Underground Adventure (Rewritten)

Author's Note: I apologize for cutting the scene with Tiger
tackling Joker out (but remember, this is my rewritten version)

A desert with a castle in the distance.
Zoom in past some flowers to a tower and into a chamber.
"They are here, Gali" a handle slams down onto the floor.
"Yes, impudent fools, how dare they challenge Master Moo?
This cannot continue Joker, they must be stopped"
Sinister laughter rings out.
"At your service, Gali"
Suddenly there is an extreme close-up of a clown's face and
his eyes glow as he continues speaking "They won't get past
Joker, believe me, the rebels' power is only an illusion" as he
says these words, the evil clown raises a scythe and then
he swings it in a half-circle in front of him and disappears.
"Good"

* * * * *

"Uyoowwww, waaaahh, uhu" Suezo yelled as he tried to see
over the cliff and fell back into Golem's hands "Higher, Golem,
just a little bit higher"
Golem brought his arm and threw Suezo into the air again.
"EEEIIII" Suezo shot straight up like a rocket "I'm almost there,
just another foot and oh, WAAAHHH"
"It would be easier if I took a look over the cliff-top" Minette
whispered to Blue.
As the eyeball plummeted back down to earth, Golem suddenly
looked away, interested in something else.
"Golem, catch me" Suezo shrieked.
"Golem" Genki cried.
Then as Suezo was about to hit the ground, Golem grabbed him
by his tail.
"Just a little joke" the rock giant said.
"Uhh huu uuhh" Suezo who was a blue color turned his head, a
nervous look on his face "Get yourself a better writer, Golem" the eyeball
yelled, then leapt from Golem's hand and promptly fainted.
Genki ran to Suezo's side "Hey, Suezo, come on, get up" the boy
cried.
Holly bent over "Suezo, did you see anything?" she asked.
"I think he needs a minute2 Genki said, turning to her.
"Looks like it" Holly agreed.
"Spi...spi...spi" Kaz suddenly stammered.
"What?" Holly turned to look at him.
"SPIDER" the Spot Saurian shrieked, pointing at a rock.
Nancy walked over to the rock, picked the tiny creature up and watched the
spider run round her hand.
"You're not scared of this little thing, are you, Kaz?" she asked, a
grin on her face.
Hare stepped forward "In the meantime, how are we going to get
out of here?"
"Awww" the Searchers stare upwards.
"We'd never, just look at that cliff" Holly says.
"That's easy" Rialto snorted.
He spread his wings and took to the sky.
"Hey, wait" Genki cried.
But the dragon was gone.
"Some monsters just aren't team players" Hare muttered.
"Holly, are you sure that the stone was right, that the Phoenix is
this way"
Tiger suddenly said.
She got out her pendant and held it in her clasped hands and the image of the
Phoenix appeared and pointed the way to go, straight
in the direction of the cliff
"I'm absolutely sure" she replied.
Genki sitting down, looked at the map Captain Horn had given them
"Tiger, you got any ideas how we can get over this cliff?"
"Chi" Moochi said, standing next to the boy.
"Keep it away, keep it away"
All the other Searchers just sweatdropped as they watched Nancy chasing Kaz
round Golem's legs with the spider in her hand.
"Golem getting dizzy"
"That's enough, Nancy, put it back" Blue stepped between them.
"Spoilsport" she sighed, then went to put the spider back on the
rock when it had been spotted.
"Excuse me, but according to my calculations, climbing this cliff
would take approximately nineteen days and if we factor in the
fatigue of all twelve of us.
Yes, give or take a couple, we would suffer a net loss of 2, 837
golds" Hare had been sitting down, calculating with an abacus.
"What, really" Genki said.
"Don't you mean thirteen of us, Hare?" Holly asked.
"Technically, no, Minette can fly so she doesn't count"
Tiger snarled "Always money, money, money, I don't have any
problems with scaling that cliff, Hare" he said.
"But the point is it's just not practical, Tiger" Hare said
"Hold that" he threw the abacus to Suezo and sat down on a
rock.
"Quite simply, Tiger, it will drain us, I say we go the long way
around"
"No, quite simply, you're a lazy schemer, always looking out for
yourself"
"Can't hear you, old buddy" Hare pretended to clean out one ear.
"You're lazy"
"Back at ya"
Tigress sighed and shook her head.
"Moochi, Moochi, Moochi"
"Huh" they turned to see Holly watching as Moochi squeezed in
to a hole in the cliff face "Moochi, Moochi, Moochi, Moochi"
"What's up, Moochi?" Genki asked as he and the others ran up.
Suddenly Moochi disappeared.
"Where's he gone?" Tiger asked.
"Moochi, what's it look like" Suezo called.
He popped back out "There's a really big cave inside-chi"
"Haha" the others couldn't believe their luck.
"Golem, do your thing" Genki cried.
The rock giant got ready "Gol.....lem" he cried as he smashed
the cliff-face apart.
"Whoa" Kaz just stared.
As they stood in the mouth of the cave.
"It's huge in here" Holly said.
"Wow" Genki added.
"Maybe it's an underground passageway that leads to the other
side" Hare piped up.
"And no climb?" Genki asked.
"Uh-huh" Hare nodded.
Then he leant and rested on Tiger's back, patting the blue wolf's neck. "And so
the shortest distance between two points turns
out to be a straight line, wouldn't you say, Tiger, old pal"
Tiger just growled and walked off.
"Yahhhh" Hare was pulled to the ground.
"You ok?" Nancy asked.
He popped back up "Hey, it's worth a try"
"Let's find the Phoenix" the rabbit added.
"The Phoenix" the others chorused together.
Tiger snarled to himself as he watched the others enter the cave,
then as Tigress stopped, turned and waited for him, the blue wolf
followed them in.
No-one looked back or they might have seen the scythe handle
silently placed on the floor of the cave behind them.
Joker had found them.

