When learning an attack or a technique you gain points every day learning the next sentence will show how much you make while learning and mastering techniques. When learning an attack or technique you will recieve 5% of your intelligance a day, but when mastering an attack you will make 10% of your intelligance a day. Look at techniques page for mastering limit. when learning/mastering a move you can no do anything else except fight.
