kurai or jibril from angel sanctuary kaori yuki has some breath-taking character designs. both jibril and kurai have such awesome outfits. that, and you don't see much cosplay of either of them (save kurai's wedding dress.) kurai has this neat costume that involves lots of hardware that would be quite interesting to do, while jibril has an outfit that involves an awesome pair of wings. ^^ |

asellus from saga frontier when i first saw asellus and played her chapter of saga frontier, i just fell in love with her. a friend of mine mentioned she was interested in doing ildon, so maybe this dream isn't too far off...? |

megumi or chigusa from battle royale megumi and chigusa both wear a school uniform (although chigusa has a magically appearing jogging outfit) so it'd just be a matter of choosing a weapon and how i want to do my hair. i recently got a good friend of mine obsessed with br, so i might make her a class b uniform. ^^ |

demon priestess kayura from ronin warriors i just love kayura to death. aside from mia *gag*, she was the only female character on ronin warriors, and i respected her attitude and ability to take charge. i'm not sure if i want to try my hand at armor quite yet, so her kimono design is a more realistic possibility. |

karen kasumi from x/1999 i very much want to honour karen with a costume, but it's difficult choosing a design. she pretty much just runs around in lingerie and there's one artbook image of her that's getting kinda popular. but no one's gotten the bustier that she wears right yet! ^^ |

stormer from jem yay! 80s flashback cartoons! stormer was one of my favorite characters on jem (so young.. so misguided..) and her outfit is pretty easy as well. i think i'd have problems deciding on a wig for her though. ^^ but i've already got some of the fabric for her top. |

hoshi sato from enterprise hoshi.. one of the few females on star trek that doesn't need a catsuit to be cool. ^^ i haven't had any luck finding a pattern for a jumpsuit like that and all the bizarre pockets would be an interesting challenge. maybe i'll just make the blue spandex undergarments, carry around some rubbing oil, and say "look at me! i'm in decon!" |

yuna's wedding dress from final fantasy x i've been looking at this design for a while, and after seeing the ten billion yunas in her 'normal wear' at ax, i've been thinking of doing this instead. my big concern is the train. i don't want it dragging all over a convention and picking up nasty stuff. ^^ maybe i can get a bunch of tidus's to carry it for me.. |

cathrine from gundam wing everyone under-appreciates the girls on gundam wing. i guess it's probably the jealous fangirls or something. ^^ but cathrine does a lot, whether people recognize that or not. and her dress is really cute! |

shinya from dir en grey i've only heard one song by dir en grey (cage) and i thought it was okay. i like shinya probably because he reminds me of mana, that whole girly-feminine thing. ^^ a lot of his outfits seem to involve vinyl and buckles... |

umi from magic knight rayearth when i was prancing around in my blue mana wig, i realized it could double as an umi wig. even though i've only watched a few episodes of the ova (i do own the soundtrack though!) i really like a lot of the art from mkr. there's a few costumes i've got in mind, but nothing concrete yet. |

sailor mnemosyne from bishoujo senshi sailor moon sailorstars obviously! ^^;; one of these days i'll cosplay my namesake. the shoes, hair, and bracelets would be very fun, yet definetly brain-racking to do. there's also a bunch of other senshi from the manga i'd like to do, like sailor heavy metal papillion, or i may even dabble in the trendy seramyu fuku. |

zenon from zenon: the zequel i admit, i'm a total sucker for for those damn disney channel movies. and after watching both zenon movies so many times i can repeat the script forwards and backwards, her outfits have kinda grown on me. ^^; that whole funky-cyber look is just so fun! the only problem is the fabrics would be a bitch to hunt down. an outfit like this would probably be more or less made for fun when i wasn't working on any particular costume. ^^ |

mima kirigoe from perfect blue if you've never seen perfect blue, you don't know what you're missing. *_* so, go! rent! now! or i'll stab you with an umbrella! ^^; er, anyway. i've seen quite a few mimas, but very, very few have really gotten it right. it'd be nice if i could find someone to be rei and yukiko, the other members of cham!, or be the red dress version of mima. |

maya ibuki from neon genesis evangelion poor ibuki. just like hyuuga, she's developed feelings for her superior but the poor thing is never able to express them properly. ;-; classic anime's favourite lesbian! well, *my* favourite classic anime lesbian... her jacket's got a lot of weird detailing, but it'd be fun to carry around my old ghetto laptop and glomp the ritsukos! fook mi from austin powers i saw these asian twins in the trailer for austin powers and thought it'd be awesome to dress up as one of them (i don't think i could badger any of my friends to dress this skimpy. ^^;) however, yaya han sorta beat me to the punch and i don't want everyone to think i'm some loser poser. princess millerna from escaflowne: a girl in gaea i saw a raw version (meaning jap. dialogue and no subtitles) of this movie at ndk '01 and was just awe-struck by it. when it came out on dvd not too long ago, i immediately ran out and bought it. since then i've obsessed over it and millerna's design very much appeals to me. ^^; |

sora from escaflowne: a girl in gaea another character that i love from the esca. movie. when i first watched the movie, i was just entranced by her and her beautiful singing. i listen to her song on the soundtrack religiously, and would love to do the costume that goes with it! now, if only i could get a whole esca group... |

felicia from magna carta i first saw these outfits in real-life, via some cosplayers and just thought they were so cool! when my friend pointed me to the source, i was thrilled. i love a lot of the characters' designs, but felicia's intrigues me the most. |
