Reese fought hard not to sleep but it wasn't easy when she has to be the one to take first watch with Yuki. At least she's still awake. "Hey, Yuki, I'm going to sleep now. Can you take the next watch for me?"

Reese huddled next to Antaimon and tried to sleep. She had things on her mind when she came to this world and she didn't like the idea of not coming home to her family. I'm not giving up yet on the hope that we'll get home. But for now we need to find the others.

She woke to hear David snoring across from her. She got up and put a rock to his mouth so he wouldn't snore as much.

It was late into the night, and the sickle moon was veiled by a few small passing clouds. "You had best get some sleep, you'll need it for tommorow." Reganmon implied, gazing up at Racheal with her deep blue eyes. "I'm not tired" Racheal replied as she grinned. "You will be!" her Digimon nagged. "I, can't, sleep!" Racheal exclaimed. "Besides, I'll sleep when I get tired." Reganmon looked back down at the sea, as if something lay inside it. "Alright, sute yourself." she sat down, then curled her dark blue paws around her knees, something was around them, though what was still not obvious.....

Reese couldn't sleep to the fact that her friend David was snoring. She got up and left the cave for a walk with Antaimon following her. "Hey Yuki, I gonna take a walk for an hour because David keeps waking me up when he sleeps. Unless you wanna come with me. I could always use company"

As they were walking she saw the cat-like girl with another digimon. Reese was in the state of shock. She said "Antaimon, thats the aqua-blue one that was on my Digivice."

"Reese, Is that right?" Antaimon asked her partner worry look. "Check your Digivice again."

"I did and I was right. It was the one Yuki and I saw when those two went to sleep."

"You mean Cory and David." Antaimon said. "Yuki can stay up longer than they and we can." She finds Reese turning to confront with the cat-girl. "What are you doing?"

Reese soon found herself face to face with the cat-girl. Yikes! I should've waited until moring when everyone was ready. "Uhhhhh, hi", Reese said nervously as she forced the words to come out of her mouth. "My name is Reese and this is my partner Antaimon.'" She turned to Antaimon and told her "Don't mention this to Yuki or Cory. They'll get mad if we're not back."

David didn't sleep much. Which was reasonable, its difficult to sleep on a hard stone floor in a strange and dangerous land with a weird rabbit thing snoring next to him, true David himself could snore like no other, but he could never hear himself snore and so it never disturbed him. David took some steps outside to see if Yuki and Reese would like to come of watch, anything was better than being in a hard cave with a snoring rabbit.

David stepped outside and took a deep breath, he walked slowly around the beach looking for Reese and Yuki completely oblivious to the cat-girl and Reese standing only a few metres away. "Now where could they be? What is the point of going on watch if you are going to wander off?"

"Oh hey David." Reese smiled embarassed. "We found this cat-type of girl also with a Digimon. and don't tell Cory about this."

She thought for the moment before asking David. "What are you doing outside the cave? You were in deep sleep! I tried to sleep but Gazimon kept keeping me awake."

She was getting embarassed now and in front of David. Reese turned to Yuki and said. "Help out here. I don't know what to say."

Reese just got the stare from both Yuki and David. During that time Antaimon was bonding with Reganmon. "They seem to be getting along." "David, Yuki and I are sorry for wandering off but we needed to see what is up with the cat-girl with a Digimon."

Sooner or later the cat-girl punched her in the stomach. Reese not phased by this, accepted to fight her. "Of course, you know I don't let people bully me around."

Racheal froze for a moment, realizing what she had just done. "I'm so sorry." Her deep blue eyes locked onto Reese. "I didn't mean it." deep in her eyes, it could be seen, Racheal's fear that she had never really gotten over, but covered up. Racheal backed up, acidentally stepping into the water. Her digimon looked up at her. "Something wrong, Racheal?" Reganmon asked, jumping from the ground, onto her partner's right shoulder. "yeah," the cat-human turned to walk away. "I blew it again!".......

Reese felt four pairs of hands pulling her away from Rachael. "What is going on?" When the group is out of sight, One of the two people has sent Antaimon to get some water and bandage for Reese.

"Ouch!" was all she could say. "I can't believe this, I usually don't back down from a fight." She turned to David and "Why didn't you stand your ground to bullies?"

