn't going to be any more Open Circle; it's over. There were a lot of reasons, all good, but I'm not telling you what they are unless you email me/sign my guestbook and ask me. XP Suffice to say that there will be no more episodes, and probably no more sidestories, either. The Other Writing section will continue to be updated, of course, along with the J-Rock page and maybe the Musings and possibly the art, but otherwise... The old roleplay is dead, long live the new roleplays. (Though lately Genki Goth's been pretty dead too... well, that might change soon.) Anyway, that's enough updating out of me.
03/31/02: Sorry, this ain't an update. This is just to say that there won't be any updates for quite a while as my comp Leela undergoes major system problems and I break in my new laptop, Val. Guess who he's named for. Oh, and also Lawrence of Arabia is a great movie - Peter O'Toole rules, and so does (well, did) real-life Lawrence. P.S. Okay, I've done a bit of minor editing - if the latter part of "Clubbing" doesn't show up, I have no idea why not. Sorry. But I fixed some other little errors.
03/17/02: Updated my personal bio a bit to include my new livejournal, which gave me fits at first but is working quite nicely now, thank you. Rotated the mp3s (they're not ALL DEG songs this time, surprise surprise), and added a couple of links to a new site, Hidden Faces, which Chiiru-chan is making. It RULES, go and visit NOW! There's also a new original story (if you can call it that) by me, and a Genki Goth character quiz! Whee! Fun! (I got Shiko - big surprise, huh. n_n)

03/02/02: Another weird-looking date. Uh - updated the rotating mp3s! Go me! Also added a pretty new pic of Shin-chan! n_n P.S. Just noticed that the counter now reads 1000! I'd celebrate, but - um - a good two hundred or so of those hits are me checking to make sure everything is working, and I'd bet much money that most of the rest are from either Chiiru-chan site-bitching or Ryuujin because I ordered him to visit. *sigh* If I get 2000 hits and two guestbook entries from complete strangers, I'll consider having a party.
03/01/02: That date looks funny... anyway... Just updated the list of J-Rock mp3s; I'll try and rotate the mp3s this weekend. I should probably make a separate update page for the J-Rock section, but since on the whole this site gets updated so rarely I don't think it matters, so XP.

02/18/02: Fixed a few little things in the romanized lyrics for the J-Rock section, also added a list of my J-Rock mp3s so you guys can request songs, also put a link to Chiiru-chan's webjournal on the About Us page. Oh - and took the Open Your Heart, Open Your Mind banner off the front page because Chelsea filled my ear about how having banners on front pages was an invasion of privacy... @.@ Don't ask me, okay? 02/17/02: Kaoru-san's birthday is today! (Kyo-san's was yesterday.) In honor of both of them, I've got a big update - my very own little page o' J-Rock! She can make her own site just for OC if she wants - me, I'll grab webspace where I find it.)

01/13/02: WAI! The big update is DONE! Let's see what all I've got for your reading and viewing pleasure: Open Circle Episode 13; Genki Goth, chapter 13; several more stories in the "Other Writings" section, including Chiiru-chan's in-progress fanfic-novel Chaos of the Heart and a really messed-up but funny Weiss Kreuz roleplay/fanfic we did together; a new, spiffy color pic of Satsuki in the art section; new links on the Links page; and - this is the best part - an About Us page! WAI WAI! (Unfortunately Chiiru-chan and Giga-san's bios aren't up yet... but soon... soon...) Anyway, I'm going to go collapse now - this whole weekend is CRAZY, I'm amazed I even got this update done...
01/09/02: No, this isn't the big update, that's still in the works... Just wanted to note that we're now proud members of three different creative writing webrings AND that there's now a link to AnimeNation - if you click on it and then buy some of their neat anime stuff, I get money and you've just supported not only anime, but aspiring writings everywhere! (Okay, aspiring writers in Texas, Georgia, and North Carolina. Deal.) Hopefully I'll get rid of that link soon and put up one of the nice banners I downloaded... I just have to figure out how to make an image link to a site... If anyone out there knows how and is reading this, PLEASE HELP ME!!