Genki led the way through the cave, holding a torch.
Holly, Browny next to her behind him, Moochi was following them,
after him came Blue and Minette.
The young pixie clung tightly onto the Blue Hare's arm, staringup
at the darkness around them, only held at bay by the torch Genki carried.
Hare and Nancy walked after them, holding hands, Suezo and Kaz behind them while
Tiger and Tigress were both next to Golem who brought up the rear.
"This cave must go a really long way" Genki said, not noticing the worried look
on Holly's face.
"Yes, but will this take us to the other side?" she asked.
"Don't worry about it Holly, if it's a dead end, we'll just turn round
and come back" he replied.
"A guy like me learns to recognize opportunities when they come
along, trust me, this is gonna work out just fine" Hare said.
Golem closed his eyes and laughed, not noticing the dagger of ice hanging from
the roof of the cave until he bumped into it.
Angry, the rock giant tore it out of the ceiling as the other rebels
all scattered and Holly gasped
"Careful, Golem, that's dangerous" Genki warned.
Then
"Arrrghhh" Genki and Holly cried together.
The Searchers all stared up into the darkness overhead, then ran
for it as more spikes of ice started falling.

* * * * *

The torch lay on the cave floor as the rebels all gasped for breath
after running from the cave-in.
"Man" Genki finally said when he'd stopped panting.
"That was too close a call" Suezo said, losing his rag with Golem
"Are you totally out of your mind, Golem" he yelled.
The rock giant just bowed his head.
Moochi lay on the ground, panting, then saw twinkling red lights
in a side cave.
"Chi, what is that" he wondered aloud, getting up and walking
over.
Suddenly the the little pink monster shrieked as a colony of bats flooded from
the cave.
The others stared at the bats as they proceeded to attack the Searchers.
"Bats, Bats, Bats, Bats" Hare yelled, his ears and arms sticking
up in the air.
Minette screamed and Blue was instantly at her side, using his
lute as a weapon, swinging it at the bats.
"Hmmm" Golem said as the ones who tried to snack on him broke
their teeth
"Argh, argh" Holly cried, protecting her face with her arms.
Genki ran to Holly and waved the torch around, scaring off the
bats attacking her.
"Let's go" the boy cried.
"ARRRGGGGHHHH" they all ran for it.

