| Here are my rules for ordering and trading.
Requesting Rules 1. There is a Minimum of 2 tapes and a 8 tape max. 2. I will only take cash or money order only! 3. When you order follow each and every step on the Order Form. If you do not I will be forced to decline your order. Also, please do _NOT_ us the order form to get get in contact with me. If you have questions email me. 4. When you order do not at all e-mail me asking about the status of your Order! It's hard enough doing this with out the pestering. 5. I will not mix and match tapes. 6. 1 line on the lists equals 1 tape. 7. If you order from me and there is something wrong with your tape e-mail me telling me what exactly is wrong and I'll send you another tape. However, once I ship your tapes off and something happens there is nothing I can do about it. I say a prayer over each package so it'll arrive safely ^.^ 8. Prices are as follows:
Shipping is included with the cost of the tape. Its only $5 for shipping outside the USA. We only ship to the US and Canada. . If you would like me to use another brand please ask and I'll see if the store carries it. If the store doesn't have the brand you selected then I'll get something equal or alittle less(if that's the case I'll give you some of your money back). Also, We do except donations, however, they are not required. But! They will be greatly welcomed. If you don't run a fan-distro then you probably don't know how much hard work it is. Any kind of donation does along way ^.^ 9. Only request if you plan on sending your money at least 1 week after you send me your order. If I don't get your money 2 weeks after your order I will take your name off the status page and ask you to not order from me again. Unless something personal happened or something out of your power... ei... Postal Service 10. If you don't want to use my order form you can email your request to me but please label the subject as "Request" or I will over look it. I get spammed alot. 11. If I send you a tape and it is blank for some reason please send it back and I'll re-tape it for you. If you don't like the quality of it, I will do my best to replace it with something else. I do not give refunds, basically, b/c this is not a business. 12. After your request has been approved always include with your money your Name, Address, Email address, and the Tapes you want listed 1 by 1 and not "blah blah 1-33" If you don't I will delay your request for 1 week. 13. Please NOTE! My turn around time doesn't not include WEEKENDS(sat. and sun.) or HOLIDAYS 14. Do not be surprised if you get a package from us and it has a different name and city on the return address. That package of tapes would have been made by one of my partners. 15. And People, for the love of God, please do not give us a hard time when your order goes over the turn-around-time, or is put on hold. Things happen that are out of our power sometimes. If you wish to give us a "hard time", you WILL get a nasty scolding. So think twice and be nice ^.^ 16. If you bother me with emails when I have your order I will hold your tapes for a week. If you bother me about them again I'll hold them for a month. If you continue to bother me then you won't be happy. 17. When you have made an order and I have approved it, DO NOT ask me 2 days later if I want to trade. The answer will be "NO", and I will expect a request letter with your name on it to come in. If it doesn't I won't be happy, and neither will you b/c you will be forever posted on my shit list. 18. I will not be using paypal anymore. It's too much of a hassle and my bank is slow with the transactions.
Trading Rules 1. As for Trading I will just about take anything. the rules are you send first, always. Even if we have traded before. Always send me a list of things you have to trade for. Here is a list of things I will trade for:
2. When you Trade with me and I don't like the quality of your tapes, I will send them back, no questions asked. If you send me tapes in a trade and you lied about the quality, I will keep the tapes, and break them, you won't get them back, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I don't lie to you, so I don't except to get lied to. 3. Trades are final when I say they are, no questions asked. 4. When you send a request for a trade ALWAYS give me your name and address. Why? So I can add you to my status page. 5. When you send me my part of the trade, please remember to include what tapes you want from me in return b/c it is a pain in the ass to sort through emails to find what tapes you want. Plus it would be alot faster if you did that. 6. Never ever send me a dubbed tape! I have had this happen twice already. If you send me a dubbed tape and I don't know it's dubbed until it gets to me you will not get your tapes from me. Simple as that. Plus it is common sense not to have a dubbed tape on a fansub list.
S.A.S.E Rules 1. Email me with the subject SASE Request. And I'll give you my address you can send the blank tapes to me. 2. SASE limit is 3 tapes. No more no less. 3. The only tapes I will except are: Maxell Gold, Maxell Hi-Fi, TDK E-HG, TDK DSP, Fuji Pro and other custom bulk load tapes. If you send me anything else I will send your tapes back to you untaped. 4. When you send me your package of tapes please send a bubble envolope large enough to send your tapes back to you in and make sure that envolope has a stamp on it for $3.95(hence the name SASE (Self Addressed Stamped Envolope). If you don't want to do that you can just send me $4 to ship it with. 5. I'm very new to SASE and I may make a mistake here and there if I do please bare with me, I'll do my best to make up for it. 6.
