Longing glance
 A girl did make
At her darling boy

He smiled
 But turned away
So quickly from the girl

"What is wrong?"
  The girl did ask
With a teary eye

"Nothing" came the
  Boys response
"I just turned out wrong"

She blinks,
 Un-believing she says,
"I love you."

"I love you too,
  but as a sister
Not like I love.. him"

The girl 
 Shakes her head
And a tear doth shed.

"I'm sorry"
  Says he "What a cruel 
Twist of fate. I swear I never meant to hurt you!"

She turns away
 Her heart crushed
Tears staining her face.

"Don't go! I mean it!"
  Tears ran down his face
"I can't live without you!"

She keeps on walking
 And that night
She takes to herself, a knife.

He recieves a call
 A hospital, she's alive
"Thank god.." he whispers.

She looks up, as he walks in
 And holds up bandaged wrists
"You've scarred me with your love."