* * * * *

They had got away from the bats and were all panting again
"Well....maybe....caves....aren't....so....great....after....all"
Genki panted.
"And.....the.....bats.....aren't.....that.....friendly.....either"
Holly gasped.
"Gaah, Gahh, my body type wasn't designed for running like
that" Suezo said, gasping for breath as Moochi sat next to him,
also panting.
"Uurrr" Kaz just collapsed in an exhausted heap.
Blue and Minette knelt on their hands and knees side by side,
gasping while Browny lay on the cave floor, panting.
Hare held his his messed up ears "Just look at this, they made a
meal out of my beautiful ears, my best feature"
"Oh, come here" Nancy said, walking over, then gently started
stroking the fur on his ears, smoothing it back down.
Hare smiled and pulled her closer and she buried her face in the
fur on his chest.
Tiger suddenly looked up.
"Huh, haven't we been here already?" he asked, getting to his
feet.
"Huh" the others said, one after the other.
"You're right, Golem yanked that rock thing right here" Suezo
ran round, panicking.
"Looks like we're back where we started from" Tiger said.
"You're kidding" Holly replied.
"What's this?" Genki climbed up the sloping rock behind him.
"Hey" Holly called.
"Hey, look, a bunch of tunnels" he said, holding up the torch.
"Huh" Holly, Browny, Suezo, Moochi, Golem, Hare, Tiger and
Tigress appeared behind him.
"I don't get it, we didn't see them before when we were here"
Suezo said.
"They were probably exposed when the rocks fell down, it looks
to me like a maze" Tiger replied.
"Urrr, does that mean we're not going to find our way back out
of here?" Genki cried.
"Urrr, I don't like where this conversation is going" Suezo said.
"That's just great, wandering underground forever" Holly said.
"CHI"
"Hey, Hare, what a great shortcut, your problem is you're always looking for a
quick fix and this time you've dragged us all along
with you" Tiger said.
"Hey, come on now, guys, oh, I see what's going on.
Well, I didn't hear anyone else come up with a good suggestion
coz you if you
had, I probably woulda brought it" Hare said.
"Urrr, there you go again, you would have brought it, can't you
think of anything else than money, money and more money" Tiger replied.
"Take it easy, Tiger, we're all  a little bit edgy right now" Genki
said.
"No, I had him pegged the very first moment I saw him, Hare is
nothing but a con artist if I ever saw one and when we find the mystery disc and
the Phoenix, he'll sell us all down the river"
"Yeah, well, that's a pretty speech from a guy who used to be a
bandit"
"Alright, come on" Holly stepped between them.
"This guy is a born swindler and he doesn't fool me, you got that"
"Shouldn't you do something?" Browny suddenly stood besides
Tigress, this worried look in his amber eyes as he stared at Tiger
and Hare.
The lilac she-wolf turned her gaze to the younger tiger hybrid and nodded.
"Tiger, leave it" she said.
But the blue wolf was too angry to listen to his mate, their eyes
met and locked for a second, then he turned his attention back
to Hare.
"You calling me a swindler"
"What was your first clue?"
Holly glanced back down to where Blue and Minette were both
helping Kaz to his feet.
"Mmmm, I do not have to take this, I put up with a lot of junk,
Tiger and you can't kick me around anymore.
My friends, it's been real, good luck, bye, bye" Hare waved to
them as he slid down the slope.
"Hey, where are you going?" Genki called.
"Hare, come back" Holly cried.
"Hare"
"Come back-chi"
"Hare, come on, come back" Genki pleaded.
"What's going on?" Nancy came up the slope.
"Oh well, he just can't seem to get along with Tiger so maybe
it's just as well they take different paths until they cool down"
Suezo said.
"He's, he's gone" Nancy said, staring at the tunnel where Hare
had disappeared.
"But about our team, Hare's a part of that team, all for one and
one for all, remember" Genki said to Suezo.
Then suddenly Nancy was running down the slope after Hare, she disappeared into
the same tunnel he had
"I'm gonna find him too" Genki suddenly turned and slid down the
slope after her.
"You better wait for me, Genki" Holly called, heading after him.
"Holly" Browny was suddenly sliding down the slope after her.
"Chi" Moochi quickly followed them.
"Gol" Golem ran after the little pink monster.
Suezo, Tiger, Tigress, Blue, Minette and Kaz watched them go.
"Shouldn't we go after them?" the young pixie asked.
Blue nodded and led the way down the slope, Kaz and Minette
after him.
"Woohoohooo, hehe wait up" Suezo hopped after the group.
"Coming" Tigress turned, but Tiger didn't move.
The lilac she-wolf sighed and ran after the others, Tiger glared
after her for a few seconds and then he ran down the slope and followed them.
Unseen, Joker appeared as Tiger vanished in the shadows and he
swung his scythe, sending a blast into the tunnel after them.