Reese had to pull out her yellow bandana to cover her black eye. "Rachael, I kinda forgive you." She told Racheal. "She then turned to Yuki and David. "Where Cory and Gazimon? I know you sent Antaimon for water."

David gave Reese a cold stare and answered her first question. "Standing your ground doesn't work with some people" He replied, trying hard not to snap at her. He forced a smile back onto his face. "Gazimon is in deep deep sleep as far as I know, not sure about Cory"

"Ohh I see now." Reese still had anger toward others but she kept it inside because she was tired. By now her black eye almost healed and wanted to get some rest.

"I've taken worse than this black eye." She turned torawds Antaimon and the others and said. "Lets get some shut eye back at the cave. Tomorrow, were gonna need to get moving."

She turned towards her digivice. "Reganmon. rookie digimon in the form of a Gatomon but more sly and smarter. No info on her attacks are yet."

She turned to Rachael and Reganmon. "You two are more than welcome to stay with us for a while."

David resolved to take the next watch, he found it difficult to sleep near Gazimon and Reese seemed to need some sleep to him. "I think I will take next watch, It will be light in a few hours, I'll wake you all up then if you like" He told the group and settled himself down onto a rock.

Reese found Gazimon starting to wake-up to take the shift with David. Sleep-deprivation isn't something she can handle because she's used to sleeping for 8 hours. She found Antaimon sleeping next to her and the three from the other side.

At least Antaimon doesn't snore in her sleep. Gazimon is the the most heavy sleeper in the group.

David sat down on a rock and stared out to the sea. He sighed to himself. How are we supposed to get back home? I can barely put my finger on how I got here and there is nothing here that could possibly pass close to a portal. He looked over to one side and saw Gazimon. "So the sleeping beauty is awake huh?

Yuki looked over at Gazimon. "Why are you awake...Met your prince charming yet? Pathetic..." Yuki snorted. "Say, Rachel, was it? Anyway, Where ya from? I'm from Germany. By the way...I'm Yuki."

Gazimon was hyped up with rage at Yuki for calling him pathetic, steam jetted out from his huge ears and tiny nostrils, he seemed to grow fangs and his eyes seemed to turn red. "RIGHT" He yelled "NOW YOU ARE IN FOR IT!!!!" He raised his paws above his head and yelled. "ELECTRIC STUN SHOCKER" He sent out a blue beam of lightning into Yuki. David grabbed Gazimon by his ears and pulled him up in front of his face.

"What do you think you are doing????" David asked Gazimon, with a mixture of shock and anger in his voice. The rabbit scraped his feet together sheepishly.

"Sorry" Gazimon took a look behind him. "Yuki may need some help...she may be...stunned"

Yuki wasn't stunned at all... more like bruised on her arms from trying to block it. "Ow."

David dropped Gazimon and went over to Yuki. "Are you alright?" He asked, he gave Gazimon a glare. Gazimon crossed his paws and turned around.

"She shouldn't have called me pathetic"

Racheal thought for a moment, reciting her history. "I was origionally born on the outskirts of Tokyo, Japan, but since my parents divorced, I switch between Hawaii, and New-zealand, and I have no intention of going back!"

Reese had enough of Yuki and Gazimon fighting. When she woke up, she was upset about not getting any sleep at all.

"Horn beam!" Antaimon called out and a beam flashed out of her tiny horn and shocked Gazimon. "In case you haven't notice but Reese and I are trying to sleep."

Reese and Antaimon gave up on the sleep because Yuki and Gazimon woke them up. "By the way, Rachael, I'm from London, England." She then turned from Racheal to Yuki. and asked "Which part of Germany are you from?'

Antaimon looked a charred Gazimon. "I think you owe Reese and Me an apology. Right Now! She and I lost some sleep because of you fighting with Yuki."

Gazimon gave Antaimon a cold glare, if looks could maim Antaimon would of had to go back to the cave in a basket, but looks couldn't maim and Gazimon was not fond of being charred and burnt. So he apologised grudgingly and went back to watch with David.

An hour or so later the sun had begun to rise and David was greeted by the most shocking of sights. Cherrymon and two Woodmon striding over in a way David had never seen them before. Grinning and waving merrily. David ran over to wake the others up.

