Type in "Takehiko Ito" in the search section. There should be a set for about $20.00. I've never used JPQueen before, so if you haven't used it as well, ask people about it. If you have, you probably won't have problems ordering it.
Amazon Japan
Type in 'Outlaw Star', don't go to where the mangas or DVDs are. Instead click on the Outlaw Star novels. Click on Takehiko Itoh's Kanji name, he has at least four to his name. It should bring you to a page which lists many mangas and artbooks done by him. The FRHS mangas are in stock. Signing up on Amazon JP might be hard if you don't know what your doing. Amazon JP can be seen in English, and use the reg. Amazon as a guide to sign up.

I would imagine that the Director's Cut differs from the regular manga. I've seen the cover images and know they exist, most of the time however: they are out of stock. I remember Achan and me talking about the different covers. They should for the most part look almost the same. But the Director’s Cut version should say "Director's Cut" on the side of the cover.

Use the tip I described above. But they are out of stock and usually don't have the images up. They are in stock via used book stores that list themselves on Amazon Japan, this is the area where you must be careful. Look up and see how well they deliver things and what their polices are.