"Hare, where are you?" Genki called.
"Come on, please answer" Holly added.
"Joke's over" Suezo said.
"Hare, come back" Golem called
"Moochi"
"Hello, Hare" Genki cried.
"NANCY" Blue, Browny, Minette and Kaz chorused together.
"They passed this way" Tigress looked up and then put her nose
to the tunnel floor again.
Flash
"Huh, Genki what's wrong?" Holly ran over to him.
"Huh, oh, I, I just got this really weird feeling" he replied.
"Oh, like what?"
Suddenly the cave shook.
"Warrghh" Holly said.
"Urrrr" Genki added.
"What's that, an earthquake?" Suezo asked.
"Wahh-chi" Moochi was shaken slightly off-balance.
The rebels gasped as a orange glow came from round the corner,
then a fireball covering the tunnel came racing towards them.
"I don't want to be here, I want my mom" Suezo cried.
"Run for it" Genki yelled.
"Look" Minette screamed.
Blue was just standing there, frozen, staring up at the fireball, a haunted look
in his eyes.
"Blue" Holly quickly ran back and shook him by one shoulder.
He suddenly shook his head and then the Searchers ran around
the corner with the fireball still after them.
"Ur, ur, agrrrh" Moochi cried as he brought up the rear.
Suddenly the little pink monster tripped while looking behind him.
"Moochi" Genki cried, tossing the torch to Holly and going back
for him.
"Garrr" the boy said, kneeling next to Moochi.
"Arrrggghhh" they both yelled as the fireball bore down on them.
"Uh oh" Suezo said.
As Genki and Moochi huddled together, Golem sprang into action, running forward
and sank his fist into the massive fireball which shattered like glass.
Flash
Golem went tumbling right through it, landing on his back on the
other side, blinking in surprise.
"Phew" Genki mopped his forehead. "Urrr"
"Genki, are you alright?" Holly asked as she and the others ran up.
"Yep" he replied.
"Chi"
"That was amazing, Golem" Genki stood up.
"Gol" Golem replied, looking happy, but also slightly embarrassed.
"And what was a nasty fireball like that doing in a nice place like
this?" Suezo asked.
Suddenly sinister laughter echoed through the cavern and all the
rebels stood in defensive positions.
Minette drew closer to Blue, eyes wide.
"Who's there?" Holly demanded, looking round.
A scythe suddenly swung at the backs of the Searchers and they turned as Joker
appeared of nowhere.
"Hey, careful with that" Genki cried.
He just laughed again before announcing himself "I am Joker"
"Joker" Holly said, Browny protectively standing in front of her,
hackles raised.
"The famous baddie" Tiger added.
"What are you going to do if I am?" the evil clown replied.
"Grrr, what do you think?" Tiger asked, his lightning attack forming around his
horns.
"I think you're not up to it" Joker jeered.
Tiger fired at him, but the evil clown flew away from his attack and swung his
scythe at the rebels.
Flash
"Huh, what the?" Genki asked, slightly confused.
Tiger stood there, snarling as a pair of feet hit the floor in front of
him and this familiar golden armored titan walked forward.
"Moo" Tiger tensed "Yarrggh" he snarled and leapt to attack.
The others watched as Tiger leapt round a certain area, wondering what the blue
wolf was doing.
"Tiger, what are you doing?" Genki asked.
Flash
Golem suddenly found himself in a field of flowers, butterflies flew around his
legs and feet and he could hear birds singing.
"Oooohhh, pretty flowers" he knelt down, then lay down, his eyes closed in
happiness "Golem love flowers"
He lay there, eyes still closed, gently stroking the blossoms with
one finger.
Suddenly the field of flowers disappeared, dumping Golem in a lake
and he started panicking, splashing around desperately.
"What's with Golem?" Genki said.
"Break-dancing must be making a comeback" Suezo replied, not knowing the truth.
Flash
"Huh" Holly looked up as these swords plunged towards her.
"Whoa" she ran, dodging them quickly.
"Holly, where are you going, wait up" Genki ran after her, Moochi following him.
Flash
Then they were in this stone room which looked like it was in a
castle, suddenly these chains shot from pits in the floor, wrapping themselves
round Genki and Moochi.
"I can't move" Genki cried.
Flash
Blue stared around him, he was surrounded by a circular wall of
fire.
Falling to his knees and wrapping his arms round his chest, he
closed his eyes, casting his mind back to this chaos of burning
houses and screaming villagers.
"No, no, no" the Blue Hare whispered, tears slowly running down
his face, making rivulets in his fur.
Flash
Browny blinked, then he suddenly saw a reptilian figure slowly
emerged from behind a rock and move towards him.
"Naga" the Hare Hound snarled, backing into a corner of the
cave, his hackles raising. "Murderer"
Flash
Minette looked round, she was alone in the cave.
"Blue, Genki, where are you, don't leave me" she cried.
Flash
Kaz felt a slight tickling on his legs, he glanced down and went
pale, the lower half of his body was black with spiders.
"Get them off, GET THEM OFF" the Spot Saurian shrieked, brushing furiously at
his legs.
Flash
Tigress just fell to the ground "I want my father" she whimpered, sounding like
a puppy.
Joker floated overhead, watching them all reacting to his illusions.
"Pathetically easy, now let's see, who's first" he sneered as his
eyes glowed.

