Cybertronian Physique: Like his fellow Autobots, Scoop is a robotic entity of Cybertronian design and origin. His very body gives Scoop the following abilities:

Payloader Mode: Whenever he desires, Scoop can transform between his Humanoid mode and Payloader mode, and often does so quickly in battle to maximize the use of his abilities. His Payloader mode has these vehicular statistics:

Targetmaster Process: Scoop has undergone the Targetmaster Process, which binary-bonds Scoop with Tracer and Holepunch. As a Targetmaster, Scoop has the following abilities:
-Bonding: Am link with Tracer and Holepunch. They handle the aiming, while Scoop handles defensive or other maneuvers.
-Worthiness: Tracer and Holepunch can only be used as a weapon by Scoop, unless they allow it or are incapacitated in Weapon Mode
-Limitations: Scoop is -1cs on marksmanship when using another form of gun and needs to readjust