12/13/01: Wai! Updating happiness! I added several links, plus a new picture in the art section (well - kind of a new picture - you should probably go and look at it for yourself), PLUS a new happy super-cute side story! ^-^v You really ought to read it, it's HYSTERICAL. Did you know that Sakura has a Kanoe-sense? I bet you didn't. Oh, and "Broken Glass" is no longer up on the site - I want to publish it sometime soon, so having a copy freely available on a website didn't seem like such a bright idea. One more thing - the EVIL side story is still up; you should continue to avoid it.
11/12/01: Well, the blooper reel for ep. 12 is up, I fixed a couple of little errors in Whispers in the Dark, I updated the links page, and you should not read the evil new story in the Side Story section. I am serious about this. DO NOT READ IT. I don't even know why I wrote it, let alone posted it, and if you know what's good for your mind you won't read it. I should have burned it before I put it up.
10/30/01: Yes, I am a louse - it's been a month since I last updated... Well, things have been crazy, what else can I say? Episode 12 is up, with any luck I'll have the blooper reel done soon, and then I'm going to concentrate on teaching Chiiru-chan how to update the site. Two webmistresses will be better than one lazy one, ne?
9/27/01: Another real update, don't hold your breath for the next one... This time there's episode 11 and its blooper reel, two more of Chiiru-chan's musings, and a page of random stuff that I downloaded and felt like putting up somewhere. Give it a look, it's spiffy...
9/15/01: At last - a real, actual update... We've got two different side stories, as well as episode 10 and its blooper reel. Wai! I've also taken out a link that wasn't really working anymore, and added Chiiru-chan's page of musings, which she's been nagging me about for AGES.
9/11/01: I'm not really updating the site, you know - I hope to get around to that soon, but today is just for remembrance; I'm doing this for the people who have died today at the World Trade Center in NYC and at the Pentagon. This is the kind of occurence that can bring people and countries together - or start a war with no possible good ending... It's often hard for me to put what I feel into words that make sense to other people, but I gave it a try today, so please go and read "Unthinking Thoughts," in the side stories section. And then think about it... It's a short poem, it doesn't seem that much to ask of you. Please, everyone.
8/20/01: Gomen nasai for not updating in so long! I know I'm a lazy bum and a slacker, you can stop yelling at me now... ;.; Anyway, just posted the blooper reels for episode 9 and Whispers in the Dark; if I can manage it, I'll see if I can't find time for some other needed updates this week, but it is the first week of school, so don't expect TOO much.
8/03/01: Wai wai! Another update! The sixth and final part of "Whispers in the Dark" is up, so you can all go and read it. ^-^v It's not QUITE as cool as the other parts, but that's okay. We were beginning to figure out that it was time to wrap things up. See? We have a sense of timing!
7/27/01: *smiles slyly* Well, looky what we have here - EPISODE 9! ^-^v Yes, we've finally managed to wrap up the two-parter begun in episode 8! No more of "Whispers in the Dark" yet, but expect that soon; also posted the other poem Chiiru-chan wrote with WiTD in mind. "Gifted" doesn't come into it - she's become Richard Madoc... *pokes Chiiru-chan* Are you keeping a muse in your attic? (See Sandman book 3, "Dream Country," story "Calliope." Hey, you ought to read the Sandman anyway.)
7/26/01: Yet another actual update! There are two more parts of "Whispers in the Dark" posted, the fifth part is partially RPed already and will just need editing, and I put up the final copy of the accompanying song. There's another poem Chiiru-chan wrote for it, but I haven't put it up yet... I will soon, though along with a little "surprise" that people who keep up with the actual EPISODES will enjoy... *smirks evilly, keeps mouth shut* Sore wa - himitsu desu! ^.^ Oh, and I fixed a couple of minor errors that I spotted while re-reading the episodes. Just subtle things that none of you will actually notice.
7/25/01: Wai wai! A REAL update! The first two parts of "Whispers in the Dark" are up and posted and SUPER cool, so go read them! The second part also contains the text of a song that MokonaChiirushia wrote for the side story - I wish I could record her singing it and post it, it's BEAUTIFUL... Anyway, still no news on ep 9, but the third part of "Whispers in the Dark" is in the works, so look for that some time tomorrow. *sniffles* It hasn't even gotten to the scary part, and it's sad already! Note: We are evil, evil people.
7/23/01: Hi, everyone! I'm REALLY sorry for not updating in so long, but I was at Japanese camp for four weeks without computer access... ;.; You must all feel pity for me now... Anyway, I don't have an actual update right at this very moment other than that some errors spotted by our Site Bitch's sharp eyes are fixed, but I'll be putting up the first part of a side story by MokonaChiirushia and I soon, and with any luck I'll manage to at least begin editing a couple of other side stories. Oh, and plans for ep 9 are in the works - keep an eye out for that news...