Cory woke up groggily. She had not been feeling well, and had a raging migrane. "Urg..." she moaned. "Wut's happening?" Then sighting the Woodmon, almost let out a scream. She sat up and whisphered to the others. "Psst! Guys what's happening?" She caught sight of the new girl. "Hullo! I'm Cory. What's your name?"

Reese saw the Woodmon but didn't scream because she doesn't scare easily. But she gets mad easy. "The Woodmon are moving right now." She turned to both David and Antaimon. "What are they looking for anyway?"

"Cory this is Racheal and her Digimon Reganmon." Reese said.

Racheal nodded, then offered to shake hands with Cory, before being interrupted by the Digimon coming their way.

The sky outside was dark, and the lights inside the plane, were either dim, or off. Racheal sat in silence, her black cat ears, and tail set at their usual stance. Her deep blue eyes peirced the darkening sky and the bright twinkling stars, reflected in the cat-human's aqua-marine eyes. Her thought was broken, by some of her possesions shifting under her seat, and tapping her knee. She shook her head, and examined her surroundings again. Then she glared at the TV in the plain. Soap-opperas, who watches soap-opperas? she thought to herself, then she got up, and began switching channels on the small TV. "Cartoons," she said. "That's better!" she flipped through the channels, seeing if there were any other cartoons airing. Then she went passed a channel she had not recognized. She backed up, and there it was, it had no label. "What the?" she questioned, glaring at the screen that had a series of non-stop letters and numbers, scrolling quickly down the screen.

The next thing Racheal knew, she was sitting on a bed of turf, that spread all through the forest that surruonded her. She noticed a small cat-like beast, staring down at her, while talking to itself.

"This is the river," said Guilmon.

"Okay, let's follow the river and it will lead us to sea," said Hakimi. Suddenly Kuwagamon appeared.

"Him again?" asked Shafiq.

"Guys, do your drill," said Hakimi. Agumon and Guilmon nodded.

"Agumon digivolved to Greymon!"

"Guilmon digivolved to Growlmon!"

"Gyro Sphere!" yelled Growlmon.

"Nova Blast!" yelled Greymon. The attacks hit Kuwagamon.

"Is it work?" asked Shafiq.

"Should be. Kuwagamon is champion type digimon. It should work," said Hakimi.

"I have a better idea. Run!" yelled Shafiq.

Hakimi looked at Kuwagamon that began to wake up. "Growlmon, you need to grab its tentacles and flew it to the air before you attacked with Seismic Toss. It might disingrated it!" yelled Hakimi. Growlmon nodded.

"Mega Claw!" yelled Greymon. Greymon's both hands grabbed Kuwagamon's mouth.

Growlmon ran towards Kuwagamon and grabbed Kuwagamon's tentacles and flew on the air. "Game over, Kuwagamon!" yelled Hakimi.

"Seismic Toss!" yelled Growlmon as he threw Kuwagamon back to the ground. Kuwagamon hit the ground and disingrated.

"Bulls eye," said Shafiq.

"Greetings friend!" Cory smiled. "Guess your another one of us here."

Reese remembered why the two Woodmon and Cherrymon were coming their way. She stole the apple from the Woodmon that was isolated. Maybe thats why they're looking for us. Because I stole the apple from the woodmon.

Cherrymon ordered the Woodmon to keep looking for the group. Reese started to have oncoming guilt in her head but she willed it away because she didn't have time to feel guilty.

"Hey Dave, we're gonna need to get going soon because Cherrymon and his cronies are looking for us."

David sweatdropped. "They were waving at us, do you really, honestly think that they are coming to hurt us?" A thought came into his head. "Unless you are getting guilty for stealing?" He noticed Gazimon cowering behind a rock. David decided after much deliberation to hammer the fact that they were waving and smiling into his head. "THEY WERE HAPPY!!!!! THEY WERE IN GOOD SPIRIT!!!!!" He yelled at Gazimon, the rabbit banged his foot on the ground madly and his ears shot up.

Reese found out the Cherrymon and Woodmons weren't upset anymore but there was a nagging voice in her head that told her to tell them about the apple. Reese wouldn't let it go. "Antaimon, do you think we should get going soon?" Reese asked her digimon who flew up with the wings on both sides.

