Radical Power Guards (RPG)

Drawn in late 1997, still in pencil and very messy. My earlier style manga, ^___^ I was still in high school back then. Techno futuristic genre , Power guards is the name of government special force whose job is to maintain the safety and stability of the country (like FBI or something...) Unfortunately, the government is badly corrupted, so few power guards decided it's time to take action by themselves to protect the innocents..yadda yadda yadda ..... btw, that's why they are called radical power guards.
