Reese nodded as she and Antaimon walked out of the buffet and went to their room to get some sleep. "I almost forgot what a bed feels like", She told Antaimon as they lie down on the bed to sleep.

Yolie, Senmon, Sean, and his digimon awaken when the cell pryed open and Chris and Scorpiomon were pulled out in the front. "Whats happening to him?" Senmon asked Yolie.

"It looks like the Dark Emperor is going to give him and Scorpionmon more brutal punishments." Yolie told Senmon.

"You Idiot! You Imbecile! You clumsy excuse for a dark digidestined." The dark emperor yelled at Chris. "For the next two months you will take a dark sebatical until you learn your lesson. Assume whip position." The Dark emperor began beating Chris again for his failure to listen to orders. After ten beatings, Devimon and Mysticmon returned them to the dungeon. "Yolie, Sean." The Dark Emperor said as Yolie and Sean assumed keeling position. "We are short of the dark Digidestined. I want you two find the remainder of the dark Digidestined. Is that understood?"

"Yes, my lord." Yolie said as her partner nodded.

"I heard in last battle, the fought about Dark Emperor," said Guilmon as he looked at Shafiq and Agumon that asleep.

"Whatever it is, we need to defeat the Dark Emperor," said Hakimi.

"But how? I'm sure Dark Emperor is the most powerful," said Guilmon.

"I know, Guilmon. That's why we're here," said Hakimi. Guilmon just keep quiet. "Don't worry. We will defeat that Emperor no matter what it takes," said Hakimi. Guilmon nodded again.

Racheal took a bite of the sandwiich that was taken onto the higher deck by her digimon and given to her. I know we can defeat them, but there's something missing, a gap we've gotta fill, or we'll all be doomed! she thought to herself as she gazed at the reflection of the stars in the water, then up at the sky. But I don't know what that gap is, we have our digimon, what more could there be? her thoughts trailed on. She stood still for a minute. Wait a minute, there's something here, and it's not just us!.... Impmon drove his fangs deep into the fresh apple that he snatched before the food had all been devoured. Where caould I have a little fun?.... he scanned over the group. I know! I saw some clown material up a deck or two. The little digimo dashed off to his destination with the things he needed in a flash. "I'll just put dis here." He placed an oversided witch hat onto Antaimon's horn, a funny looking crown over Reese's head, and a large staff inbetween them both. Then he took some string and wrapped it around Reese's and Antaimon's legs. "Dat should do da trick!.. Oh, take look at what we have here!" he grabbed a leaft over bannana peal from the feast, and placed it in the middle of the floor, then zipped off. Well, I think I'm going to get some shut eye." Racheal implied, getting into her bed. "Same here" Reganmon added, as she lay on the top of the pillow, over Racheal's head. They were just drifting off, when Impmon came curousing into the room. "Well, well, whaddo we have here?" Impmon exclaimed, jumping onto Racheal's stomach. "You checkin' your eyes for needle holes or somethin'?" he poked at her the cat-human's forehead. "No, we're trying to sleep, and if you had any sense, you'd get some too!" Racheal replied, rolling over and causing Impmon to fall off of the bed. Impmon pointing to himself. "Dis fightn' machine don' need no sleep!" he insisted as he walked off. "Let's go see what mischief I can cause now"to find them? Just a thought, if not, hey, that's fine too! ^*_*^

David lay down on his bed with strange dreams running through his head. He was standing in a swirling tunnel, behind him he saw Chris and Yolie blotting out most of the light from that side, in front of him a swirling darkness with red eyes faced him. The only light was the remaining light from the dark digidestined's side of the tunnel, and the slightly eerie light from the red eyes. He was trapped, he ran towards the darkness and disapeared into it, he was now sitting on a block floating in darkness. The darkness was consuming him, and had reached his knees in a second. He drew a deep breath and screamed as the darkness consumed his waist and spread up him. He remembered Gazimon, Antaimon, Reese, Cory, Shamanmon and the other digidestined. He remembered that they had something to do, a light appeared above him, bright and filling the sky, expelling the darkness and drawing David in as he was drawn up, the darkness gashed his ankle. He woke up with a glowing digivice, sweating and breathing heavily. He sighed, only a dream he thought, he looked down and saw that his ankle was covered in blood...

