Webamster's notes: When MIP corporation, known only as a maker of Mobile Armors, designed a mobile suit, no one could have expected what a success it would be. Amphibious mobile suits were better suited for production by MIP, being closer in size to the massive Mobile Armors that were overshadowed by Zimmad and Zeonic's human types. MIP seemed to find its element here, and the MSM-07 Z'gok was an amazing mobile suit. Cooling system changes over the older lines of amphibious mobile suits made it less bulky and more agile on land. Six missile launchers mounted in the head and a powerful mega particle cannon mounted in either claw made the Z'gok one of the most heavily armed mobile suits involved in the war, and its armor was second to only the MSM-03 Gogg, bullets having minimal effect against it. Poweful claws capable of goring through GM armor-and in some cases, doing so- give the Z'gok melee fighting capability. Though, like the Acguy, the Z'gok was not equipped for underwater combat, its missile launchers and particle cannons were instead suited for amphibious assaults on the Federation's new land mobile suits that were rapidly turning the tide of the war.
