Anyway, this story is mine and I apologize to Naoko for not asking her if I could use her characters, but from what I know, she'd have said yes. Anyway, Jamie, Candy, Marack, and Trachtemis, Angel, Puck, Sybil, Sorenzi, and all the other negaverse villains (not Beryl of course) are my Characters. See ya. Episode 4: Two Fiancees? The ongoing fight between Marack and Johnathan By Trachtemis and KT Trachtemis frowned at the offending male, "And just who, may I ask, do you think you are?" "I," the dark hared stranger huffed, "am Johnathan Quinn, fiancee to the Princess of the Spectralite Kingdom!" Jamie looked confused. "Isn't that me?" She had not stopped staring at the boy since he had showed up. He said they were lying to her too... Marack blinked. "YOU! You are not her fiancee or her protector! I am!" Trachtemis growled, "If one more idiot comes in here and pretends to be this poor girls protector I'll blast him away to kingdom come for as long as any of us will live!" Johnathan glared at Marack, "You are not her protector!" A smirk crossed Jamie's face, and she turned to Puck. "Are you sure it was just Mom who was insane? I think it was everyone on this planet." Marack pulled himself out of the Marack print hole in the wall. "She's my betrothed! Her mother chose me." Jamie growled. "Then you are definitely insane if mother choose you." Trachtemis's frown was replaced by a grin, "Now do you understand the importance of guarding you from these lunatics?" "She dumped you!!! She chose me!!!" Johnathan yelled. Puck shook his head and Angel just blinked. Trachtemis shook his head, "How many more poor idiots were reborn on this planet?" As the two boys argued, Puck took the princess's hand. "Let's get you home... I think this was enough for today," He said watching her clueless expression. A shout carried over anything Jamie might have said, "SHE LOVED ME!!!!! SHE DUMPED YOU!!!!!!! GET IT? GOT IT? GOOD!!!" Johnathan bellowed over the group. Jamie growled and her eyes flashed angrily. The necklace trembled under her power that had started to rise in her. "I don't know who you are but I don't love you and never have!" Marack laughed. "SO THERE!" Johnathan scoffed, "She meant you..." Jamie turned her anger to Marack. "And if you ever touch me again... I swear you'll regret you were ever reborn!" Trachtemis looked uneasily at the trembling necklace resting on Jamie's collar bone, "I hope I didn't miss calculate her powers, if that containment spell breaks...." he murmured, barely audible to the other brothers over the yelling, certainly not loud enough for the yelling redhead to hear. Puck cringed. "We'd best get her out of here. I fear that she's going to break it." Trachtemis nodded carefully, "I don't fear, I know." Angel jumped at those words and grabbed Jamie's hand. "Jamie, we got to go!" Jamie turned to Angel surprised. "Wow... that's the first time you haven't used a title to me." Trachtemis sighed, moving beside the two, "The..." he paused, "scouts are coming quickly, I don't believe it would be smart to attempt to hold all of them off with the interferences these idiots would surely cause." Jamie nodded. "Yeah. Let's get out of here." She turned to the two boys. "When we meet again... I'll kill you both. I swear that." Johnathan grinned, "You're cute when your blood thirsty." he sighed, "I remember when you used to threaten my life all the time..." Jamie growled. "Johnathan, you are the most annoying person in the world!" she turned and stopped. Tears met her eyes. "I want to go home, Trachtemis. Now." Trachtemis put on an oddly sympathetic face, putting a gentle arm around her shoulders and pulling her close, "All right Jamie, let's head back to the negaverse." A dark rip of energy opened in the thin air, and the four people stepped through, the rip disappearing as quickly as it had appeared. "AH CRAP!" Marack cried. Johnathan turned to him, "Now look what you did!" Amy sat in front of her computer and worked while Marack and Johnathan continued to fight. Everyone was back at the temple, hoping that Amy had got a clear signal on the portal. Serena was stuffing her mouth with candies and chocolates while Raye complained about it. Mina and Lita were talking about shopping and Candy was having a kitty heart attack next to Amy. Luna and Artemis sat quietly watching their scouts. "Oh, what am I going to do, my charge has been brain washed by the negaverse, and if things couldn't be worse these two idiots had to show