- Motomiya Daisuke -
Ah. The Kensuke / Daiken coupling. I'll admit, this is a personal favorite of mine, because I do believe that there is a lot of proof for it. And for those of you who are like, "He likes Hikari! He's not gay!" .. It is possible to like both boys and girls, y'know. Plus, his obsession with Hikari seems to diminish towards the end of 02. There is so much evidence to prove this coupling, but I'm not going to name every little thing. Daisuke is the first, and only one for quite a time, to believe that Ken has the potential to be an ally. They also form a very strong friendship, that almost seems loving. Daisuke was the one to go after Ken when he was taken by Oikawa and what not. And for those of you who believe they're too young for that, I'll tell you, it is very possible for two children of the same sex to have attractions towards one another, even at that age. Trust me.
- Hida Iori -
Iori is my favorite of the 02 Digidestined. But, him and Ken being anything more than friends? Two words. Hell no. I don't think so because of the age ( I'm a fan of Takori ), it's just.. No. Iori is the last one to trust Ken, and even afterwards is still highly suspicious of him. It was difficult enough for them to form a friendship, let alone any kind of loving relationship.
- Yagami Hikari -
This one also deserves a 'Hell no'. There's barely much interaction between them at all, let alone enough to bring about any kind of relationship. Besides, Ken can get much better than her.
- Takaishi Takeru -
No. Just no. While there isn't really anything that would make it a 'Hell no', like the fact Iori didn't trust Ken for a very long time, there just isn't enough to make it a prospect for love, either.
- Inoue Miyako -
Ah. Miyako. The one Ken actually does get married to. I really don't understand this, though. There was more evidence for Daisuke. The writers probably just decided that there just had to be straight marraiges, since Sorato doesn't make any sense either. Yes, I'll admit, there is a little bit of interaction that could suggest it, but only in like, two, three episodes at the most.
