First off you need to know that if you want to train with others you must have the splitform technique. All in all you can train with a maximum of five (5) people yourself and 4 others. When training the more people that train with you the more points you make but the less training time you have. After training you must wait one (1) week before training again if you trained and recieved 19% or less; 2 weeks for recieving 20% to 23%; and 3 weeks for 25%. Ok now in the next sentence I am gonna show you the formula for training and here it is. Training goes like the following: Strength + Toughness + Energy added together then divided by three (3) and then check the planets page to see how much you get from the number you got earlier times that by the % and thats how much you get per day. Also when training with others you get 15% of what they make added to your total points a day. Now it's time I'll tell you about the set point rule, the set point rule is where you make your normal amount of points a day and no matter if you add points to one of the training stats your total amount wont go up until next time you train. Don't get mad it may suck but its to much work to keep changing and changing it, now the below chart will show training and how many days you can train.
By yourself (Max of 5 days)
One other person (Max of 5 days)
Two other people (Max of 4 days)
Three other people (Max of 3 days)
Four other people (Max of 2 days)
When training you can do nothing else except fight. Also if you have a positive spirit you can not train with a person who has negitive spirit. neutral ppl can train with either, but whoever they train with then they cant train with the other side.