up!!!" Candy cried dramatically. Marack looked hurt. "Hey! I'm not that bad..." Candy seethed, "Yes you are, you just made matters worse by fighting over who she loved in the past over 1000 years ago!!! The poor girl doesn't even remember you and you two are fighting over her hand!! Of all the...." "Serena... if you don't stop stuffing your face your going to puke in the face of the negaverse instead of vanquishing them!" Raye yelled in the meatball head's face, quietly taking a chocolate bar of her own in the process. Amy jumped to her feet. "Will you all stop it!" She yelled. Silence instantly filled the temple, "What is it Amy?" Lita asked. Amy pushed back a lock of blue hair. "Well, I found a portal. Its located in the old warehouses." Raye shook her head, "What a place to put a portal..." she whispered. Lita stood, "So what are we going to do?" Serena looked over at the guys. "I think we should leave them here." Raye nodded, "All agreed?" five hands and three paws rose in agreement. Johnathan frowned, "Now wait a minute!" Marack jumped to his feet. "No! I have to go! You don't understand. You know nothing of her father!" Candy interrupted, "I know plenty about her father!" She continued. "And I'm sure everyone else must remember a little about him!" "Doubtful... Mystikal only told us. I was to protect her from him," Marack snapped. "Municipal was an infamous negaverse general, everyone knew who he was, if not who he had been 'married' to." Candy remarked. Marack threw his hands in the air. "Whatever, you stupid furball." Marack stood up and grabbed his bag. "I'll find her myself." Lita shook her head, "Men. He does kind of remind me of an ex-boyfriend of mine, went by the name of Freddy." Amy rolled her eyes. "We will need help doing this guys. So lets not kick these two out so soon." She slipped on her glasses. "Now. What is the plan?" Raye sighed, "Well, I think the first thing we need to do is....." Jamie sat curled up on the bed, totally confused. She remembered something... or had she just remembered. Why would she just call him by his name with such a sudden flare of anger? What had he done to her? A tentative knock snapped her out of her reverie, "Jamie?" Jamie sat up quickly and fixed her hair. "Yeah?" "I was wondering if you wanted some female company." a woman's voice offered from the other side of the door. Jamie blinked, not recognizing the voice. "I guess." The door opened slowly and a girl about her age stepped into the room. She had long blue hair that ran down her gray uniform to her thighs. She was very attractive in an odd way. Her lips were painted blue, and she had cute fangs. Two small blue circles sat on her cheekbones adding to her blue eyes. Jamie recognized her as the girl who had been sitting next to Trachtemis during the meeting with her father. Jamie smiled. "How are you.. Um.. I don't think I caught your name?" The girl smiled again, "My name is Sorenzi, I happen to be Trachtemis's second in command, but I thought you might like a woman to talk to after all that's happened today." Jamie sighed. "It's so confusing. I got so mad, and I felt this power inside me, but I couldn't unleash it." She looked down. "This is so confusing. And I feel so tired." Sorenzi's face took on a sympathetic look, "I bet I know what you're going through, your body is suddenly changing to try and except this mass flow of power. You don't know how to use yet and that's why you can't seem to release it. And for being tired and angry, after what you've gone through today I can understand it completely. Poor thing. Men are so stupid sometimes!" Jamie smiled warmly. This woman was probably the nicest person around this place. "Can you tell me anything about the Negaverse... I really don't remember." "Well," Sorenzi said, stepping towards the huge bed, "do you mind if I sit first? It's a rather long story." "Oh I'm sorry... yes feel free anytime." Jamie moved over and patted the bed beside her. Sorenzi smiled, gracefully sweeping her legs under her as she made herself comfortable on the large bed. Jamie sat back and watched Sorenzi carefully. "Well, you see, the negaverse made its first known appearance on Earth during the period on the moon known as the Crystal Millennium. People thought that every thing was, shall I say 'find and dandy' for a while until the heir to this Crystal Millennium fancied herself in love with the prince of Earth." Sorenzi started, pausing for effect while she sweeped a long strand