Racheal awoke, she too, had uneasy sleep. She looked over at Reganmon, who as sleeping soundly on the pillow. I'm going for a walk she thought to herself, unable to get any compfortable sleep. She rubbed her weiry eyes, and began walking up a flight of stairs, that creeked under the moving weight above it. She store into the never-ending darkness, looked over her head at the brightly twinkling stars for a second or two, then walked over to the digidestined on watch. "I'll take over, go ahead and get some rest, I can't sleep!" Racheal exclaimed, pushing a lock of blue hair out of her face. Then she turned to Impmon, who was snoring loudly an a bench a few feet a away, and grinned.....

Shamanmon stood a restless vigil over the motionless Cory. There was something very wrong about her coma...he could feel it. He inhaled slowly...Wait! That smell...what is it...SkullMeramon...I knew I remembered it! And suddenly the young digimon knew what to do. He placed his forepaws in Cory's icicle hands and let forth the light inside of him, and all the other digidestined. The mark of Valor upon his forehead shone bright and Cory was bathed in Heavenly light. Com'on Cory! Wake up! He thought.

Cory heard her name being called...closer and closer. She grasped the outstretched hands of...of something...there she could see it...Shamanmon. He pulled her to a sitting position and the darkness dissolved...

"Oh Shamanon..." She hugged him close. Grabbing the bed for support, she tried to stand up. And nearly toppled over. "Erk! I a wee bit weak...I can't even stand up!" She smiled wryly and winced as she hit the bump on her skull. "I guess that'll teach me to stand in front of flaming cannonballs!"

She learched down to the buffet table and grabbed a wee bite to eat. "Hullo Rachael!" Seeing the cat-girl over in the conner grinning at Impmon.

David examined his ankle for a while and decided to talk to the other digidestined about it the next day, he wrapped it up in a bandage and went up to relieve Hakimi and Guilmon of their watch. Instead he saw Racheal, he shrugged to himself and went down to sit next to her. "Nice night isn't it?" He sighed.

Racheal nodded. "It sure is" Racheal grinned. "so.. do you ever think about your family?" Racheal obliviously questioned. Her dark aqua blue eyes pierced the dark sky again, as her gaze locked onto the twinkling stars above.

David sighed "Yes I do, I am missing them all, even my two stupid little sisters, but the digital world brought some good things, or at least I thought it had" David looked upwards.

"I suppose we may not ever see our familys again, Gazimon said something once about one way portals to the digital world." David mused and leaned back against a mastpole.

"We can plan what to do and how to get back when we reach the shore I suppose"

"I'm sorry." Racheal said, realizing how rude she was being. "If it helps any, I miss mine too... Only" Racheal's eyes shifted to her side as her voice decresed. "Ah.. nothing!"

"I don't know about that, Kimi. Once you go back to real world, it's hard to bring me," said Guilmon.

"I know that, Guilmon. We'll think about that later. First thing, we need to defeat Dark Emperor," said Hakimi. Guilmon nodded.

"But how?" asked Shafiq as he opened his eyes.

"If one of us can do Arrow of Light, it might help our Digimon warp digivolved to their mega form," said Hakimi.

"Damm. I hate it when this happen," said Shafiq.

"Don't worry. We will defeat that Emperor. A way or another," said Hakimi.

Reese and Antaimon gave up on sleep and walked outside to talk to Racheal and David. "I miss mines the most especially my two whiny sisters." Reese said to them. "Jamie and Mallory were both pests but I love them anyway."

She looked into the night sky as she reminised about her last day in London and her days with her sisters. "Although being here was good ways to make new friends."

Yolie and Senmon smiled as they watched as Chris and Scorpionmon continued to flinch as they got their beatings. He's wondering why I'm treated much better than he is. Maybe it's because I don't get in the way of other people's plans and I don't talk back to the dark emperor like he does. He's such an idiot anyway that my lord, chose me for the job as well as Sean being second in command. He is such a failure anyway.

David felt in his side pocket at the three pieces of his flute, just poking out He thought about life before the bullieing started and something hit him.

(Flashback) David was only an ifant, sitting on a boat and watching fish leap about in the lake, he looked down below and saw a serpent-a seadramon swimming about, then it swims off. (Flashback ends)

David thought about what that meant for a moment before settling on that there were two way portals, or at least one way back home.

