This is Pletonik, gatekeeper of the Realm of
Ice.
Like, Dicerus, Pletonik was also going to be something else. He was going to be a large white one of those Iberian Hound dogs. However, like Dicerus, I couldn't be bothered to learn how to draw the whole thing properly, so I just gave him a compact pony's body instead. Then he looked kind of plain next to Dicerus, so I gave him a pair of ornamental water drop wings. I drew Pletonik with a pacer and used my mechanical eraser to create the mist swirling around his legs by erasing parts of the shaded background. His hoofs and wings were coloured using watercolour pencils, but I did not wash over them with water. No computer enhancements were made. |
