Game Review: Mega Man 64

Mega Man 64, the long awaited game for the N64, has finally arrived. Does it live up to it's predecessors? Well, not exactly, you, a young boy named after the famous video game hero. They crash land on an island and need to find parts to fix their ship. He then meets up with the Bonnes, some pirtaes that are trying to destroy the area. There are also some odd legends about the island. Who knows what will happen?
To start off, this game is a port of a three year old PS game, so the graphics SUCK. The edges have been cleared but everything is really polygonal in shape. The controls take some time to get used to but can be learned within 20 minutes. The box says the64 version has over double the areas to explore, but nothing has changed a bit from the original. The sound is apparently missing, and the dubbing job is horrid. This game could have been an original title but is just a horrid port of an older game. Get it unless you missed out on the PS version or LOVE Mega Man.