Apparently it seem to her that all the other digidestins had enemies from their pasts'. She pondered for a few moment trying to remeber if there one somebody that she had hated, and finally she remebered....It all happened right after her mother had recently died. Her father had decided on his own that it was best for not only her but the whole family if she were to be married soon. Of course it would have been sooner but everytime in the past her mother would always make an excuse to stop the marriage and reschedule.

~*~A Couple Days Later~*~ (MeiMing's view)

The day had come to meet my future husband. I've heard he was very handsome and his family was very rich, which was probably the reason i was arranged to be with him. He was apparenty 13, 2 years older than me and his name was Lei Shing.

"MeiMing would you please come here?"

"Of course father."

As i entered the living room father sitting to my right talking to my fiance's mother "MeiMing let we introduce you your beloved future husband, well we will leave you two to talk now" Father said grinning and immediatly leaving with the woman

When the two finally had for sure left i meekly looked up to face Lei. He was atleast a head taller than me and he had charcoal black hair with a pair of brown eyes.

~*~A few days later~*~

The past few days me and Lei were getting to know eachother better. The rumours were true he was truelly handsome but i always had the feeling around him that past his image there was something dark within him, like an aura of darkness. Yet he always so kind towards me especially, so i just ignored the horrible feeling the whole time.

"Let me get this straight. Yolie and the dark digidestined were in command by Dark Emperor. I wonder who is Dark Emperor?" asked Hakimi.

"I don't know, Kimi. Maybe an intelligent boy went into this world," said Guilmon.

"The holder of the crest they say keeper. I wonder what is the meaning of this sign?" asked Hakimi.

"As I remember, that sign called Leadership. It process on what you have when you were kids," said Guilmon.

"I know about what it process but it means I'm Keeper of Leadership," said Hakimi. Guilmon nodded. "Hmm, Dark Emperor. It means Dark Tower is build all over the Digital World," said Hakimi.

Gazimon strode on deck and walked up to Hakimi. "Not necessarily, the Dark Emperor may well be a digimon, titles are deceptive and to assume that the dark emperor would set up dark towers is not only improbable but is assuming that this dark emperor is the same one you heard about or even if it is the same that they would follow the same strategy" Gazimon stalked up to David adding over his shoulder "You should talk more quietly, I can hear your conversation from two decks below!" Gazimon strode up to Racheal, Cory, Reese and David. "Hello my humanic freinds" Gazimon laughed cheerily and sat down next to David. "You seem blue, why don't I do some tricks!" Gazimon grinned, David put his head in his hand and mumbled incoherantly. Gazimon didn't wait for an answer. "Ok!" The rabbit pulled a long towel out of his ears, he continued to pull and pull and pull and eventually became frustrated. He gave it a sharp tug and the last towel came out, he handed the (very possible mile long) towel to Cory. "TA DAAA" Gazimon grinned. David was muttering something along the lines of "No encore thank you"

"Really, I talk that loud?" asked Hakimi as lean against the wall, looking at the sea.

*Flashback*

"So you the one who Rina loves the most," said Shadric.

"Hey she's your fiancé. If she loves me a lot, it means you're useless fiancé," said Hakimi. Shadric began to get angry and began to punch Hakimi but Hakimi avoid it and kicked Shadric's chest. "I don't want to fight you, Eric," said Hakimi.

"You'll pay for this," said Shadric, angrily and walked away.

*End Flashback*

Hakimi shocked as Guilmon hold his shoulders. "Thinking about your past?" asked Guilmon. Hakimi just nodded.

"I might know who my nemesis is but I'll try to take down the Dark Tower after David gets his second watch," said Hakimi.

Reese remembered the last time she has fought Yolie back in London. As she sat there with Hakimi, Shafiq, David, Cory, and Racheal, she has started to have flashbacks with her fighting days at her home.

Flashbacks: "I'm warning you, Hamada", Reese Shouted. "Leave Lisa and Mallory alone or Else." Yolie smirked as she threw the first punch at Reese and was shocked as Reese rammed her into the ally and began throwing punches back at Yolie. As she continued to fight Yolie, she found herself dumping trash bags on top of Yolie's bloody body as she and her friends ran away. Three days later, Reese checked her email and she sees Yolie's email that says "I'll get you for this."

