This is a special place located on top of kami's lookout. Inside there is a whole deminsion as big as the earth itself, where you can train. 1 day on earth is equal to 1 year inside the chamber. Only 2 people are allowed to train in this room at once, if 2 are already in, then you must wait till they are done, first come first serve. Also you may only train in the chamber twice, after that then you may not enter ever again. The formula for taining is just like normal: (Str + Tness + E) / 3, but instead of 10% of that you get 40%. Again only 2 ppl are allowed in ata time and the max you may stay is 5 days. You can only enter the hyperbolic chamber on earth, and once you finish traing you must wait 4 weeks plus any other amount of time for other things (transforming) to train again.
