Yuli is a child who gets separated from his parents when the confusion caused by the dynasty comes about. He loves to skateboard and is doing so when a Mia encounters him and he sees a dynasty soldier fighting someone in red armor. He is then connected with the Ronins for the duration of their conflict with the dynasty. He really doesn't do much- or is capable of it since he is so young- until he goes with Anubis and Mia to find the Jewel of life. Anubis sees his heart as being pure, and capable of using the Jewel's power for good, so he becomes very useful. When all of the nine armors become captured by Talpa, Yuli goes to Ryo and manages to free the armors with the Jewel's power. He finds himself unable to control that power, but when he is in danger, it usually responds.