"What's nothing? Reganmon questioned Racheal, seeming to appear out of no-where at all. the cat-human didin't seem to be paying attention, as her mind raced with visions of her past. Flashback to two years previous; Racheal sits on a park-bench watching her two twin four year-old brothers play tag. The sky turned dark, and fog began to rise around them. Racheal watched as a black, cat like digimon appeared out of what seemed to be no-where. (Of course, Racheal doesn't know it's a digimon at the time being.) Her heart pounded as she helplessly watched the cat like character kill her brothers. The last thing Racheal remembered was falling onto her knees and crying out ofr help. "Oh, Lord, why me?" came her broken voice in-between tears. Present time again; Racheal shook her head of the thoughts that still came back to taunt her, she sat there, silent for a time, then she recited what her digimon was asking. Her voice decresed. "I've had a digimon encounter two years ago."

In the shadows of a darkened room, stood the cat-figure. She was watching a ball in front of herself, her eyes were darkened and thin-slit, like a snake's with no shine. "Hmm, there she is again, I can't belive it! She actually made it to the digital world?..." she was interrupted by another voice. "You could have gotten them already if you had decided to go without me!" the cat's eyes peered back to her tamer. "There you are, Rika, are you quite ready?" "Yes, but I heard that another group has already gotten a grasp on them." "We'll strike again, and hit them wit something harder than they've been hit before!" Blackgatomon's voice declared.......

Chris sighed as the last lash fell upon him. Scorpimon had learnt resilience in that time and he was ready to digivolve to the next level, Chris knew it. He knelt. "My master, I deeply apologise for all that I have done, but now I feel, Gakashmon will digivolve, I am sure you are familier with Gorganimon, one of the most powerful ultimates in existance despite his weak champion form. " Chris smiled "I assure you that I will destroy the keeper of wisdom"

Yolie and Senmon rolled their eyes as Chris explained his next plan. She turned to Sean. "He is such an Idiot anyway." Yolie said as she turned to Chris. "How can he digivolve when you know his weakness is water? Huh you expect the dark Emperor to listen to your excuses. I don't think so. LadyDevimon is stronger than what you think of Gorganmon."

Hakimi began to draw something on his drawing pad. Shafiq was sleeping on his shoulders. Agumon was sleeping on Shafiq's lap. Guilmon looked at Hakimi. "What are you drawing?" asked Guilmon.

"Stars, to find out where we are but since I can't find the North Star, I'm a little confused," said Hakimi.

Chris turned and smiled meanly at Yolie. "Yolie, LadyDevimon is driven back by holy energys, by light, the noon sun makes her explode and the digidestined each have digivices capable of burning through her" Chris snarled "But of course we must not be arguing, we must be leading our forces to attack the digidestined. But Yolie if you think you can beat Gorganimon." Chris grinned and darkness streamed out of his digivice.

"Scorpionmon digivolve to Gakashmon digivolve to Gorganimon!" In Scorpionmon's place stood a grey skinned humanoid figure with a long face like a birddramon's without the feathers and with tentacles streaming out of the back, what Chris noticed most though were the staring red eyes.

"Go ahead and test your theory" Chris chuckled at Yolie.

Yolie rolled her eyes and took a bucket of water and splashed it in Gorganmon's face. She was abosolutely shocked to see the pressure of Water get dissolved. "I guess you proved yourself worthy." Yolie said to Chris. "What is your next plan. And it better not be a failure. Last time, we ended up fighting with one another and that gave Reese and David the upper hand."

Reese and her friends thought about home as she turned to Cory. "How do you know Sean anyway?" Reese asked Cory. "I know Yolie Hamada from my fight back in London. And she was ever mean to my friends."

David sat down next to Reese and Cory after hearing her question, he was interested in the answer too after all and he had something he needed to tell them. "Sean seems very...nasty to say the least" He smiled slightly and wondered to himself what Chris was doing now.

*FLASHBACK*

David stared Chris in the eye. "You heard me Chris, go away, you don't matter" David told Chris coldly. Chris growled and drew out his knife, two larger boys grabbed David and Chris raised the knife.