* * * * *

Hare walked along the tunnel, alone, looking round.
"Hrhr, it's awful cold all of a sudden" he shivered, resting his hands
on his arms.
"I've gotta wonder if being by myself makes things seem colder or
what" he stopped "Looks bad, I can't get outta here, I just keep
going and going and going and going"
Then Hare sat down on this rock and sighed "I wonder how Genki
and the others are doing without me"
He stared unhappily into a puddle on the cave floor for a moment,
then lifted his head "Oh, who cares about them anyway, serves
them right for letting Tiger say all those bad things about me.
They're gonna be in big trouble without me there to figure every
thing out for them, they're probably scared right now"
He looked round as the formations hanging from the roof seemed
to close in on him.
Hare sniffed, then backed up "Ahh, maybe I should go find them,
huh" he said.
Suddenly a drop of water fell from a rock hanging from the ceiling
and it hit the back of the stick of Hare's travelling bundle.
"Eeee, arrrggghhh" Hare ran through the tunnels, terrified.
Suddenly he skidded to a halt just beyond a opening in the tunnel
wall.
"Wuuhh" he went back for a look, hearing laughter coming from the other side.
"Hmm, it's them" Hare smiled.
The others looked like they were having fun and his grin faded
"Ahh, it's looks like they really didn't miss me at all"
Suddenly he frowned "Huh", Joker floated down, his back to Hare.
"Huuhh" Hare gasped.
Joker hovered over Genki and Moochi who were straining against the 'chains' and
laughed quietly, then lifted his scythe.
"You first" he prepared to swing it downwards.
"Noo" Hare ran up and punched Joker, sending him flying off.
Flash
Genki and Moochi looked at their arms, where were the chains?
Meanwhile Golem was still trying to keep afloat when.
Flash
The water disappeared and the rock giant found himself back on
dry land and looked round.
Flash
"Wuuuhuuuh" Holly stopped running as Tiger looked up.
Flash
Blue looked up, still shaking.
Flash
"Naga?" Browny stared round, confused.
Flash
Minette smiled at the sight of the others.
Flash
"They're gone" Kaz sighed in relief
Flash
Tigress slowly stood up.
"It's Hare, Hare's come back" Suezo yelled, looking round quickly.
Hare jumped to the cave floor "Hmm" he turned round, a serious
look on his face.
"Nice shot" Genki cried.
Tiger looked round and growled to himself.
"Blow down"
"Huh" Hare said as Genki happily cannonballed into him, hugging
the rabbit.
"Hare" the boy cried.
All the others except Tiger gathered round, calling Hare's name.
"Well, I guess that was the all for one part" Suezo said as Moochi bounced up
and down happily a couple of times.
Hare looked at his friends "Well, gosh, I didn't know you cared"
"Of course we care, you're a part of the team" Genki said.
"Well, gee, I, hehehehe" Hare snickered.
Then he looked round and asked "Where's Nancy?"
"She went looking for you" Holly replied.
"Grrrr, if it weren't for you, Hare, we wouldn't be in this mess"
Tiger started to say, angrily.
The blue wolf cut himself off as Joker floated past, laughing.
"So there was one more of you"
"You'll never beat us, Joker, coz we're a team so you can just
take your magic tricks back to where you came from, buddy-boy"
Hare cried.
"Magic, huh" Holly said.
"So that's it, huh, we've beat worse than you" Genki added.
"It's really kinda sad how you baddies never seem to get it. Boohooboohoo"
Suezo said, pretending to cry.
"Yeah, you'll need more than magic to beat us.
Grrr, I'm the monster champ"
Genki stepped forward.
"Moochi-chi" Moochi moved next to the boy.
"Then you'll love this" Joker threw his cape to one side, covering
the air behind him.
When he pulled it back, an army of black-furred, red-eyed hares
stood there, all wearing Moo's emblem.
"Evil Hares" Holly cried.
Hare jumped back to join the others "Hahaha, I'd lay odds of three
to one that those baddies are tricks and illusions too"
"Then you'd lose" Joker sneered. "Attack" he ordered
As the Evil Hares sprang forward.
"Goodies rule" Genki cried
"Alright, a fight" Kaz crowed in excitement.
The Searchers all launched themselves into battle, Tiger used his lightning,
while Hare and Golem restored to punching.
Genki and Moochi head-butted an Evil Hare under the chin each
and Blue used his spin kick attack
"Wahoo" Kaz cried happily, restoring to a tail slash.
Browny perched on an Evil Hare's chest and snapping at its throat
and Holly managed to get a little action too by throwing a rock at
one while Tigress stood guarding Minette.
Suddenly the army of Evil Hares rushed Genki and his friends

