Serena looked at Duo and Quatre her eyes troubled, "Please, to save this world you have to help me get to those colonies you were talking about earlier," Quatre smiled sweetly, "I'll help as much as I can but you should know if OZ finds out you know Gundam pilots they'll kill you." Serena blinked, "Gundam pilots?" She queried. Duo glared at his blonde friend before turning towards Serena. "If we told you then we would have to kill you. Anyone who lays eyes on a Gundam can not live to tell about it. Those our the orders we were given."

Quatre nodded, "Especially after what happened to Heero. If anyone found out that the Gundams were still around OZ would attack the colonies," Quatre elaborated. Serena closed her eyes, "I don't remember Pluto saying anything about OZ or Gundams."

Duo examined the girl for a moment. "Serena, I think we should get out of this forest before another one of those monsters appear or even worse if OZ comes after us.

"HELP!" Screamed a chorus of voices. Serena looked up, "Someone's in trouble! Moon Crystal Power!" Duo frowned at her and as soon as she finished transforming he grabbed her arm, "Those are OZ soldiers. You can't just save them!" He objected. Sailor Moon tore her arm free, "I am the champion of love and justice and its my job to protect all people. It doesn't matter if they're good or bad. I have to do my job and I'll do what ever it takes even if it costs me my life," She pledged. She smiled brightly at Quatre before running towards the fading screams.

Sailor Moon came onto the scene just as the last OZ soldier fell underneath the monsters attack. "How dare you attack these people. As a soldier of love and justice I'll never forgive you! I am Sailor Moon!" She plucked the tiara off her forehead and began to turn around, "Moon Tiara Magic!" She screamed throwing her tiara. The metal discus turned into a Frisbee of golden energy and it sliced through the air towards Sailor Moon's target. The monster sneered and grabbed the tiara throwing it straight at the startled heroine. Sailor Moon started to scream in panic when she felt the weight of another body crashing into her knocking her out of the path of the golden weapon. She turned towards her rescuer startled, "Quatre?" She questioned in confusion. The boy smiled at her and winced slightly in pain caused from the tiara nicking his side. "Are you ok?" He questioned. Sailor Moon nodded, "I'm fine but, Quatre you are hurt..." Quatre smiled at her, "I'll be fine."

Sailor Moon gently moved Quatre off of her and she sprang to her feet. She pulled out her scepter her eyes narrowed at the evil monster, "Moon Specter Elimination!" She chanted waving and pointing the specter. She watched the flurry of crescent moons and stars erupt from the scepter and hit the monster. "Dusted," She whispered as the monster screamed and vanished. She nodded in approval but her eyes widened in distress when the OZ soldiers regained consciousness. Sailor Moon was aware Quatre had gotten out of the area to avoid detection. "Who are you?" Demanded an OZ soldier. Sailor Moon turned towards the questioning voice, "I am Sailor Moon and you should get out of here before another monster appears," She instructed. The soldiers looked around in alarm anxious to see if another monster had appeared. Seeing none they turned back to the mysterious girl and realized she had vanished.

Sailor Moon watched as the soldiers left the forest. "Serena?" Questioned Quatre's worried voice. Sailor Moon leapt out of a tree and miscalculating slightly, fell onto her posterior. "OWIE!" She screamed. "Serena!" Quatre called anxiously running to her side and attempting to help her up. He flushed scarlet at her form of dress and he tightly clenched his eyes shut.

Sailor Moon looked at Quatre and noticed the way his soft eyelashes formed a golden crescent moon on his cheeks as he clenched his eyes shut. She smiled at the embarrassed expression on the boy's face. She giggled and clutched her brooch close to her and detransformed. Quatre opened his eyes and smiled at Serena, "Are you ok? I heard you screaming..." Serena grinned at him, "I'm fine, Quatre." She reassured.

Duo walked out of tree line and towards the two. Sunlight glinted off the silver metal of his gun as he aimed it at the girl, "I told you to let the OZ pilots be sacrificed," He whispered in a cold tone. Serena blinked and turned around, "Duo?" She questioned sudden alarm in her voice. Quatre also turned and noticed the direction of his friend's firearm. He quickly got to his feet and stood protectively in front of Serena. "No, Duo I won't let you hurt her," He vowed. Duo frowned, "Quatre, she endangered not only our lives but the lives of those in the colonies." Quatre glanced at the terrified Serena. "Duo, she did what she had to do. Even though that meant rescuing our enemies. Duo, I can't let you kill her."

Duo scowled for a moment but sighing with a grin he put his gun away. "Alright, Quatre you win. I won't kill her. I was starting to act like Heero for a moment there scary thought huh?" Serena watched as both faces of her new friends deepened in a depressed expression. "Who's Heero?" She questioned softly. Duo turned towards her his eyes analyzing her from head to toe, "Heero was someone dedicated to his mission. He gave his life to save the colonies." Serena blinked, "Gave his life?" She questioned. Quatre nodded tears evident in his eyes, "Yes, he was in a battle with another mobile suit and he realized that OZ had attacked one of the colonies. He was under orders not to let OZ have the Gundams so he self destructed it with him inside. The last time we saw him was when my friend Trowa vanished with him..." Quatre's eyes filled with more tears and Serena placed her hand on his shoulder her eyes sympathetic, "It's alright, Quatre we don't have to talk about it if it makes you sad," She reassured him.

Duo noticed the gentle way Serena was treating Quatre and in spite of his doubts he smiled. "Perhaps we should get out of here unless we want to be attacked by another monster," He suggested. Serena nodded and followed the two boys deeper into the forest. "Where are we going?" She questioned brightly.

Quatre turned around and smiled gently, "We're going to a house Duo and I share while we wait for OZ's next move." Duo flushed at how his blonde-haired friend has phased it. "What he means is that the two of us are roommates until OZ messes up." Serena smiled and yawned slightly, "Well, when we do get there I need to take a nap. I'm really tired," She explained.

Quatre watched as the girl suddenly collapsed to the ground. He started to rush to her side in alarm when he heard the girl snoring. He blinked and glanced at Duo who began to laugh. "She really was tired wasn't she, Quatre?" Duo questioned mirth vibrating through his voice. Quatre nodded and glanced at the sleeping girl, "Now what should we do, Duo?" He queried. Duo bent down and picked the sleeping and snoring Serena up. "We take her to the house unless you have a better idea." Quatre studied Serena for a moment, "No, she should be safe at the house."

The two boys continued their trek through the forest and when they cleared the tree line both sighed in relief. "Think OZ knows that the crystal has been broken yet?" Duo asked. Quatre nodded, "Yes, but even worse what if OZ thinks we have a doomsday weapon. They really didn't see what was in the crystal you know." Duo nodded in agreement. "What's your point, Quatre?" Quatre offered a wane smiled, "My point, Duo is that OZ may start holding the colonies hostage again in order to get the non-existent weapon from us." Duo frowned in thought but was spared of having to answer when they came upon the boys' house. The two carried Serena inside and laid her down on a couch.

Quatre looked at the sleeping girl and back to Duo. "What do you think the other pilots would say if they knew that we were letting Serena stay with us?" Duo sighed and lowered his eyes, "They'd probably try to kill her," He replied in a deadened voice.