*FLASHBACK ENDS*

Chris grinned. "They will be passing near the island of Ursulamon tommorow at about 4:00pm. Then we should strike, shipwreck them on Ursulamon's island, she will do anything to destroy them, consume the entire island in water if that what it takes, they will not stand a chance there" Chris smiled. "Destroy the boat, they drown or be killed by Ursulamon" Chris smirked "No way for them to escape"

(Flashback)

Reese nodded as another flashback began as she remembered what happened to Lisa. "Leave her alone, Hamada", Reese shouted at her enemy. Renee Wilkes tried to pull her friend away from Yolie but it failed because Reese had blocked Yolie's first punch. Renee, Lisa, Mallory, Jamie and their classmates witnessed Yolie getting rammed into another ally as she picked up a broken glass and cut Hamada's face continuously.

"OHHHH, you're gonna get it." Yolie shouted.

Before Yolie striked back, Reese pushed her dowm and gave her a bloody nose and threw trash bags in Yolie's face after she took the money from Yolie's bag. "Here Renee and Lisa." Reese said as she gave back their possesions Yolie stole off them.

Yolie smirked as Chris continued to talk about his plan. "Brilliant, Chris!" Yolie remarked with interest. "That should get rid of them."

She watched as Chris smiled at Yolie's compliments as Sean rolled his eyes along with Rika. She saw what they meant that Chris will fail again.

Chris looked at Sean and Rika and his smile faded. "You think this will fail, well I tell you this, trapped on Ursulamon's island with no escape, Ursulamon will destroy the island should the need come and not to mention, Murdockmon hunt visitors, and Seadramon swim around the island. All we need to do is destroy the boat at 4:00pm tommorow sharp, all of us together, don't bother attacking the humans or the digimon, just destroy the boat and IF they do escape then we lose nothing" Chris snarled. "Just follow the plan and you will see that I am right"

David looked upwards. "We need to speed up, this boat is too easy to attack, we are in the middle of a huge ocean and we need to get to shore as soon as possible"

Shafiq was still aslep with Agumon.

*Dream*

"Afiq, Rid, cut it out!" yelled Lela. Shafiq and Farid that still fights stopped. "You just a big jealous, Afiq. I went out with Rid to know if you're jealous or not," said Lela, angry.

"Well, I'm jealous. Statisfied?" asked Shafiq, angry.

*End dream*

Shafiq woke up and look at the sea. "What have I to do to make you love me?" asked Shafiq, alone.

Meanwhile:

"Found anything, Guilmon?" asked Hakimi.

"Not yet, just..." Suddenly Guilmon's eyes began to change.

Hakimi knew something. "He's coming, fast. You guys better get the shore ASAP!" yelled Hakimi.

David heard Hakimi and hurried over. "We are a few days from the shore, there is no way we can get to the shore" David hurried over. Gazimon fast after him.

"I hear something, wings flapping, whining" Gazimon listened. David could sense the danger of the situation.

"Gazimon you know what to do" He turned to his digimon and light burst from his digivice.

"Gazimon digivolve to Gururumon!" Gazimon yelled and in a flash of light he was in his champion form.

"Should I digivolved?" asked Guilmon after he return to himself.

"No, save your energy. We need it when they're near," said Hakimi. Guilmon, Agumon and Shafiq nodded.

David turned to Gururumon, "Gururumon go and tell Reese and Cory, go down and find the other digidestined and tell them to come up here, we need to be quick" Gururumon nodded and dashed off to Reese and Cory.

"Come quickly, somebody is coming" Gururumon was gone in a blur then, leaping down stairs and into each of the digidestined's rooms waking them and warning them one by one.

"Guilmon digivolved to Growlmon!"

"I thought I told you not to digivolved," said Hakimi.

"That's wasn't digivolve," said Growlmon.

Hakimi grinned and jumped and knock Growlmon's head. "Don't such be a smart alec," said Hakimi.

"That's hurt you know," said Guilmon.

"You want Agumon to digivolved?" asked Shafiq.

"Like I said, save your energy," said Hakimi.

"Right. Let's get up there. Shamanmon? You up for it?"

"You bet! Shamanmon digivolve to Goukamon!" They raced up the stairs. Cory felt the cold, clammy feeling that she felt before seeing Sean.

"He's coming...I feel it." She gave an involentary shudder, turning to see Reese next to her, she replied to her query. "Sean was always bullying kids, 'specially the wee ones. I would always be fighting him protecting my friends and the children..."