* * * * *

Hare lay on the cave floor, Joker hovering over him, laughing.
"He's got Ha, uurrr" Genki was quickly cut off as an Evil Hare tried grabbing
him, but the boy leapt away.
The others all gasped.
"Bye, bye" Joker lifted his scythe.
Suddenly
"Leave him alone" a brown streak flew out of nowhere, latching
itself onto Joker's back.
"Nancy" Hare whispered.
Joker smirked, grabbed her wrist and with an outwards throwing movement, sent
Nancy flying over his shoulder.
She crashed into the cave floor and lay still, only the rise and fall
of her chest indicating she was alive.
"So another one that I missed, not that it matters" the evil clown advanced on
Nancy, his scythe raised.
Hare sprang to his feet "Hold it, Joker, grrrr" he cried.
Then he began to glow with a pale golden light, growling as he ran
to stand in front of the unconscious Nancy.
"Hahahaha" the evil clown just laughed as Hare ran forward.
Hare ran towards him "Yahhhh, Dragon Kick" the male rabbit leapt
into the air, flames appearing around his foot.
Joker flew though the air and smashed into the roof.
"He did it" Genki crowed, jumping into view over the startled Evil
Hares' heads.
"Hare's got a new attack" Suezo added.
"Chi, hehe"
"Hare did that?" Tiger asked.
"Hahaha" Hare dropped down beside the blue wolf and threw his
head back, laughing.
"Huh" the rabbit and the wolf said as the roof started groaning.
Everyone stared upwards as chunks of the ceiling started falling
around them.
"Joker cracked the rock" Holly cried.
"Nancy" Hare quickly ran over and scooped her up.
Then Genki quickly hopped from one foot to the other "Gahh, everybody run"
he called, taking off himself.
The other Searchers quickly followed him, leaving the panicking
Evil Hares behind them as the roof caved in.
They ran through a tunnel with the cave collapsing around them, suddenly there
was
a portal of light in front of them.
"Keep going" Genki cried.
They made it out just before a rock fell, sealing off the cave.
"Yahhh" Genki was thrown onto his back, then sat up and looked
at the cave. "That was close"
"Huuuh" the others all sighed.
"Huh, man" Genki stood up and wiped his forehead with his arm.
"Right on, huh, haha" he said, turning to look at his friends and
then laughing.
"Huh, yey" the others chorused as they turned to see what the
boy was looking at.
They were on the other side of the cliff, the sun came out from
behind a cloud, revealing a grassy plain leading up to a forest.
"Look at this, the shortcut worked" Holly said.
"Good work, everybody" Suezo cried.
"Yaahoooo, we did it, we beat the baddies, goodies rule, yeah"
Genki leapt into
the air excitedly, Moochi copied him, laughing.
"I'm sure this is the start of the continent where we are gonna
find the Phoenix" Hare said, while in his arms, Nancy stirred.
"Hare"
"Huh" he turned to look at Tiger.
They stared at each other for a few seconds.
"Ok, Tiger, you're right, I admit in the beginning, I was after the money, but,
but, but now the money doesn't seem to matter anymore" Hare
glanced down at Nancy, then he winked at the blue wolf.
"Yeah, I know"
"Hmmm" Hare stared at Tiger.
"A new start, a new land" Genki said.
The others started laughing as Rialto flew down from a ledge to
join them.
"Hmmm" Hare and Tiger suddenly turned away from each other.
Tigress rolled her eyes and sighed.
"Alright, things are back to normal, let's go" Genki cried.
"Yeah" the others all chorused as they set off, continuing their
quest.