"Only if they are ready to leave." Antaimon told her partner.

"Say Cory, where are you from?" Reese asked Cory. "I heard it from Ireland but which part. Because I'm from London, England. And David is from Cambridge, England."

David left Gazimon to go and talk to Cherrymon. The huge tree waved and strode up to him. "I hear you are leaving today, so I give you information of what may lie on your journey" The huge tree told David "Across the lake l-"

"Wait a moment, lake?" David asked Cherrymon, taking a glance at the sea "Lake?"

"Yes Lake" Cherrymon explained and continued "Across the great lake lies much peace and sanctuary, but the lake itself is riddled with storms and evil digimon, if you wish to use it though, a group of seafaring digimon upshore would no doubt give you a great ship!" Cherrymon now turned towards his forest "Past my forest is a desert, I do not know if it is big or small or what is past it, that is all I know" David nodded and returned to the group, on the way back Cherrymon called out. "By the way, enter my forest and you will be killed!"

Racheal glanced down at Reganmon, as if to ask "are you ready?" the Digimon returned the glance and nodded, in her own words, meaning "Let's go"..Racheal's gaze shifted up to the rest of the team. "Are you all ready-" Reganmon interrupted, jumping onto her tamer's shoulder. "First things first, where are we going, and what will we need?" Racheal stopped to think for a minute. "Our best bet is around the giant lake,"she stopped to look outside. "And take our chances."....

Cherrymon obviously heard Racheal because he called back. "I am afraid going round the lake is not an option, the barrier was created to prevent that, it goes right around the digiworld, the lake is the only way through it, the barrier is what keeps evil out of the lands beyond the lake" David sweatdropped. "Just our luck" He sighed.

"We could always try the desert! But theres there a problem of water, but the lake holds a problem of food. In fact, neither routes would have a supply of food or water! We are going to die" Gazimon pointed out. His ears drooped overdramatically and he dipped a foot in the lake.

"Neither looks particularly pleasing, but we can vote, if Lake wins the vote we can find those sailing digimon, if desert wins, we can stock up on water and try to cross...I vote the lake" Gazimon said quietly.

"That's Comforting to know. I say the Lake would be safer. Wouldn't want to peeve him...you know...Say, I never did say where Exactly I was from. I'm from Frankfurt." Yuki spoke clearly. "Let's go!" Yuki ran slighty upshore.

Reese thought the Lake would be safer than the desert but Aantaimon suggest the forest. "Remember what Cherrymon has said. Enter his forest and we're dead. Besides I vote with the lake."

Reese figured that it would be harder because with the desert they'll run out of supplies and they need to make some. "We already voted, Cory. But what do you think? The lake or the Desert? I say we should take a risk on the lake anyway."

"Arg......the pain!" Monodramon said face-faulting to the ground

"Oh, really...." Miaka said looking down on him

"I cant go on! *sniffles* Go on without me! I'll be fine!" He said pretending to be dieing

"Fine ill play your game!" She said picking up Monodramon with ease onto her back

"YAY! PIGGY BACK RIDE!" Monodramon said while his hands were waving in the air with victory

"Oh so NOW you're fine!"

" *pretends to cough* Ummmmm....Its a miracle i tell you a miracle!"

"OH, so then i wont carry you if youre fine."

" Uhhhhh....Im still into recovery so its good to take some pre-cautions."

Yuki was most of way up lake. "HEY GUYS! I SEE SOMETHING!" And it was a true statement. Little bumps were protruding from the water. One popped up after Yuki yelled, showing that it looked like a whale.

"Do you mind, some Digimon just happen to be sleeping."

"Sorry. Say, who are you?"

"My name is Whalemon."

"My name is Yuki. Do you mind if my friends and I ride on your colony's backs across the lake?"

Reganmon continued her thoughts aloud. "We may just go that way as well." She turned, pointing at the writhed trail behind them. Racheal turned. "True, what do you think the others will think, though?" Reganmon shrugged. "It would be less dangerous to ride the Whamon." Racheal glanced at the Digimon standing straigt upon her shoulder. "You can never give a strait answer, can you?" "Alright, to spiff things up, I pick the Water-route." Racheal looked behind herself again, then at the forest, then to the Whamon. "Well, I guess my guess goes to the water again." said Racheal, though I don't think that it makes much of a difference."....

