speed. He rarely uses weapons,
but is believed to be proficient with both guns and more traditional Japanese
weapons.
Biography: Little is known about the enigmatic figure behind the
rise and current status of the organization, the most powerful
criminal business in the city.
There is a huge bounty on his head, but his cruel reputation and his organization’s
fierce loyalty make
him a daunting target. He keeps
a low profile, rarely identifying himself and leaving as few witnesses
as possible; generally only a few
guards and the highest-ranking members
of the organization even know what he looks like. The few bounty
hunters who have gotten
close to him lived long enough to
regret it, but not long enough to brag. The only exceptions are Satsuki,
Kanoe, and Kai, for whatever
reasons. Highly unpredictable,
