Targetmaster Process: Crosshairs has undergone the Targetmaster Process, which binary-bonds Crosshairs with Pinpointer. As a Targetmaster, Crosshairs has the following abilities:
-Bonding: Am link with Pinpointer. Pinpointer handles the aiming, while Crosshairs handles defensive or other maneuvers.
-Worthiness: Pinpointer can only be used as a weapon by Crosshairs, unless Pinpointer allows it or is incapacitated in Weapon Mode
-Limitations: Crosshairs is -1cs on marksmanship when using another form of gun and needs to readjust
