Illusion

As I watch the world go by,
I wonder why.
I wonder if my life is real,
Or perhaps it is,
Illusion.
Can their be light,
In eternal darkness?
Is there hope,
Or is that, too an
Illusion?
I am trapped,
With no escape.
Shall my soul die,
Ensnared by my own
Illusion?
You, who I hate,
Will you be the one,
To bring the light?
Is this hate only an
Illusion?
When I fight against you,
Is it true,
That a fight against,
My soul?
Is my Serenity only an
Illusion.
And as I slowly die,
I am to blind
To see my fate.
For I am living an
Illusion
