One cold, rainy day in Tokyo, a girl with blond pig-tails was huddled under an umbrella with a tall, black-haired man.
"Why did it have to rain on our date?" She whined. The black-haired man chuckled.
"You never know," he said. "Maybe the Dark Moon doesn't want us to have any fun."
"That would suck," the blond muttered. All of a sudden there was a crack of lightning. "Or, maybe Lita is up on top of a cloud firing at us."
"Come on, Serena," the man said. "Let's go and sit under that tree and wait out the storm."
"OK, Darien." Serena and Darien walked over to a large tree covered in pink flowers. Darien picked one and put it in Serena's hair.
"Here," he said. "For you." Serena got hearts in her eyes.
"Ahh, I love you, Darien." She said dreamily.
*Gosh DANG, he is so cute when he is wet...* Serena's thoughts were interrupted by another huge crack of lightning.
"I wish you would stop that!" Serena said angrily, shaking her fist at the sky. Darien lifted Serena's chin up so her eyes where staring into his.
"You know, Serena," he said, "rain CAN be romantic," and with that said, he kissed her. Serena closed her eyes and kissed him back.
The two people where so concentrated on kissing, that they didn't pay any attention to another crack of lightning.
Suddenly, there was a loud CRACK. Darien jerked his head away from the kiss and looked up. There was a large split in the tree's trunk. The tree was falling on them.
"SERENA!" Darien screamed. "LOOK OUT!" He threw himself over her to protect her as best as he could. But just as the tree was about to fall on them, Darien felt himself being lifted off the ground.
There was a loud CRASH as the tree hit the ground.
Darien opened one eye. He could see two feet. On each of the ankles there was lai (flowers strung onto a string, they where them in Hawaii).
Darien sat up. Serena was sitting right next to him, her eyes wide.
"Are you ok?" A voice said. Darien and Serena both looked at where the voice had come from. There was a woman standing in front of them. Serena's eyes widened. She was wearing a Sailor Uniform. The top of it was the top of a bikini, instead of a mini skirt, she had a hula skirt. Her tiara had a brass flower in the middle instead of a gem, she wore lai's around her neck, ankles, and wrist. She had sandals instead of boots, she was very tan, and she had long black hair like Raye's. Serena stared at her.
"W-who are you?" She asked.
"Ah, how rude of me. I am Sailor Hula. You must be Sailor Moon, and Tuxedo Mask I presume?"
"H-how do you know about that?"
"I'm a Sailor Scout. I HAVE to know these things."
*Wow, she is really pretty...* Darien thought.
"If you are REALLY a Sailor Scout, you'll let me take you to meet Luna," Serena said.
"Ah yes," said Sailor Hula. "The little talking black cat. Very well."
***Later at Raye's Temple***
Sailor Hula sat in the middle of five girls and two talking cats. Serena was telling Luna how they had met her, a brunet sat talking with another blond whose hair touched the floor about a guy she had met at the mall, a girl with short blue hair was sitting on a cushion reading a book about math. Out of the corner of her eye, Sailor Hula could see a raven-haired girl (whose hair touched the floor) sitting before a great fire. Sailor Hula guessed that that must be Sailor Mars. The one with psychic powers. She could hear her chanting.
"Sun, moon, star, rock, water, earth..."
After a few more minutes, Raye came out of the fire room.
"I haven't found any evidence that she is an imposter."
Luna got up and walked over to Sailor Hula.
"Well, it seems that we have found a new member of the Sailor team." Luna said. "Welcome."

WOW! Sailor Hula?? Man, I must have been up late THAT night. What was I thinking??? Oh well, I started it, might as well finish it.