of blue hair behind her ear. Jamie listened, intrigued by the girl's story. "Well, they decided that they were desperately in love with each other, causing all havoc through out Earth. So when the Crystal Millennium started to fall apart because of this dumb meatball head princess, the negaverse just stepped in the take over." Jamie nodded. Sorenzi stopped to take a breath, "The Prince accidentally got killed in this stupid battle on the Moon. If I recall correctly, some earthlings were convinced to join our cause and decided to storm the moon. The air head princess was so upset she just took a sword and gutted herself, so much for love! The Queen was so distraught that she sealed away all of the negaverse in the earth for, what she thought, was forever. Did the same to the princess, the prince and all of the royal court so they could live again on earth and do the whole mushy-lovey-lovey thing again." But we managed to wake again, unfortunately, so did the moon brat and all her planet punk friends." Sorenzi finished, laying back on the bed with a yawn. Jamie frowned. "So that's why I was reborn.." "Yeah, you came back with all the rest of us to finish what we started, not that hard considering the mooniac's a sissy," Sorenzi answered. Jamie blinked weakly. "Weird.. " She yawned tiredly. "Well, I think I'll leave you to sleep off the effects of all of that stress." Sorenzi said turning to the door. "And Jamie, if you ever need a girl to talk to... well, I'll always be around." Jamie smiled. "Thank you, Sorenzi." She curled up and fell asleep before hitting the pillow. Sorenzi smiled and exited the room as quietly as she had come. Trachtemis watched her exit from the shadows. It was always nice to know that Jamie would turn towards Sorenzi now if anything was wrong here. "Class! Attention please!" Miss. Haruna called out, breaking Lita out of her daydream. "Class, I'd like to introduce you to a new student, Katey Thompson, she just moved here from Kyoto." Miss Haruna announced, ushering a tall, blonde hared girl into the room. Serena stopped shoveling food in her mouth and Melvin, as always, got ready to ask ten million questions. Everyone said hi in a monotone voice and went back to talking, and in Serena's case, stuffing her face. "Katey, why don't you take a seat behind Molly. Molly, raise your hand please." Molly reluctantly raised her arm and turned to the new girl as she took a seat behind her. Melvin immediately turned to Katey and started talking about the Internet and earthworms. "Um. I didn't know earthworms could do that...." Katey stammered, looking desperately for some way to escape the conversation. Serena sighed and noticed that Katey was sitting in Jamie's seat. "Hi... my name is Serena. That's Melvin. Shut up Melvin." "So...." Katey started, then lowered her voice to whisper in the other girls ear, "Does he always do that?" Serena nodded. "Always." "How do you put up with it?" As Melvin babbled on, Serena threw a shrimp at him. "That's how." "Ummm." Katey looked up, "are we supposed be doing something?" Serena looked up and noticed the fuming Mrs. H. "Um.. hehe.. what subject are we on anyway?" Melvin facefaulted. Johnathan looked around the empty room. The walls were a stark white and with an occasional stain. Two pictures were hanging on the wall, both drawings obviously from memory. The first was of a fairly tall red hared girl with expressive green eyes and a pretty face. Her body was clad in an expensive looking gown of a dark color, possibly purple. She had a knnowing smirk on her face, and her hands were clasped tightly around a small sword. The second picture was of a different nature, a small gray-eyed girl with unusually colored hair, a purple and aqua striped combination. She was kneeling in the center of a large, blooming garden and hands were filled with weeds. Her cloths were old looking and dirty, but hole and of fairly costly material. Both pictures were detailed and framed side by side with obvious care. Johnathan looked at them with pride, they were some of his best works. He always drew what he saw in his dreams. He sighed; things were not going well. He'd finally found the princess only to discover that not only had the Galaxy character found her first, but the negaverse had found her before all of them and already had their talons in her. The nerve of making her turn against them with such malice. Couldn't she see they were poisoning her mind? Rubbing a hand on his forehead he