reasons why kunzite and sephiroth are related

oh believe me, it's the truth ...

if you've ever played ffvii you'll know what i'm talking about. you see the resemblence is not just coincidental; it's uncanny! every inch of the is so similar i thought that they were the same person. of course that isn't possible ... but still, there has to be a blood relation there somewhere ...

and so let the debate begin

the charcters:

kunzite : The fourth, and most powerful king of the dark kingdom. was bent on destroying the senshi and retreving the ginzuishou. died at the hand of his own weapon.

sephiroth : The most powerful ex-member of SOLDIER. was obsessed with his "mother" jenova and wanted to take her and himself to the promised land. he summoned meteor so the planet would accumulate vast amounts of "mako (spirit) energy" that he (in turn) would take to promote himself to godhood. was manipulated by jenova, and was killed by the one he formerly manipulated - cloud.

see a resemblence?

• distinctive eyes
• they both have cool (gray) hair
• take the oth from the end of sephiroth and add ite and you've got the next king to the dark kingdom
• they both have capes ... it's reason enough my friends
• incredibly powerful weapons- kunzite had his boomerangs; sephiroth had his masamune
• both lost it near the end of the series (sephiroth was always crazy though ...)
• both were after somwthing powerful
• both had minions to do their biddings
• their masters were evil, cold-hearted, and impassive to anything that did not concern themselves
• their complete pasts are a fuzzy mystery
• they manipulated others: kunzite with his human youma, sephiroth with cloud
• were the most powerful of their kind
• are both anime characters
• died around the same time in the series (near/at the end)
• wern't truely introduced until almost half way through the series
• were killed by their own creations