(flashback)

She was strolling home. It had been a long day at school but it was over. She heard the deep laugh of Sean and quickened her step. If he was laughing it couldn't be good. She thought, hurrying to find the source of his laugter. Her ears caught the highpitched scream of a child and she began to run, she was getting closer from what she could tell. Then she heard a sound that chilled her blood.

"Leave him alone, you big bully!" That was Kate. It must have been her little brother, Aaron, who was getting tortured. Cory started to sprint. She ran like she had never run before.

"Well, well, well...aren't you a pretty one...ooof!" Sean gasped as Kate punched him in the stomach. Sean retalliated with a blow to the head. Cory heard Kate scream as she rounded the corner and saw Sean ruthlessly kicking her friend and Aaron.

"Get off of my friends you bully! Are you such a coward as to beat up a little boy and a girl a head shorter than yourself. I see your a coward as well as a bully!" So saying she attacked him. Tripping him and shoving him against a wall, Cory's fists began to fly. "Apologise you bully!" Sean was screaming under the assult of her fists. He broke away, bruised and bloody.

"Just you wait, Roey. I'll have my revenge on you!" He ran off. Cory did not know where.

(end flashback)

Racheal grabbed her aqua blue digivice and pointed it at Reganmon. "You ready?" "As ready as I'll ever be!" her digimon replied as a flash of light ingulfed her. "Reganmon, digivolve to... BlackRenamon." She was just in time to grab Racheal and spin. She wound up on the floor, covering Racheal, but found that she had bearly made it out of the way of a burnning ball of fire. Something appeared in front of them, it was the size of a small child, but had the resemlance of a Gatomon, with pastel yellow fur tips. "Are you ready for a fight?" her voice was surprisingly lower than any Gatomon's. DarkRenamon pushed Racheal behind her. "Bring it on!" She exclaimed. "You asked for it!" Balckgatomon retorted. "Atomic Zepher!" she called, cousing the air around DarkRenamon to burn like fire. "Run Racheal!" she called. Racheal did as her digimon demanded. "That's just the begining!" Blackgatomon added. "How about this, Vortex wing!" Darkrenamon was hit with a giant flash of lightning, then choken with an iron chain. "Racheal!" DarkRenamon weakly called for her tamer. "Don't give up, DarkRenamon, I have faith in you!" Just then a bright red light shone out over the ship, and then slid into the Racheal's crest. "DarkRenamon, digivolve to..... Kyubimon!" "How about we heat thing up? Foxtail inferno." balls of fire spread to Balckgatomon. "Great job, dufas, are you trying to make me the new laughing stock?" Rika growled, with dis-satisfatction. "I thought you were one of the strongest champions in this world?" "So," Rika snarrelled. "Renamon, you've joined the losers club again?" I thought you were better than that." Rika turned with dismay and began to walk away. "We'll be back!" Blackgatomon called out, grabbing her tamer and then disapearing.

Reese nodded as she told Cory how she knew Yolie Hamada and how she bullied her friends Lisa Sands and Renee Wilkes and her sister Mallory. "It got to the point where I warned her to leave them alone." Reese said. "She refused and threw the first punch. I Blocked it and I rammed her into the ally. When she fell, I threw punches at her and kicked her sides. Then came the part where I covered her in the Trash bags. Three days later I get an email from Yolie that says "I'll get you for this, Carlson.""

Yolie and Chris left the dark palace as they headed the boat. "Are you gonna get that girl for giving you a bloody nose?" Yolie asked Chris. "I hope you do because I witnessed Reese do this to you."

BlackPegasusmon followed Gorganmon as they headed to the boat. Yolie checked the time in her dark purple digivice. Good timing, Chris. The boat is right on schedule. "You know if you destroy the heavenlys, I'm sure you proved your woth to the Dark Emperor."

"Monodramon...Digivolve to Strikedramon!" Monodramon yelled out as a light engulfed him soon revealing a humaniod blue and white dinosaur wearing green pants

"Hurry up down there, we need to get to the deck!" Miaka yelled torwards Strikedramon running up the steps to the deck

"You better take that back!" Strikedramon replied running up right in front of Miaka

"Dont do that! Its scarier than when im joking!" She screamed in his face

"If you let me carry you well get there faster!"

"Oh now 'you're' the one whos trying to be the hero!" She said sticking her tounge out at him

"Yup! How'd you know?" Strikedramon said with an innocent face