laid back on his bed. If only he'd gotten to her first, then she'd be with him now and they'd be catching up on old times. He was sure of it. But Marack had to be there first and KISS her, of all the nerve, kissing HIS fiancee!! A sudden knock on the door brought Johnathan to his senses. He stood up and opened the door just to find Marack, looking relatively pleased with himself. "What the hell you doing here and how did you find me?" Johnathan bellowed. Marack pushed Johnathan out of they way and walked in. "Cool it. I'm here to see if you want in on a deal that might help Jamie remember." "Jamie, yeah, of course I want to help her! I just don't know if I want to do it with you! What happens when we do find her? How do you even know how to find her?" Johnathan questioned angrily. "Well unless you haven't been notified.. we're going into the negaverse this afternoon. We're going to drag Jamie out whether she likes it or not. Now we can let Candy revive her memory, or we can take part in it ourselves." Marack snapped. "What I mean is, are you going to run off with her slung over your shoulder like some prize, or are you going to let her make up her own mind who she wants?" Marack shot Johnathan daggers. "She'll choose." "I hope you won't be to, too upset when she leaves you all alone!" Marack smirked. "We'll see.." Trachtemis stood in front of Jamie's door for a second before knocking, he hadn't wanted to talk with her immediately after Sorenzi left, it would seem to obvious that he'd been listening outside the door. So he had waited. The knock rose Jamie from her slumber. Her body felt so weak and she could barely get up to open the door. She tried to look surprised that Trachtemis was there. "Jamie, I wanted to see how you were after your... em.... battle this afternoon." Trachtemis offered, "May I come in?" Jamie nodded tiredly and moved aside for him to come in. "You looked exhausted, is there anything I can get for you?" he asked. "I don't know... I feel so weak," Jamie whispered laying back down on the bed. "Would you like me to get your father?" Trachtemis whispered, back, watching her closely. Jamie shook her head gently. "I just feel... I don't know.. like I have a loss of energy." Trachtemis smiled sympathetically, "You probably have, it's hard work living in the negaverse when your body isn't attuned to it yet. I can get you something to drink though if you want." Jamie smiled and looked up at Trachtemis. "Thank you, but I think I'll be fine. Just think I got so mad, I exerted my energy. So weird. I felt power well up in me." Jamie shook her head. "It's your heritage returning to you." Trachtemis explained, sitting down at the foot of her bed. "I guess," Jamie whispered, confused. Trachtemis looked around thoughtfully, "Well, I bet I know one way that would make you feel better....." Trachtemis started to say, but he stopped immediately. "What?" "Well," he coughed, "I could Ummm. give you energy...." Jamie looked really confused. "What? How on earth could you do that?" "Well, it's pretty simple. All I'd have to do would be in physical contact with you for a brief period of time while you absorbed my energy, kind of like the mother bird feeding her baby's." "Oh. But why do I need energy?" Trachtemis grew serious, "Because since your body isn't attuned to the negaverse yet, it thinks that your an outsider so it's using your energy source as kind of like a snack pack. But that will all change as soon as you use your powers." Jamie 'ahhed'. "All right then. What do I have to do?" "Just lie still and try to calm yourself down, I'll take care of the rest." Trachtemis ordered, sliding up closer to her on the bed and taking her hand. Jamie nodded and closed her eyes. Trachtemis closed his eyes as well and concentrated on her warm hand as he let his mental shields down slowly. With a soft touch on the back of her hand, the energy stream opened up and began to slowly flow towards the redhead. Jamie felt the warm energy flow through her blood stream, awaking more than just her body and mind. Trachtemis sighed, he was reluctant to take his hand away, but if he gave anymore he'd be the one exhausted and laying in bed. After Trachtemis pulled back, Jamie gasped. "That was... great... I mean..." She blushed crimson. Trachtemis smiled, "That's all right, I know what it feels like to suddenly have a burst of energy after you felt so drained. Kind of like a cool drink on a hot summer day, right?" Jamie nodded. "Yes. Very