Neo Star Rules
On this Planet we have a certain strand of rules which will keep us going in a certain dignified manor. We the people of Neo Star feel that there should always be a certain amount of orders obtained by the people of this planet by the members on this planet .
1) We do not disrespect or superiors or they may be forced to do some type of harm to you that you may not want to happen.
2)On this planet we would like for you to address everyone by the right title( San/Sama/Sensei/Seiei)
3)Here when you speak or do any action you have o allow each person to finish out there actions,(otherwise the sentences will start to collide and that will make allot of confusion to the person who is grading your RP ^.~)
4)No starting wars with others guild’s, Planets, Kingdoms, or Empires well any group, without first consulting your sector leader and then talking it out with me.
5)On the message board there will be no OOC commenting made unless given permission by there sector leader.
6)In chat Rooms that is not private, there is no OOC comments made outside of there own personal Mun bars. if it’s something extremely personal please limit it to the Instant Message windows. in private rooms if a official is there it is good to keep OOC comments down on the low, If not then do whatever you want as long as it don't effect something major ( Such as death of your character or any fellow character)
7) Here were concentrating on the uniting of the dicing and simming. There has been a war on these two different fighting techniques , please no fighting in-between the two I will work to keep the two separately if it becomes necessary.
8) The person you hit with a attack must announce there hit and describe were they was hit.
9) No attacking of human by other creature without a fair cause or reason. Try to follow some code of honor and fairness. To be blunt no back stabbing it could become a nasty habit.
10) One thing WE WILL NOT TOLERATE is members who decide to provoke fights just so they can gain experience. Their is away to gain experience without getting in brutal battle provoke by childish behavior we have a system specially set up for that.
