Treize, having showered and cleaned up from breakfast, walked through the house to get to his study. Along the way (and it was quite a way, considering the combined fortunes of Treize and Quatre, the mansion was rather expansive) he acquired a traveling companion-- Gus, the cat.
"Mrrow?" inquired the small, smush-faced cat, rubbing up against his owner’s legs. Treize looked down on its orange striped countenance and smiled, then bent down to rub its head. Gus very much appreciated this and happily trotted along, purring as he went.
Treize’s study was tucked away in the corner of the second floor of the house, or rather, the second-and-a-half floor, because you had to go up five steps to get to it. It was furnished with dark, heavy, wooden furniture, including a large conference table stuck in a corner that he used as an oversized desk. Behind the table was a small teak bookshelf with two books and a stack of magazines and other periodicals stacked up on it. One of the books was called _The Final Battle: the Eve Wars from a military perspective_ and the other _The Folly of Remote Weapons Technology. _ Both were written by a man named Oscar Zoroaster. In fact, if one were to look at all the periodicals (of which there may have been about sixty) one could find within them all a political article or editorial by Oscar Zoroaster. This is strange because there never was a man born named Oscar Zoroaster. Even if you were an experienced hacker, like, say, Heero Yuy, you couldn’t locate him in any database or registry, and he had no material holdings, either.
This could only lead one to a single conclusion. There is no Oscar Zoroaster. There is, however, a Treize Khushrenada.

Trowa blinked at the red-headed girl. "Yes, I am Trowa Barton, but I’m not your uncle." Marimaia sighed in frustration and turned away. Trowa was going to return to work but…
~ "Hey, Nanashi, I’ve got something to show you" ~
"But I did know him. You won’t be able to find him though"
Marimaia spun around, "Why not?"
"He died, a long time ago." The girl looked crestfallen, almost as if she were about to cry. Trowa felt for her, he knew what it was to lose family. "I’m sorry…"
"Did you know him well?" she asked.
Trowa frowned "No, not very…"
"Well then why do you have his name?" she shrewdly inquired.
Trowa thought for a minute. "Because, when he died, I had no name, so I was forced to take his." He looked at the cornflower blue eyes looking up at him. "He told me about you, he said that you were his sister, Leia’s, daughter."
"My mother died a while back. My grandfather was taking care of me until just recently, when he passed away. I was looking for my uncle because I don’t know who any of my other relatives were."
"What about your father? Or his family?"
Marimaia shook her head. "My father died at the end of the war, during the last battle of the Eve Wars."
"He was a soldier?"
Trowa could see the pride in the girl’s eyes. "He was a commander… Treize Khushrenada."