Reese eyed the Whamon suspiciously but she decided to leave it alone. "Guy I think we can ride the whamon but I think we need the opinon of Cory and David. Since if we ride on them without their ok they'll get mad." Antaimon agreed since if they went back to the forest again Cherrymon will be upset.

David hurried up to the huge Whalemon, he had been listening to the conversation from a distance. "How about it Whalemon, will you do it?" He asked. Whalemon looked unsure.

"Well I would but..." David's face fell when Whalemon said that.

"But what?"

"But news travels quickly across the lake and there are many dangerous digimon, I would be in so much danger and I have a colony to look after!" Whalemon sighed. "I am afraid you are going to have to take the long way...the seafaring digimon upshore will give you the best ship they can find and maybe a navigator but I cannot take you. However take this" He headbutted a glass orb with wave patterns on it.

"If you need me on the way, smash this and I will be there with my colony as quickly as possible,"

"like i said," Reganmon started. "We could make our way backward, around the cave," She pointed back again. "By the way, where does the cave lead to?" Regnamon implied. Racheal's eyebrows raised, all of this knowledge was begining to confuse her. "I don't know." she exclaimed. "I would go with you, but I think we should stick to the other's plan for now." "Well, we'd better hury, it's probably close to around ten o-clock, if this world had a time.....

Reese was not in the state of happines in fact there was a lot of things on her mind right now. "Antaimon what are those sea dragon type of things?" Antaimon looked up from her nap and faced Reese with a worry glance. "Those are Seadramons. Dangerous ones. Do they worry you?" Reese nodded for now.

Gazimon stood up on a tall rock. "My suggestion is that we set off immediatly!" He cried out to the group over-dramatically "Find the sailor digimon Whalemon mentioned and ask for their-wooaaaaaaaaaah" He was pulled off the cliff by an annoyed David.

"You are a drama-queen you know that Gazimon?" He put Gazimon down gently and took a look at the Seadramon.

"I disagree with Gazimon myself, the fact that those dragony things are dangerous worries me, I think we should move away from the sea before we find the sailor digimon, they seem to be our only chance across the lake unless we are willing to spend months making a raft here" He gave another worried look to the massing seadramon. "Lets just be careful"

"Where do we go from here, guys?" Reese asked as she jumped off of the Whamon and Antaimon glided down. Her worries subsided a bit but not as much after the Whamon left.

"Where do we go next?" Reese asked as she turned to her friends. "Gazimon says that we should try to find the sailor digmon by asking someone or whatever."

"Reese, tell them what is on your mind." Antaimon said. "They'll listen."

Reese turned to Antaimon and told her. "Ever since we left the beach of that Island we've been going in circles since the day we left that cave. And I still have no clue where we are but we're gonna need to find more of us around here if we're to figure out where we are." Her stomach began to growl in hunger. Reese pulled out a snack out of her teddy knapsack and split the chocolate muffin between her and Antaimon. "You want some too Racheal and David. I can always split it."

David stared greedily at the muffin... "Mmmm muffin, muffin...good...chocolatety" Gazimon rolled his eyes.

"I'm lost for ideas!"

Reese willingly split her chocolate muffin to David and the others. "I saw you staring at my muffin. but thats ok because I was willing to split anyway." Antaimon looked up at the others with questions in her eyes. "I suggest we try that mountain across from us." Reese looked at her digimon wierdly." I think we need to ask the other what they think." She turned to David. "Which way should we go anyway?"

"HEY! LOOK THERE MIAKA AN OPENING!" Monodramon yelled in delight

"Yeah i know, Mr.Obvious!" She said slightly annoyed while running torward the opening

As Miaka ran closer and closer to the spot the more she could hear vocies from it getting louder and louder but she ignored them. Then finally the moment came when they reached the area finding out it was actually the coastline of the island they were on.

