Welsper
Welsper is an important character as he is involved in the destruction of the world in the manga. Firstly, Welsper is a demon who merged with Belldandy when he and Belldandy was young. By law, a goddess and a demon have to merge. But then, Welsper put a curse on himself so that he will not forget that Belldandy is his other half. But the side effects of the curse is that he is to remain as a kid until the curse is broken by having Belldandy say his name. When Welsper first came in, he acted like a little boy who claims to know Belldandy. But when Keiichi reveals that he is a demon, Welsper is intent to killing Keiichi. After the incident has ended, Welsper is to be reincarnated, and he chose to be a cat to live with Belldandy.
I think that Welsper is also quite powerful as his size is small and he could still cast powerful wind magic. Welsper can be quite a joker sometimes.