6/18/01: Finally, an update! Posted Suzuki and Charlie's bios, so that should be it for the bios page, at least for now. Actually, I should probably start bugging Ryuujin for Kim's bio... ^-^;;; Oh, and I put ratings on all the episodes, something that Chiiru-chan suggested a long time ago.
6/02/01: Drew and posted a picture of Kai which passed Ryuujin's inspection. Ryuujin-san and I also did a side story RP, but it won't be posted for a long time because a) I haven't finished editing it and b) it can't happen for at least another four episodes. It's really cool, though...
5/30/01: Finally back from Animazement(which was absolutely FANTASTIC! vv^-^vv), and still no new RP. School will be out soon, though, and then - well, who knows? We might be able to have weekly episodes. No news on the Tetsuya pic, but I managed my own semi-decent pic of Kanoe and it's posted in the art section, so go have a look! Oh, and my hair is still black.
5/24/01: Still nothing new, and there probably won't be for another week or two, as Chiiru-chan and I will be TREMENDOUSLY busy with Animazement(I still can't believe it starts TOMORROW! O.o) and then exams. And frankly, without us, there isn't a lot of RPing to be done. Oh, there might also be a picture of Tetsuya coming soon - I can't draw him, because all I'm good at drawing is anime style and Tetsuya just doesn't fit in it, but Matt Meczynski-san(you know, the GOOD artist around here) might do a quick sketch or two.
My hair is black now. That has nothing to do with anything, but I just dyed it and I'm not used to it yet, so I thought I'd mention it.
5/19/01: Phew… There isn't a huge change at this site, per se, but the site where I've moved the fancomic and most of the art is ready and will be running as soon as I stop piffling around with this site and go work on it. As of now, that comic is GONE from this site, and there's a pic of Satsuki in its place(along with a couple of caught images that I couldn't resist).
5/17/01: Added a side story by me and Giga-san, as well as its blooper reel - go read it, everyone, it's cute! Also changed the layout of this page so that the most recent updates are at the top, at the recommendation of Chiiru-chan.
5/11/01: Well, the cool pic of Sephy-sama is up, and it looks gooooooooooood… ^-^V There's also an unfinished sketch by the same artist, and I added my own picture of Sephy in a tuxedo. I heard that someone else online has drawn Sephiroth in a tuxedo, so if any of you know a) who drew it and/or b) where I can find it, I'd really like to take a look at it. Trust me, there's no such thing as seeing too many bishies in tuxes… ^________^
5/10/01: Look! I got another strip done! I was tired of not having the paper I was using, so I just drew it on regular paper and am not happy with the results. I have REALLY got to get that paper… I also put up a little of my fanart, in case anyone is interested - and a really talented artist I know drew this GORGEOUS pic of Sephy-sama in the RVA T-shirt, and he said that I could scan it in as soon as he finished… ^-^v Expect quality art soon, mina-san!
5/05/01: Well, Chiiru-chan and I did another side story, a rather serious one this time, and that's uploaded along with an OOC reel(it's not really a blooper reel, because frankly it isn't funny). Also added a necessary warning for episode 6.
5/04/01: Fixed an error in the blooper reels, spotted by Chiiru-chan's sharp eyes, and added all two paragraphs of "Broken Glass" that I've written. I did mention I was lazy, didn't I?
5/02/01: Well, as I'm sure no one noticed, I didn't have a strip up yesterday. Actually, I HAD one three-quarters finished, but I never got around to drawing the fourth panel due to the general interference of life(in the form of putting together a Gundam model without the benefit of the instruction booklet). However, I finished it today AND was able to do another strip, so I'm all caught up - just in time to tell you I'm taking a brief hiatus until I get more paper. With any luck, that will take enough time for me to create a separate page for the comic, but I'm lazy AND in school, so don't get your hopes up.
4/30/01: Added the eighth comic strip. Hey, at least I'm constant - no artists' block yet! (Viewers: *count the days until that happy occurance*)
