Sailor Uranus is the sailor senshi of the sky and her powers are based on the wind and heavens. Her "World Shaking" attack is like an extremely high pressure blast of wind, tearing apart anything in its way. Unlike Sailor Moon, Sailor Uranus does not trust other sailor senshi easily. Uranus and Neptune's first encouter with the inner senshi were far from pleasant and the two groups initially distrusted one another. The same situation is presented again in Sailor Stars, when Uranus warns Sailor Moon to stay away from the Sailor Starlights. Sailor Uranus is the strongest of the planetary senshi and is even capable of beating Jupiter (although Jupiter landed a pretty good hit on Uranus herself!)
As Haruka Tenou, she has the appearance of a tomboy and is an extremely talented racecar driver. Throughout the Sailor Moon series, there are subtle refernces to Michiru and Haruka's relationship. They've gotta be lovers, I mean in the manga, there are even hints that they might be engaged!! (They zoom in on their hands and you notice they are wearing identical rings--but then you notice Setsuna wearing a ring too).
Haruka is very fond of Usagi, and sometimes is concerned over Usagi's overly trusting nature. Haruka is compelled to look after her, and usually comes across as being a bit protective of the odango atama. In the Sailor Moon S Movie, when the inners decide to go after the snow queen, Haruka sighs loudly and mumbles "I guess it up to us to look out for them" to the outer senshi. She also warns Usagi to stay away from Seiya Kou constantly, which upsets Usagi as she and Seiya have become close friends.
Haruka seems to be one the inner senshi look up to, even before discovering each other's senshi identities. When one of the inners seemed to have a private problem or just want to talk, they usually feel free to consult with Haruka...(so far I've seen Makoto, Minako and Usagi do this). Makoto even looks up to Haruka as a role model and tries to emulate Haruka's boyish yet elegant nature. Haruka is an important member of the sailor team--she and the outer senshi even when untransformed seem to have a third sense of when danger approaching--a third sense that none of the inners except maybe Rei seems to posess.