refilling." "Is there anything else I can do for you?" he asked, concerned. Jamie blushed again. "No no.. I'm fine thank you." "Well, if there's anything I can do for you in the future, let me know and I'll see what I can do." Trachtemis offered. Jamie nodded and reached up to touch the necklace. It trembled and shattered. "What the..." Trachtemis face faulted, but covered it immediately, "You remember the protection spells I placed on your necklace? Well it's shattering can mean only one thing, danger is coming here. Danger for you and anyone else involved. I must speak with your father immediately." Turning on his heal, he exited. The second Trachtemis left Jamie, he was leaping through a portal and barging into Municipal's study, "Milord, I have important news involving your daughter!" Sybil, who was standing to Municipal's side, growled. "Everything around here is all distracted because of her!" She grumbles. Municipal smiled. "What is it?" He asked ignoring Sybil's remark. "Well, Milord," Trachtemis started, pausing to catch his breath, "two things actually, the first is being that her containment necklace snapped. That means her power is stronger than we thought and there's no way to contain it now without her knowing. The second being that just before it broke it sent off a signal of danger, the scouts think they're coming to rescue her. I must have tuned the protection spell very minutely to danger or it never would have picked it up." Municipal nearly applauded. "Good job. I knew there was a reason why I was allowing you to hang around her like her official butler," he said, giving Sybil a smile. Trachtemis smiled, but a faint tint colored his ears finely at the tip, no one noticed except for Sorenzi who until this moment had remained silent while she sat in a chair by the fire. Sybil growled. "So what do you propose we do.. lock her up nice and tight somewhere?" Trachtemis shook his head, "She'd realize something was wrong immediately; she's not exactly stupid. I think the best thing to do would be to have Sorenzi stay there as a kind of 'get to know you' girl thing while we set up energy's around to hide the room from the scouts. Set up a decoy room with a decoy princess and let them think they have her." The door by the entry way moved. Sorenzi stood immediately, "Someone's here!" Municipal put up his hand. The door swung open, and Jamie stood there looking a bit grim. "Welcome my daughter. Is there something wrong?" Jamie walked over to Trachtemis. "You're right... I'm not stupid.. why won't you let me help. You take me on my first battle and make me sit there so I can't help you guys. Well now these scouts show up. I want to fight along side you." Jamie blushed crimson. "Unless is there a reason you don't want me fighting... is there some reason why you can't tell me the truth and you want to stick me in a room with Miss. Sorenzi?" Trachtemis sighed; so she hadn't put two and two together yet. "We're thinking that giving these scouts a fake you would keep them off our back for the time being, we'll let them come in and go out quickly. That's all, there isn't going to be a battle. I bet Sybil here would be glad to pretend to be you for our sailor friends, wouldn't you Sybil!" Sybil snorted. "If it was up to me, I'd hand over my sister," She growled before stomping off. Trachtemis muttered something less than flattering about spoiled negaverse bitches and their right desserts. Jamie sighed. "Why can't I fight them!" She growled. "Patience, my daughter. We'll teach you soon," Municipal said, standing up and touching the side of his daughter's face. Sorenzi smiled sympathetically, "The best way to get at the scouts is to make them believe they've won, and then pull one over on them. With Sybil pretending to be you, we'll have and inside 'woman' to get at them, yet we'll still have you here so you can plot revenge if you'd like." Jamie shook her head. "I don't like that idea." Trachtemis turned to her, "What would you like to propose?" Jamie smiled. "Sybil obviously doesn't want to do it. So why use a fake?" Municipal smiled, not a nice smile, "Oh, she wants to do it all right, I think she always had a crush on that Galaxy idiot." Something inside Jamie flared. "Oh?" Trachtemis nodded, "Just between the four of us, Sybil has never truly been, well, 'all there' if you know what I mean." "Oh," Jamie muttered. She stopped for a second. Every time she wanted to get closer to these scouts, they changed the