History~ Neo Star was formed from the dispel ashes of the The Five Star Planet of the Light & Dark which was destory when debris from Terra a black dwarf exploded. The planet was not completely destory by just the explosion alone but the radiation giving off by fragments of Terra causing the living condition of TFSPLD to become harsh. The land was desolate,barren,and dry. The sky was scorch with fires of scarlet that burn all the flesh off most of the living being and open wounds bled afresh until they died.Upon the ending of the old world began a new which still aim for the same goal that was ment to be accomplished in the past. The goal of the N.E.O.S is to bring about the alliance of the Light & Dark which means the creatures of dark such as demons/dark angels and the creatures of the light whites angels together in a form brotherhood/sisterhood in order to ensure a future for both races.
Places~Their are several different areas of Neos which are split off into sectors which include the Traning Camps, Headquarters,Cities,and Freeland. Some area of the Neos are not accessible unless you have a Key Card or Multipass. Multipasses allow you to access the training camps and Key Card allow you to acess special training areas which aree for Elite ranking members.Not only is the multipass use for acessing the training quad but the Headquarters which is where the leader Taisumi Kuroyoko and his Second in Command Rei Roughfnight do most of their official business.
Training Areas~
Tefra~is the area were all new members Train their skills and strengthen their abilites.
The room is a dimension of alter time which has all been placed within a small quad althoiugh this area appears to be small it is actually immeasurable in shape and definite size which makes its the perfect place to train. The A. I Yuniecroft controls all function of the room atmospheric changes which can be programmed so the area may go through climatic diphases. The climate of the room changes at least twice a day.
This area is only accessible with Key Card and this is the training room for all Elites members.
This area is also a vortex of alter time and it has far more resources and equipment then Tefra. This room all configuration can be alter by the will of thought which makes it a good area to push your body and soul to the limit.
Headquarters~The headquarters are allocated in the foci of the planet separated from the cities and training areas by the Hematite Sea. The large building shape like an icosahedron came be seen from the cities and also the training area. For extra security measure several orbital rings made of electrum have been place around the perimeter so that if anyone without a Multipass tries to come through and pulsating source of electronegative radiation will be sent through their body paralyzing it until Yuniecroft transport them to the holding quad for trespasser.

Cities~Their are several major cities which are located in the eastern region of Neos opposite of the training area in the western region. The first cities is Ravena which is the largest city with its sky scraping building and largely diverse pollution. Ravena is well known for its beautiful Aurora storms which can be seen with the nude hitomi(eye). Then their are two other smaller cities which are known as Zeraiyn and Vue Di Marilia. Those two cities are quiet and less populated.
Resource~ The planet energy supply comes from an energy whale located in the Southern region which is pumped out by Mecha~the machine you to pump and compress raw energy matter into small crystal chard's which can give electrical charges and been burned like fuel. This resources is renewable but it takes a term of 21 cycles for it to return.
