You may lend money upto $6,000 to a non-team member and up to $12,000 to a team member, the money doesn't have to be paid back that is up to the lender if he wants it paid back but the borrower doesn't pay him back they will be punished. You may give items valued the same as the money metioned before, but this is permanent, meaning the person doesn't have to give it back.