subject. She frowned. Municipal looked at Trachtemis and decided to put the final touch on things, "The final question comes down to this my dear, would you rather spend time among the enemy or among friends?" "You're point is well made, father," Jamie said with a bow. She quickly turned on her heal and headed back for her room. Sorenzi let out a mental sigh of relief, 'I'm not sure how much longer we can pull this charade off,' she thought. The sailor scouts stood outside the old house in the dark alleys. "This is where the portal is?" Galaxy asked. The Scouts had finally given into letting both men come, including Candy, who also swore it was her duty. Jupiter nodded, "Where did you think it was going to be, the middle of the shopping district?" she asked, her voice filled with sarcasm. Mercury nodded. "Yes, I'm quite sure of it," She said looking at her computer. Moon trembled. "Are you sure we should just barge in there?" Mars frowned, "What do you think we're going to do, ring a door bell?" Venus glared at them both. "Enough you too. Let's just go." "Well, come on then!" Candy said, pushing her little cat nose into the air and stepping forward so half of her body was in the negaverse. Galaxy unsheathed his sword. "Yes. Let's go." Johnathan scoffed, "Well, it's about time!" Trachtemis stood outside Jamie's door with his hands extended in front of his body emitting power. Inside, Jamie screamed and protested loudly. "Jamie, you know I'm doing this for your own good, the least you can do is make the best of it!" he continued. The screaming grew louder. "Jamie, please calm down, their going to think I'm murdering you or something!" he pleaded. It still didn't cease. "You know sealing you inside this room is a good defensive mechanism, if you can't get out, they can't get in!" "Jamie, listen to me!!!" he pleaded again, getting tired of the constant screaming voice from inside. Angel, whom had suddenly been awakened, came out of his room with a leaf stuck in his hair. "Hey... you think you should add a sound barrier too." Trachtemis smiled. It wasn't that bad and idea. Puck, who had come to find out what the fuss was all about, nodded. "It sounds like you just crushed her entire soul." "I did not, she'd just... Um.... angry with me." With a flash of black energy, the room was immediately silent, "Thank god, I thought I'd never have silence!" Puck suddenly grimaced. "They're here," he muttered. "Have you found Sybil yet?" Trachtemis shook his head, "Not a sign of her, it's like she, disappeared....." Angel yawned. "Is that a bad thing?" Trachtemis nodded in agreement. Puck smiled. "Normally no, but at the moment, she is needed." Trachtemis frowned, "It's just like her to do that to us...." "... in the name of the moon..." echoed down the corridor to the brothers. Trachtemis slapped his head, "Shit!" Sailor moon finished with her usual pose. The scouts were behind her. Sorenzi shook her head as she gathered blue nega-energy in her hands. They never learned. With a graceful little throw she sent the moon-brat flailing on her butt into a wall with a thud. Galaxy took this moment to slip past Sorenzi and start running down through the negaverse, looking for Jamie. "Hey you! Where do you think you're going?" she cried out and sent a net of energy towards the tall man. Galaxy neatly dodged it and came to a skidding halt as the three brothers walked down the hall. "Oh look .. the three stooges." Angel frowned. "The what?" Trachtemis nudged him in the ribs, "I think that was meant to be an insult." "HOW DARE YOU INSULT ME!?" Angel bellowed. Johnathan walked up behind Galaxy, "It wasn't that hard." he muttered under his breath. Puck shook his head. "Listen up, human. The girl is a bit out of your league. She's on our side." Marack growled. "YOU LIED TO HER! She only believes the feast of lies you force fed her." Trachtemis smiled again, "It's not our fault you gave us the perfect place to start by making her hate you to begin with, that way we didn't have to make her hate you, she came with us willingly." "When she finds out the truth, that her father lied to her mother and then took off once Jamie was born, she'll be horrified. She'll come back to us!" Marack snarled. Trachtemis nodded, "Then we'll just have to see that she doesn't find out." "Find out about what?" The tap of high-heels against the floor behind the three brothers stopped. "Find out that you've been lying to me from the beginning? It's a bit late for that."