"Looks like we not the only ones here...." Miaka stated

"Whadda ya mean, i dont see anyone." Monodramon said kissing the sand under his feet

"Well maybe you'll see them if you stop being desperate and eating the sand." Miaka said even more annoyed then before

"Oh....oooooooooookkkkkkkkkkkkk....you mean those people over there?" Monodramon said pointing torwards a group of kids

"No....i mean the ones out flying in the sky--- well duh who else am i talking about? Unlike you i dont say anything dumb or make me look dumb."

For a few momments she was struck with fear staring at the unhuman creature, but soon brushed the thought away thinking that if that creature had saved her it wouldnt kill her would it?

"What are you?"

"Who am I to answer a mere human child's question? Hmph...."

"Well i guess you dont need to answer me....if its so personal to you."

This answer had actually shocked Kun Ningmon, she thought that the human would become angry at her and damand an answer yet this one said a differ. Before she could think of anything else MeiMing asked another question.

"Im sorry for interupting your thought but i must know.....ummmmm why did you save me?" MeiMing said showing an innocent face of ceriousity.

KunNingMon had hesitated on that question and only that question, it was because she really didnt know herself why. When she saw she felt that she was special in someway.

"I dont know...." Was all KunNingMon could say and turned around afterwards "Thank you.....For answering me..." MeiMing said

KunNingMon turned around once more and found the young girl was innocently smiling at her, even while the whole time she was treating her like dirt.

David sat on a rock and tryed to think of an answer to Reese's question. "I just don't-" He was cut off by an australian voice.

"Stop right there! Move one inch and this harpoon will be thudding into ya spine" David took a peek behind him at the blue scaly thing with webbed hands and a harpoon gun. Gazimon leaned over to David and whispered.

"I'll get him" Clearly the australian digimon heard Gazimon because he said

"Dare try anything bunny and I will blow...her head off" He pointed the harpoon at Racheal. Gazimon stopped charging up a blast of thunder and stood dead still.

Reese and Antaimon stood there in fear along with David and Gazimon. She has never been threatened before like this and scared. But she and Antaimon held their ground and stared at the harpoon digimon with anger. "You challenge us huh?" Reese questioned the Digimon with rage. "If so, come and get me instead."

Reese charged the harpoon digimon with her speed and her martial arts she has learned from her mother. Loosening the digimons grasp on Racheal, it then stared at her angrilly. "You tried something didn't you?" it said to Reese.

"That's Scubamon. Champion level. His Harpoon spear is as Deadly as his anger.", Antaimon told the group.

Gazimon produced some Pom Poms (Those ball things of ribbon and so on that cheerleaders wave about) he handed a pair to David who stared in shock at the yellow and green balls. "What are these for?" He asked his partner who had a deadly serious look on his face.

"Weapons" The rabbit said grimly, he started waving them about

"Scuba Scuba he's our...." Gazimon paused to think of a word "...fan, if he can't do it, Reesy can!" David sweatdropped at Gazimon and grabbed the Pom Poms.

"Just help them will you" He snapped at the rabbit, Gazimon gave him a sneer of contempt

"The public, never appreciate we theatricals" Gazimon shook his head and tutted. David grew red with rage and picked up Gazimon by his ears.

"Right, rabbit, you can either help Reese and Antaimon or I can use you as a projectile" David hissed, Gazimon waved his feet around in the air.

"Alright alright alright, but you will pay for calling me a rabbit" Gazimon yelled in his partner's face. David lowered Gazimon to the ground and picked up a hefty rock.

"Lets go then" He smiled and ran at Scubamon.

Reese got a sweatdrop from Gazimon and David. But she let that pass anyway, right now, she has bigger fish to fry like that scubamon. Antaimon charged at him as well. Her partner using her martial arts continuously against Scubamon.

"Harpoon Spears", Scubamon called out as the harpoons attacked Reese and her friends.

"Get Down", Reese called as the spears came after them. Everyone but her friend got down. "No, don't do it! Get Down to the ground."

Seeing what has happened, she got up with anger in her eyes. "You maybe a Scubamon or any type of Digimon", Reese shouted. "But I'm, Reese Carlson!" She turned to Antaimon."Antaimon get ready to fight this monster. Because I'm ready to fight." Reese attacked the Digimon again but this time she threw a punch at the monster with more rage.

"Serene mists", Antaimon called out.

"Foolish one, don't you think I can't see through the mist."
