Some Info on Hotaru Tomoe/Sailor Saturn
Hotaru is a very lonely girl with no friend because other children fear her who is physically pretty weak and attends school at Mugen Gauken.
During the Sailor Moon S series she lives with her father Professor Tomoe.
Her mother is died when Hotaru was a lot younger. Hotaru becomes good friends with Chibi Usa later on.
She turns into Mistress 9 at one point and nearly destroys the world but after Sailor Moon defeats her
Hotaru is reborn as a baby who winds up being raised by Haruka,Michiru, and Setsuna during the Sailor Moon Stars season. As Sailor Saturn she is one of the strongest Sailor Senshi.
